I don't normally leave reviews, but this warrants a review. My daughter needed Amoxicillin and I got a message saying the medication was ready for pickup. I showed up to get the medication and it was not ready. I had to go back 3 times before the medication was ready. Same thing happened with my daughter's epi pen. And when I finally got the EpiPen and paid $188 for it, it was almost expired. This pharmacy used to be great and now I have to visit multiple times to get a prescription filled. read more

I understand technology can make things more difficult sometimes but I don't appreciate being made to feel like an idiot for trying to pick up a prescription, that CVS text me was ready (it was not ready), and pay for it with a HSA card CVS told me to keep on file (you cannot actually pay for your prescription with the card on file). I'm not there by choice, I need the medication prescribed. Your job is to ready the prescription and collect payment. If you are so annoyed by this dynamic you should probably not work in a pharmacy! read more

Approached the pharmacy counter, and politely asked about a certain product that can be purchased from Amazon for breathing problems. Why would I think you need a prescription for saline solution for a nebulizer when u can purchase from Amazon with no issues. Obviously I'm in a bind and trying to get my son takin care of because we moved and having problems locating it. Lacking complete empathy the pharmacist just laughed at me when I was trying to ask/find other options to use. Just horrible customer service. This review is long overdue. I sometimes work for a delivery service, and I really want a certain employee to get the recognition she deserves. Vicki is the sweetest, genuine, and an all around the most KINDEST person I have ever met. When I have an order for CVS, I always hope she is working! She always greets me with a smile, and is always willing to help with anything I may need help with. If I need an item for myself, CVS is my go to store, just because of Vicki! I'll pay the extra money, just because she makes this store a hometown feel. I hope you know what a great asset she is to the CVS brand. Employees like this, DESERVE a raise! Worst. Pharmacy. Ever. I have tried to pick up multiple prescriptions here. Something always goes wrong. They either don't have the medicine in stock (even though another CVS told me this store had it in stock), or they can't transfer the medicine, etc. I am starting to think this place doesn't actually provide medication. They just exist to make people angry. read more

Chantalle in pharmacy and James H in ops mgt are a joy to work with. This store is clean and well organized. The product selection is thoughtfully presented. Senior care, office goods, off the shelf common remedies and lots of essentials. The rewards program is generous and staff are cheerful. The Pharmacy is often swarmed by orders and customers which means an occasional delay but this is livable given the rest of the experience. Great work cVS team. Thank you. read more

It is stated online and twice outside their store that they are open until midnight- including a big light up sign right under their store name (not pictured). I got here around 11:10 PM because everywhere else in the area closes at 11. The lights were all on. I walk up and it's locked. No one seemed to be inside. I really needed some OTC medicine to help me sleep. So I drove here in the middle of the night for no reason. read more

We literally have waited 40 minutes in a line to pick up a prescription and one car moved and they don't even have the decency to let you know what is going on. They just let you sit in the burning sun with all these cars in line this place is horrible. The pharmacy is understaffed and they never have it together. I received my booster shot today at this CVS location and got some groceries afterwards. The pharmacist who administered the shot, MaryKay I believe is her name, was very kind, explained everything, and didn't make me feel rushed at all. Not only terrible customer service, but terrible attitudes as well! I had to double check, and make sure I didn't accidentally walk into the post office. So tired of their revolving hours, and closed drive thru. Left Walgreens years ago to get away from what this place has become. Time to move on. Absolutely horrible customer service at this location. I've hung in there through the struggles here over the years: not having enough staff to man the counter so the hours were erratic, closed drive thru because the staff was short staffed or they didn't want to "deal" with multiple lines, and a variety of staff cycling through including CVS "floaters" that came in from other locations. Every few months I meet someone new at the counter and behind it- it's often a tossup if the person is pleasant to work with or hostile. Most recently it was a hostile pharmacist. It's most disappointing when good people leave quickly. I'm not sure if CVS is actively trying to repel pharmacy customers at this point - not a great way to build business. I've moved our business mostly to an online service based on the lack of consistent service, if I could move all online I would - so much easier and don't have to deal people who lack basic customer service skills. The customer service is usually nice there, until today. There was a pharmacist of asian descent who had to ask my birth name, even though it was evident that the name I'd given her, my Real name, was enough to pull me up. I understood it was for insurance purposes, given I am transgender, and it was fine up until then. What is "not" fine, under any circumstances, is telling someone who has just told you, "oh, yeah. I'm transgender." in clarification, that their birth/legal name is their "Real" name, and not the one they've given you. It's disrespectful at worst, and transphobic at best. Its incredibly inappropriate behavior towards someone who is transgender. It's discriminatory. This pharmacy is the one I go to for my hormones, which I need to combat gender dysphoria. It's not a "personality". It's not a "choice." I need medication for it for a reason. I shouldn't have to feel like I need to argue the validity of my disorder with the *pharmacist*. What the fuck. I hope she sees this, and I hope that this CVS in particular can start treating their minorities with the same standard to which they would treat any other customer. TRANS RIGHTS. read more

