I went to this location every time I need supplies since it is the closest to my house for over 10 years now. went there to get a NyQuil and since I go to this store every time I need a pharmacy or any other supplies, I knew where the flew related supplies are located! I noticed a double pack of NyQuil on special for $7.99 on special a whole stack of an end cap section. I took a pack and walked towards the register and I noticed another section of the same stack of the same NyQuil pack with the same price on it! When approached, Angie the associate told me its $18.99 & after I confronted, we walked to the end cap and she verified that it is correct and it is their fault for mis labeling the product and they will honor the price. After talking to ALEX her manager he told me it is not the same product and he will not honor the price since it is not their fault. He was very rude, unprofessional and unqualified to be a manager. He had zero customer service skills let alone to be a manager! Angie, a Big respect for her, she went above and beyond to honor me the price, she didnt even question my observation on the price but just to have a proof so I can email the SVC customer complaint I walked with her and took a picture of the end caps. Alex is the biggest !@#$ I have ever seen at a retail level and he needs to get fired, since a write up or a final notice on how he handles customers is not gonna fix anything! OMG run from this place. I did. They took on the prescriptions from the CVS at Target in Town Center a few years ago. At the time, the packages of drugs were piled to overflowing onto the floor. The auto refills never happen. If you point out that you can't take an injectable without a syringe, you are met with blank stares and told to stand in another line. If you force the issue, they will help, but you have to yell to get any help. They just tell you whatever pops into their heads -- right, wrong, indifferent, whatever. You can't call anyone anymore because they are busy doing something having nothing to do with you. The lines are out the door and now they are taking on the Riteaid in La Canada's prescriptions. I was done and moved to another pharmacy. I value my sanity more than this mess of a business. I have no delusion that anyone in charge will ever read this or any review. Or care if they ever do. But I feel better having said it. read more

The worst customer service I've had the misfortune to encounter lately. I will not be going back to that location. I needed to print passport photos on a Sunday night, so I called ahead to make sure they had a photo department and they were open 24 hours. I was told that they do and there are also self-serve kiosks that will print my photos. When I arrived 30 minutes later and was trying to figure out how to get the self-serve photo printer screen to turn on, the manager rushed by and curtly stated that the photo department was closed. Unimpressed with his attitude, I went to find another sales associate to verify (which wasn't easy as there were apparently just 3 people running the store) and mentioned to him that I had just called and was led to believe that at least the self-serve kiosks were open all night, but he just took me back to the manager who shrugged and said the department was closed. This place weirds me out because every time you walk in, the cashier closest to the door chirps, "Welcome! Let me know if you need anything." It's awkward because if two or three people walk in at the same time, she needs to fire off that phrase in rapid succession. I've never really stopped to ask her for help because by the time I realize I don't know where the toothpaste is, I'm way too far to be asking. You can't shout at her like that. "YO LADY, WHERE'S THE TOOTHPASTE!?" Maybe it's a ploy to trick customers into thinking there's someone there to help you, but really there isn't. I mean, does the first clerk's offer to help extend to all the other clerks? Could I be so presumptuous? Either way, it's always fun playing CVS scavenger hunt. Walking up and down the aisles for hours trying to find what I need. read more

Wow! I am shocked by the incompetence. I have never not had a problem with an Rx here. They give wrong meds at wrong doses and wrong quantity...on multiple occasions! I am shocked they are still in business and haven't killed anybody yet. Public service announcement....do NOT use this pharmacy. Drive a little further to another pharmacy....it may seriously save your life. They have no idea what they are doing! Btw....I am a physician. This place is scarry. They should lose their license. Only way CVS corporate might save this place is to fire all staff...ALL...and start completely over. read more

The pharmacy staff is blunt and short on the phone. You are put on hold a very long time, then when they come back, they ask a question and put you on hold again. The staff have hung up on me in the middle of the conversation (as if as soon as they cannot research, they just hang up). They are always in a rush as if you are taking their time. Obviously, customer service is not a part of their culture there. I have reported this to their manager. Don't use this pharmacy unless you have the capacity to be abused by the staff. I love these big box drug stores because they don't even try. They just know that you need batteries or lightbulbs or a spray bottle and there's literally nowhere else you can go to get those things unless you want to drive an extra 15 minute to another, equally awful big box drug store. Honestly, there's not much more to stay. If it's late at night and you need something, CVS will most likely have it. If they don't, then you probably don't need it. At least not at 1 a.m. read more

Do not go to the pharmacy here. Drive a block down to Ariana Pharmacy on Verdugo (the same street). They can provide any prescriptions right on the spot! Dr. Karmen and her staff are so friendly and helpful! I'm so happy I was able to ditch CVS pharmacy which I can sincerely say I hated everything about it. The pharmacists were nice but service was extremely stressful and took FOREVER. Thank God for Ariana Pharmacy. We need to support pharmacies like this! read more

They have a cashier on staff who needs to speed it up! It took her 5 minutes to give me back my change!!!!! If she cant work quick at a register then they need to move her on the floor or something! took her 20 minutes to scan my 3 items!!!! There's a gal here named Felicia who always provides the best customer service imaginable. I appreciate this lady. She always goes above and beyond what she's obligated to do to ensure you get what you need, even now during this public health crisis. She's polite and knows the inventory in and out and is super efficient. It makes shopping such a pleasant experience. read more

i honestly love shopping here since i buy most of my makeup here and its cheaper compared to the brands at the mall. they tend to add a dollar more onto their products that i can get a dollar less at walmart but it doesn't bug me that much so id keep shopping here read more
