We have two CVS stores close to my house. Neither one of them had what I was looking for. The…read moreshelves were empty. So, I decided to drive all the way to Glendale to see if they had what I was looking for and they did. Went in yesterday around noon and all I needed to get was 4 value pack of Febreeze. One the Linen and Sky scent, and the other one their original Gain scent. I also needed to buy 4 Glade applicators for my plug-in Glade adapter. Well, found everything. The applicators--2 were clean linen scents, one was Hawiian breeze, and the other one was an orchid blossom. When I was looking for my items, another lady that was stocking more stuff, asked me if I needed help. I replied "yes, if you could please unlock those windows so I can get my items," She said for me to wait, and she will get the key. Didn't take long for her return. She came back, unlocked both cases, and I was on my way to the registers. Her name was Mary. Sweet Mary. She even told me "people steal stuff, and that is why we have to lock a lot of our items". I smiled and proceeded forward. Can't comment on their pharmacy, because we get our essential needs, medications, vitamins from the one that is a lot closer to me. Store was super clean, employees were very nice and helpful, has a drive thru, and ample underground parking structure. You can also park outside. Last, but not least, I had a $5.00 coupon for my $20.00 purchase. She honored that too. I wish that they can bring back that $10.00 care pass. I don't know why they discontinued that care pass? It saved us a lot of money. Now you have to sign up for it, and pay $5.00 for each month. Not beneficial at all. Total for all that was $37.03 including tax, minus my coupon. They also have great discounts all around the store. One of the best CVS stores that I have been to in a very long time. Keep up the great work! Overall, had a very nice experience at this CVS.

Each time, instead of helping me, she simply told me to press a button to call for assistance while she continued her conversation with a subordinate colleague. I found her demeanor extremely rude and dismissive. I was genuinely surprised to learn that she was a manager, as her interaction with a customer was anything but welcoming or helpful. A manager should understand the importance of stopping to assist a customer, especially when the customer is directly asking for help. Andrea did the complete opposite. Some additional training in customer service and the principle of putting the customer first would certainly be beneficial.

The parking lot is small but serviceable because customers don't tend to remain in the store for long, so turnover is fairly regular.

They have a wide selection of chips and sandwiches, and the staff was incredibly kind and patient in walking me through their menu and recommending some of their most popular sandwiches. They even checked in while I was eating to make sure everything was up to par. That kind of attentiveness goes a long way! I tried the Spicy Italiano and pastrami, and both were fantastic, but the Spicy Italiano definitely stole the show. The bread-to-filling ratio was spot-on for both sandwiches. The exterior had that perfect crunch without being overly bready, and you can genuinely tell these sandwiches are made with care. Every layer was evenly distributed, so you get a little bit of everything in each bite without the fillings spilling out the back. Sandwich engineering at its finest! The Spicy Italiano was my favorite. The meats tasted high-quality and it was perfectly balanced with the pepperoncini and cherry pepper aioli. This cold sandwich is the perfect meal for hot summer days. The pastrami was another pleasant surprise. I'm usually not a fan of thinly sliced pastrami because it can easily turn out dry or overly salty, but this was neither. It was juicy, tender, and perfectly balanced with the roll. Once again, everything stayed neatly in place as I worked my way through the sandwich. No runaway fillings here! Parking can be a little tricky, but there's a small driveway that's convenient if you're just stopping by to pick up a sandwich you've ordered ahead of time.

Not all 7 Elevens do the 2 for one, and these 7 Elevens are not worth your time. Please, take advantage of this potassium-tastic deal! Other notes: This 7 Eleven does not get that elusive 5th star due to the fact that their chicken fingers never look too good, and sometimes their pizza is quite dry looking. This location is one of the smaller ones, and does not have quite the selection the 7 Eleven further down Broadway has. However, that location does not offer the aforementioned banana deal, so I make a point to always visit this location. This location also has friendly staff and the line is never too long. They are very cool about letting me use my 7 Eleven only parking spot to run next door and grab a croissant after making my purchase in their fine establishment. TLDR: 2 bananas for 1 dollar.

All told me they could tell me who MAY have the drug I was prescribed but would not call to make certain. I think this is pretty crappy customer service.