I will spend the $10 a month for my prescription at King Soopers, just so I never have to deal with this fool again. Awful place- will never shop at a CVS after the encounter I had yesterday. I've never felt so disrespected and insulted in my life, rude pharmacy guy was clearly in the wrong and wouldn't let me speak to someone else who would actually help me. I ended up going to a different CVS down the road & they actually cared and helped me with what I needed. So clearly, he's just incompetent at his job and shouldn't be working around people. Just came into purchase a Covid test for a roommate. Asked woman in the pharmacy information about the test and she had no knowledge whatsoever about it and seemed completely on interested in helping me. This is the first time since the store has been built I decided to come in here. I love my Walgreens and I probably won't be coming back here. If only I could leave NEGATIVE stars here because one star is too much. If I say that this is second time that I struggle with this pharmacy that would be understatement. It was 2 times unbearable so much that it burned itself in my mind, but every visit here is similar. First time I was waiting for over 3 hours to fill out prescription for child medicine while he was in pain and under fever - even though on prescription was stated it's urgent, no urgency was given. I just came into cvs and asked the pharmacist for a anti vertigo product we saw online. Apparently he was angry that we asked a question. He very rudely said they don't have anything like that. I showed him the pic from cvs online web sit and he said well that's never updated and like I said we don't have it. Once he went back behind the counter I looked over by the motion sickness medication and low and behold. The exact product I showed him was right there. I showed up for my vaccine appointment on time. The pharmacist was running late due to traffic. I wasn't given any information about whether I should wait, come back later or reschedule. The cashier asked someone in the pharmacy if they can take down my name and number and call me when they have any information. The older guy working in the pharmacy was dismissive and just went on and on about how busy they are and how many vaccines he gives a day. It was all about him. Later that day the cashier called and said I had to reschedule my appointment. She was at least apologetic. I rescheduled at another location. When I showed up for my vaccine at the scheduled time at the other CVS I was told I couldn't get my vaccine because their sister CVS where I had my initial appointment had already submitted it to my insurance although I never received the vaccine. Apparently instead of canceling my vaccine appointment, they recorded it as a missed appointment and billed my insurance anyway. They didn't even acknowledged that I was at my appointment. After this experience I will be going somewhere else where I'm treated as a person and not an insignificant nuisance to be ignored. read more

I wondered why this pharmacy has a 2-star rating, and I just found out that's being generous. I've been on a c-pap machine for over a decade, and my current one is on its last legs. My current provider said they can order one, but it will be several months ('supply chain' issues.) I called several places, including this CVS since one of the suppliers I called suggested them. I was told they didn't have any in the store, but there was at least one "in the warehouse" they could order for me, and it would only be a matter of days. I had my PCP write the prescription, and confirmed that the pharmacy had received it. At that point I was told I could pick it up "next week." On Friday of the following week I called, and their automated system, recognizing my phone number, said it was still "in process." Wanting to speak to real person for clarification, I went to the store. After a short wait a person at the counter looked up my account, stared at the screen and then brought over a pharmacist, who also spent some time looking puzzled at the screen. She then said that they didn't have any in the warehouse, and I'd be better off going to a medical supply store. For further clarification, I asked if there was one on order, or if anything was being done to get one, and was told, "no, that's it." Both then just walked away from the counter, no apology or further explanation. I was dumfounded. Had I not gone in to the store, I'd still be waiting indefinitely while their automated system would keep reiterating, "in process." A bad combination of poor organization, and apparently low-morale staff who have no interest in solving problems, or seeing that the same mistakes aren't continuously being made. Fortunately there are quite a few other pharmacies around, but I'm disappointed since this is the closest one to my house. read more

