Not the first time they don't have something. It doest't occur to them to reach out to the client to let them know they're not able to fill a prescription. They waited so long to notify me that my prescription became invalid and was no longer supported by my insurance When you walk in to Hendrix the staff acts like you're a bothering them. The pharmacy tech asked for my birthday. I kind of said it fast so she inputted the wrong day and then asked me if my name was ---? I didn't catch it but it wasn't me. I had placed my DL and insurance card on the table in front of her so she could've checked them but she just asked my bday again. This time we got it right. Technically she used two forms of identification by asking my birthday then name which is what is legally required, but I think after the first error in communication, she should have just looked at my ID. Anyway that's just a little feedback. It all worked out. The pharmacist explained my medications to me and smiled when I said I understood. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes because no other customers were present. Overall an efficient trip!

So I get in line, about number 7, and after about 20 minutes get to the window. She asks my name, says my prescription is ready, but cannot give it to me because they are taking a break. A BREAK AT 8PM? If she knew she would not give it to me why did she ask my name? Why was there not a sign at the front door explaining they are on a break and cannot give out prescriptions? As I walked to the pharmacy, I noticed CVS has moleskin and picked a couple packs up because my husband and daughter use it sometimes when they wear certain shoes. At 11 a.m. the line for the pharmacy wasn't long, I was third in line. The pharmacy tech was polite and professional as she looked me up in the system. Apparently I had guessed wrong and she just smiled and said no problem when I explained I had made an error. She let me pay for the moleskin there rather than having to get in line again at the front store cashiers. Overall a quick trip to CVS where my service needs were met satisfactorily.

I am pleasantly surprised that this Walgreens has enough selection for mouth guards. Due to time constraints, needed to get the product in a hurry. As soon as I entered the store, I inquired from an employee & she instantly directed me to aisle 29. Thankfully the aisle numbers are clearly labeled but I could not locate the items. There was a button to press for help, I pressed it snd an automatic non live message was announced on the intercom. Within about a minute, a staff member showed up & showed me where it was. If it was a snake, it could've bit me already (my mom says this all the time ). He additionally offered another area to find mouthguards to specifically prevent you from grinding your teeth, instead of repositioning your jaw to prevent snoring (aisle 29's). SCORE! Off I went to the front to pay, BAM, done, son! There's plenty of free parking, the lot looks a bit littered though but the inside of the store is clean. I appreciated the prompt customer service.

After that, with a rude and dismissive attitude, she told me they weren't accepting any more packages. When I asked to speak to a manager, she claimed there wasn't one and that she was in charge. When I asked for her name, she refused to give the name and said her name was Walgreen? ?? she again insisted she was the manager. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from someone who claims to be a manager. Walgreens should take immediate action to address this situation, as this employee's attitude and lack of customer service reflect poorly on the store.

They don't care about the customer obviously they don't care about their employees. They have Mickey Mouse upper management CEOs. The pharmacist are the DM's. The one of the companies is such a rut.
