Not the first time they don't have something. It doest't occur to them to reach out to the client to let them know they're not able to fill a prescription. They waited so long to notify me that my prescription became invalid and was no longer supported by my insurance When you walk in to Hendrix the staff acts like you're a bothering them. However, I was *really* unhappy with the store hours already, and now they're changing them again; I work pretty insane hours just to like, survive long enough to take my meds (and for some reason none of them are eligible for delivery), so getting to the store to pick them up was already really difficult. Now their hours are being screwed with (again), meaning even less time to work with to pick them up. It's clearly corporate being cheap and not wanting to allocate enough hours to adequately staff the pharmacy.

The POS terminals are so slow which adds to wait time and it's not helping the process. On the end of the customer's, you all need to stop overcomplicating your own lives and stop asking the pharmacist questions you should have asked your doctor in your visit such as how the medication works and any do's and don'ts. Also, the pharmacy isn't your insurance provider....so why ask them why your medication refills aren't paid for, why it's not covered and all of that? They will only give what they're allowed to and that's all there is to it. In the era of modern technology, I can't fathom why no one does their own research ahead of time. ‍

She yelled at me and was irate then hung up on me. I have Never gotten treated so rudely by someone who should know better. I asked my doctor to switch my prescription to Sierra pharmacy and receptionist confirmed that many of their patients have had problems with Ecoterra and have left. I am taking my business elsewhere even if it's less convenient for me for better and reliable service. I been out of medication for a week and Ecoterra failed to remedy what was a routine refill. I came to this Walgreens to drop off FedEx packages, and my experience was completely unacceptable…read more First, the employee made me wait while she scanned an entire shelf of items. After that, with a rude and dismissive attitude, she told me they weren't accepting any more packages. When I asked to speak to a manager, she claimed there wasn't one and that she was in charge. When I asked for her name, she refused to give the name and said her name was Walgreen? ?? she again insisted she was the manager. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable, especially from someone who claims to be a manager. Walgreens should take immediate action to address this situation, as this employee's attitude and lack of customer service reflect poorly on the store.

I ordered some items online on May 31st. I received a notice that the ordered was delayed and then I got the ready to pick up I was told their policy is to pick up within 72 hours. It's only 6/2/26 so I'm still trying to figure out how I am over the 72 hour period. So I get there and Atzin helps me. He says my order was put back because I was late and over the 72 hour period and I would have to go and get the stuff myself. I'm not sure why he is on the register when he can't count days. I'm hoping the system doesn't shut down. So as I was walking away to go get the stuff, Octavio comes to the counter. I can hear the two discussing the situation as I was looking at the candy bars in the candy aisle which is that far away. Octavio calls me and says that I don't have to go get my order myself and that he would. I agree with him that this is the correct response instead of a worker asking me to do what they were supposed to do. I had just gotten off work and I didn't feel like addressing this. Octavio brings everything I ordered to the counter while Atzin insisted that my order should have been cancelled. I just had received the email remind me that it would be cancelled after today but I guess he thought it should have been already. I was really grateful that Octavio helped me. As I was leaving, what appeared to be the manager discussing something with someone else. Instead of ignoring me as some stores do, he allowed me to exit first instead of almost colliding with me as some employees from other stores have. Thank you for your good customer service. This would have been a 5 star review if all the employees here had the same mind set.