This pharmacy is the worst! It never has the medicines I am prescribed in stock, making me wait 5-10 days before my prescription can be filled. The first time it happened, IA gave them the benefit of the doubt, choosing to believe that it was due to its plain demand. It is now happened three different times, and I will not use them again. Additionally, each time I have tried to use one of their discount coupons from Good RX or RXGo, the techs always find a reason not to honor it, making excuse after excuse why it "just won't work.". Funny how happy they are to make me pay an exorbitant price rather to honor the discount coupons they contract to offer! Don't waste your time with this pharmacy. read more

This pharmacy experience was the worst! My son-in-law was just released from the ICU and we needed to pick up some insulin for him. Because of some difficult life circumstances, his insurance just started back up recently so they haven't received the cards yet. This last couple weeks have been so trying and difficult for my family, especially his young bride who is learning how to navigate these hard times. The pharmacist was condescending, rude, short, and snapped at her when she tried to help...multiple times. A person shouldn't leave a pharmacist in tears when they're just trying to figure out how to take care of their loved ones. Worst part is that this guy was training somebody else in the process of helping her. PLUS the pharmacist team were talking badly of people in the drive through and making fun of those customers as they were in the process of being rude to my daughter. Excellent experience today when I went to get a senior flu shot. I found out that two of my local Walgreens were out of the shot so I went to CVS. The staff was helpful and efficient and I was in an out and got my shot within less than 15 minutes. Don't usually shop there but I will now! read more

Worst experience with a pharmacy in my life, if I could give NEGATIVE 100000000000000000000000 stars, I absolutely would-- I'm actually offended that I'm even giving one star. The stocky lady with big bushy hair is extremely rude, and even the 'Main Tech Lead' or whatever it's called, doesn't even sound like a real position to me honestly, is the worst lol, I don't even know what to say there, he looks really funky and for some reason he thinks he's God. LOL-- I asked to speak with someone else, and he very cockily replied with his arms in the air 'I'm the main tech here, there's no one else to speak to' -- sorry, but yes, there is always someone ahead of you-- you're just not that special. Luckily, I went to a different CVS down the road (my insurance insists on us using CVS & as you can tell, I'm not thrilled about it-- Always hated CVS, this confirms how awful they are yet again) after my second attempt to get it filled at this place & they HAPPILY obliged, did everything they needed to to make sure I had what I needed, THAT pharmacist actually cared that I was in need of my medications, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. I think it's very very fucked up that they wouldn't even consider helping me, just got rude when I tried to press the issue, which obviously caused me to get flustered and say things I normally wouldn't. I don't typically write reviews either, but I had to this time. I feel HIGHLY insulted and affronted from this experience. Something no one should have to feel when they are already going through difficult things & I'm just trying to get myself on the right track. The lady at the counter was nice at first, I apologized to her because it wasn't her fault, but then she also proceeded to get rude too. Awesome employees you guys got, I think a revamp of your pharmacy is greatly needed, fill it with caring people- that would be such a nice change & I'm sure there are plenty of others who feel the same, your ratings are pretty terrible on here & I definitely understand why. I would 100% recommend going to a different pharmacy, like seriously, plenty of other places out there that actually care and want to help. It's also awesome that they set their security guard on a small 135 lb woman because I was calling them out on their bull$. Very cool, I should be able to say what I need to without someone coming after me, especially after their employees were the ones in the wrong & being ridiculously rude.... now to call CVS headquarters if there is such a thing & make one heck of a Complaint. They are supposed to be there to help people, and I didn't receive any help from them, barely even an attempt. Pretty traumatizing when you are just trying to get what you need, and are already going through some very difficult things. Yep, I will now drive 15 minutes away instead of 5 to get my prescriptions to avoid having to deal with whatever is going on at this place, not worth my time or sanity -- I will NEVER return here, not even for normal purchases & my family and friends are already in the process of switching to a different pharmacy too.
