    The pharmacy tech did not know where the Aleeve D was located which is behind the counter. I had to show here where it was. Also she caught attitude when I asked her for information on another medication. This location is not kept because of the dirty floor. Also staff not nice. The other CVS location is not far but the pharmacy is always crowded and the wait is at least 30 minutes or longer at the pharmacy.

    I used to always come here and always had great customer service, but today a lady named Linda gave me so much attitude for something she assumed I did. When she scanned the lashes she said that I should have gotten someone to help me get them instead of ripping them off and getting them myself(you could clearly see the box is damaged but not ripped like how someone would have to get them off the rack). Gave me so much attitude for no reason. I actually had an employee that was by the make up section to get them for me, since they always have a lock on them. After I Informed her that someone did help me, her tone of voice changed and she asked me if I preferred ones with a box that was better but the box doesn't matter to me as long as the lashes are still good. What made things worse was that I also had some scratchers that needed to be cashed out (which I had told her needed to be cashed out) but all she did was charge me for my lashes and then walked away to help other people that were behind me in line and then went over to help people that were getting photos. Had to wait like 5 more minutes standing there by the register until another employee came over to ask me if I needed help with anything. This is just bad customer service over all from Linda. The other girl that helped me was nice. I DONT NEED YOUR ATTITUDE, next time ask instead of assuming things. Makes me not wanna go back to this location even tho it's just minutes away from me.

    I don't,know even customer even matter for them or not. I went store with my 2 years old. He is really good boy. They had already masses spot where my little one is standing and one of staff yelled on my son. He scared . They came on register which I was buying perfume. I checked price with her before come on register. When I came to pay another lady ask me more money than it supposed to do. I went back bring picture but she told she told me she don,t know with her mad face one me no apologies. I told her she don't need do that I just put my effort to bring right price here and she didn't give my that perfumes. She was literally like bomb on my even I was so calm down because I was with my little one .. next time never imagining to come this store.

    Getting here: From the 10 fwy, you can take Indian Hill…read morenorth and you'll run into it on the corner of Arrow. Experience: I frequent this gas station whenever I'm heading West, and it's convenient being right between the 10 and the 210 freeways. However, my experience can be a bit hit or miss. The location is on the smaller side, so it tends to get crowded during peak times, which can be a hassle. On one occasion, I tried to fill up on my way out, but a big rig was blocking the entrance to the gas pumps, causing me to have to find another gas station to fill up at. Despite these inconveniences, I still find myself returning for its location, but improvements in traffic flow and organization make this location a lot more pleasant.

    Reason I'm would not advise people to go to the Chevron is because you know what the machine they…read morehad before the fountain machine never worked most of time the one they have now is broke down once and then there's no ice and when the store is open the people in the morning they need to open up that other door this is ridiculous you know what you just lost a customer for chevron. I don't even think I'll go to the one on Central either because half the time it's BS so you lost another customer but I'm sure you don't care anyway I just wanted to let you know what's going on with the store on Indian Hill and pretty much all the same so I used to get my gas there I'm not getting my gas there anymore because half the time the pumps are down it's just ridiculous corporate office needs to take better pride in their company if they want it to last

I ordered some items online on May 31st. I received a notice that the ordered was delayed and then I got the ready to pick up I was told their policy is to pick up within 72 hours. It's only 6/2/26 so I'm still trying to figure out how I am over the 72 hour period. So I get there and Atzin helps me. He says my order was put back because I was late and over the 72 hour period and I would have to go and get the stuff myself. I'm not sure why he is on the register when he can't count days. I'm hoping the system doesn't shut down. So as I was walking away to go get the stuff, Octavio comes to the counter. I can hear the two discussing the situation as I was looking at the candy bars in the candy aisle which is that far away. Octavio calls me and says that I don't have to go get my order myself and that he would. I agree with him that this is the correct response instead of a worker asking me to do what they were supposed to do. I had just gotten off work and I didn't feel like addressing this. Octavio brings everything I ordered to the counter while Atzin insisted that my order should have been cancelled. I just had received the email remind me that it would be cancelled after today but I guess he thought it should have been already. I was really grateful that Octavio helped me. As I was leaving, what appeared to be the manager discussing something with someone else. Instead of ignoring me as some stores do, he allowed me to exit first instead of almost colliding with me as some employees from other stores have. Thank you for your good customer service. This would have been a 5 star review if all the employees here had the same mind set.
