this is by far the worst pharmacy have been to. Long lines, always out of stock of medications (even common ones), and poor customer service. The person manning the prescription pickup can't hear and cant enunciate. This person misspells my name every single time I have been over a 2 year period. If you go here expect long waits to talk to someone and leaving without your prescription. they will order it and you will have to be subject to the pain again to attempt to pick it up. read more

This is my second review on this drug chain. Again, they are the slowest pharmacy to refill a prescription. First, I was on hold for 18 minutes before someone finally picked up the phone. Second, the person who finally answered the phone was rude. Third, I asked him when my prescription would be filled since it was called in 2 days ago. It was received from my doctors office but not inputted yet. He was doing it over the phone as I was listening him type it in. Now I have to worry to see if it will ever be filled. Why can't this location improve its services? Clearly, I am not alone in my frustration with this location reading most of the other comments and low rating. I guess they just don't care about customer service. I have no choice but to go to this awful chain pharmacy. I will switch locations to see if the other one which is farther away is any better. Honestly I'm unsure where these bad reviews are coming from. I've been using this pharmacy for a few years and they really do take care of you. Any questions- they return your calls, answer any concerns. Yes, they can get busy depending when you come in, and sometimes are slow. But I've tried other pharmacies (I had coupons there) and the experience is not nearly as great. The team at this location is curtesy and professional, they are just nice folks overall. read more

So I would like to really give an A+ to this CVS target for how well they have gone above and beyond for me. First of all I have always been able to get thru on the phone when I called. Second I had a prescription that required special ordering and they went above and beyond for me and ordered it! I was so pleased to experience such a welcoming staff who greeted me with kindness! So glad I moved my business over to this CVS pharmacy.

The only reason I come here is it's walking distance from me. But otherwise this CVS is pretty bad. Maybe understaffed, and stressed employees can't help as much. Each time I refill my prescription it immediately goes to "waiting for your prescriber". Maybe it's a way for them to stall for time and leave orders for later. But I always have to go I , tell them no need to contact my prescriber. Then have to come back and get my meds. No point in calling o. The phone, there's no answer. This is by far the rudest cvs I've ever been too. I honestly feel like everyone there hates their job and they take it out on the customers. I had a mix up with my prescription and I called in and the girl was so rude to me I ended up calling my insurance which the lady from my insurance called in for me to help resolve the matter and even she said that the lady on the phone was not listening and was very rude and short. Sadly I will no longer be giving my business to them and definitely warning others about this place. read more

This CVS is a convenient location for but it's honestly the worst pharmacy to go to. Mainly, I cannot get through to them on the phone. They are severely understaffed. I have called many times when I can put my phone on speaker and wait for 1 1/2 hours until I get through, while doing other things around the house. But, that's not always the case. Sometimes I need an answer and feel the only way to make contact is to physically go down there. My doc has problems getting prescriptions through, too. We're both disgusted. read more

Avoid this pharmacy. They are not capable of picking up the phone when you call. They take days to fill a prescription. When you go in to talk to someone because they don't pick up their calls, they will tell you that your prescription will be filled that day or no later then the following day and it will still not be ready. Highly recommend using literally any other pharmacy in the area. You will think they are treating you like gold compared to this place. read more

I always use CVS for my prescriptions because it's the most convenient and super easy to transfer when you move a lot, but not this one. Oh my god stay away. The most incompetent, rudest people on the planet work here. I normally don't look at reviews for pharmacies but I really wish I had for this one. While this is the closest CVS to me, I'd rather drive the 15-20 minutes to the Parker location just to never have to deal with these people again. Went to another location and they helped me in 5 minutes, trust me it's worth your time to drive somewhere else. read more

This is all based on prior pandemic instances! If you want medications, good service, timely service, responsive individuals, available individuals DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! When the average wait time on the phone is over an hour, if you EVER get through! Then if you leave a voicemail they don't check messages but once a day. (Admitted by an employee). Lines across the main isle of Target every time. Call in advance for refill pickup and they say it's ready just for you to be told it's not ready when you get there. I feel mixed about writing this but I've had 2 rude experiences here. It appears that the little area in front of the pharmacy windows is part of the pharmacy. The part with vitamins, first aid and stuff. Both times when I've asked for help locating something here (which I would have done at Rite Aid or any other pharmacy) for burn help, bandaids, special vitamins etc, with no one else being helped or in line, they act so annoyed and put out and tell me to ask a target employee. Isn't it easier for the pharmacy employee to just help me and point at it since you have no other customers and I need a pharmacy item?? I don't understand the issue asking for help with pharmacy items just because they aren't behind the counter. If this is not something they are comfortable doing, even though an item is 5 feet from them, maybe put a sign up or something? I would do what others have suggested and use a different CVS. read more
