Pharmacy employee attitude sucks! Two weeks ago I ordered a refill of semaglutide. As of Friday, I checked in on the status of the order. I was told to give it 3-5 days for compounding but it is scheduled to ship on Monday. It wasn't delivered to the post office until Tuesday, wasn't accepted by the post office until Thursday, and not delivered until Saturday in a postal unit box in 90+ temps. When I opened the packaging, the ice packs were very hot along with the semaglutide being as hot. The packaging had even been crushed. I explained this in the text message conversation and was told to call so they could better assist me. The only assistance I got was a cocky young lady in pharmacy who told me a story about how someone locked theirs in a trunk for 7 days and the efficacy was acceptable. It just reduces the life of the product. This after we've been consistently told to keep it refrigerated. I'm frustrated because they want us to reach out to our politicians so they can continue to make such products and then treat their customers very poorly!!!! When I suggested that maybe I should go back to brand name, she responded, "Ok, bye!" I'm not paying these prices for reduced life of product. It isn't cheap. read more

Lately it's been really hard to get prescription filled. My doctor called it in 3 weeks ago. I made several attempts to follow up by leaving messages and never got a call back. Today I got notice a prescription was filled thinking it was this one instead it was an existing prescription that I just had filled and it was incorrect. I asked about the one I had been waiting for and she said it needed to be confirmed but how is one to do that is if they don't return calls? I am disappointed as it used to be such a great pharmacy and lately it's more misses and no communication they have resorted to texting and it goes unread and no follow through read more

While they may be good at compounding medications, they are HORRIBLE AT COMMUNICATION AND WAAAAY TOO SLOW AT REFILLS. We have to start a refill 10-14 days in advance to be sure we get it when needed! You can rarely get a person on the phone, they take days to respond to voicemails and texts (which they encourage you to use), and are often less than caring on the phone. With important things like vital compounded medications they should be better at communication with patients and filling orders more promptly--especially when crucial to the health of the patient. read more

Customer service, especially communication, is exceedingly underwhelming. There is no option to speak with a pharmacy representative...you can only leave a message. Unfortunately other compounding pharmacies have worse reputations, so for now, I'm stuck. I just have to pray I'll get a response to my voice mail, or if visiting in person, staff are in a good mood. The quality of the compound glp meds is horrible. I have been using it for well over a year and in the last 10 months all they have done is change the formula and take my money. It is ineffective and while they say and or my physician says it's getting better, it is not. My diet has become more restricted and I have actually gained weight instead of losing weight. It's quite expensive for a glorified b-12, or whatever they put in the bottle. read more

Unfortunately, I have to agree with the others who say this pharmacy takes too long to refill prescriptions. Additionally, the pharmacy staff could do a better job in communicating with the customer. Several times I messaged the pharmacy through the app or left a voice message but did not receive a response. It's been extremely frustrating. read more

I've been using meds from Clearspring for about 5 months now. When my doctor changed up my hormone cream, I called THREE separate times to get my new RX mailed out and I still do not have it. I've decided to go off all my hormone meds and find another place that can provide my medicine in a more timely manner. Very bummed it was this hard to get an RX refilled. read more

I have used Clearspring Pharmacy over the years for prescription needs and have always gotten good service. When my age group became eligible for the COVID vaccine I started trying to obtain an appointment. It was a nightmare to be blunt. I tried to get in at Walgreens, Walmart, Safeway, CVS, all the local medical facilities. No luck! This went on for days. So frustrating. Then I checked with Clearspring. They got me scheduled! I felt like I won the lottery. When I arrived for my first dose, it was an easy process. I only had to wait literally a couple of minutes. The young man who administered my vaccine was very nice and professional. Explaining everything and making me feel at ease. The vaccine didn't hurt, but my arm was very sore for about 2 days. Also, the day after I received the vaccine I was literally exhausted, but that's it. Go back the second dose in a few weeks. I know some people are anti vaccine, and that's okay, but for me, I want to start traveling again, and eating out more and getting back to normal. I made my choice, and Clearspring made that happen. I will continue to use them for my pharmacy needs. read more

This pharmacy is a little off the beaten path, but we have used them several times and they've each been very positive experiences. We first used them for Covid vaccinations for our kids and a booster for myself. More recently we've gone to them for prescriptions when I had a terrible bronchial virus and needed medicine not stocked by my usual grocery store pharmacy. They're easy to get to, easy to reach on the phone and very organized in general. Definitely recommend. read more

They deserve a higher rating probably, but my last order, which was to be mailed was screwed-up and after a week of waiting, I called to find out that even though I had given them the new credit card number, it had not been processed. A couple items were placed on hold but when I asked for it to be filled, the items could immediately be sent. They were hormone replacement therapy items that needed compounding, which they do well and they were recommended to me by my caregiver in Boulder, Colorado. They are a little over an hour from Longmont, Colorado - in Littleton, just South of Denver. They've never screwed up an order yet... that's why I say that they deserve a higher rating. But this time was critical for me and waiting a week when you're on HRT is cause for uncomfortable night sweats. Not ok. Perhaps my fault and my caregivers fault I'm not being able to get an appointment as soon as needed so I couldn't get the prescription I needed until I was almost out. So those on HRT, take note... don't wait until the last minute! I should get the order by mail in a week. They aren't cheap, but no one is with compounded medication and most insurance won't cover it... at least Medicare doesn't. 3 months worth though, for almost $350. There are other compounding pharmacies closer I Longmont, like Good Day. They also compound medication but Clearspring Pharmacy would have done a fine job if something in the lines of communication didn't fall apart. read more

The compounding pharmacy takes a ridiculously long time to fill medications. Now that they've taken away any incentive for picking up my prescription ($5 credit) which compensated for my time and gas, I'm still waiting after calling in the refill 8 days later!! This pharmacy is what pharmacies used to be like (or I imagine they were from what I've hear from my parents). We are overrun by Walgreens and CVS. Sometimes prescription medicines don't fall in to the cookie cutter approach, sometimes people have issues with the binders. They ship instate for free and have been awesome. read more

The pharmacy uses the highest, legitimate quality compounding substance I've ever found to be helpful for my specific condition. The staff is friendly, an willing to help. I would give 5 stars if I lived in the Denver area. Unfortunately not all ppl do. Driving to Littleton takes me over 6 hours. I've gone through 9 spine surgeries, with permanent spine damage and can no longer drive that far. I now have to depend on procuring a ride, which can be difficult, or depend on mail delivery making my rx later and later each month. I have a permanent spine injury that will require some medication for life unless research and development actually decides to put money into a cure for me and ppl like me; for now the best option is compounded medication. If the staff recognized this barrier for me I would definitely give them 5 stars. I hope clear springs pharmacies will find ways to solve this issue for other non Denver Colorado citizens. read more
