Normally I use another compounding pharmacy but my Dr's office called my prescription into Sky Ridge. I received my filled prescription without any information attached regarding side effects or additional information. I never expected to experience such a severe side effect after taking 2 very small doses, but I did!! I was taking the EXACT formula of this product and EXACT dose prior to the new prescription refill from Sky Ridge. The previous prescription was purchased directly from Dr's office and I had no side effects. Dr no longer provides purchasing this product from his office, thus I ended up at Sky Ridge. I did a Google search since it was over the weekend and made a clear connection with my side effect and the compounded product I purchased (which was very expensive). When I called their office to discuss this, the pharmacist was defensive and refused to take any responsibility for my side effect(s) or the lack of information regarding "possible" side effects. They claimed they do not need to provide this information to their patients, which I confirmed.... unfortunately they don't. She said she would have her supervisor call me back. However the supervisor never had the courtesy to call me back, or anyone else from that office. When the old prescription and new prescription are the exact same formula and one causes a severe side effect, and the other one didn't and never did, I believe there is cause to question ingredients and/or method of processing - which can be a valid safety concern! I feel they should have refunded my money when I asked them to do so, but they refused. I will NEVER use them again. I would strongly advise whomever reads this review to beware of this pharmacy. read more

My son had his tonsils and adenoids removed on Friday (8/16). The nurses and doctors mentioned to me that lidocaine suckers are available to help small children after this kind of surgery and gave me a list of places that carry them (there are only 3 places in the list, and this was one of them). We live in Littleton, but I had another errand to run in Parker. They close at 6 and I got there at 5:20, thinking I'd be able to get in, out and on my way. When I got to the front desk, I was made aware that I needed a prescription (which was somewhat of a shock, since a prescription hasn't been mentioned to me about the suckers until this point). I knew the doctors office closed at 5, so I figured I was out of luck. The receptionist mentioned that she'd grab the pharmacist for me, so I waited. When the pharmacist came out, I explained the situation (my 4 year old autistic son had his tonsils and adenoids removed and these suckers were recommended, but no mention of a prescription). By this time, I was exhausted and feeling defeated. I had been up since 4:30, my son was in pain and I still had 3 errands to run before I got home. The pharmacist was super understanding. She said that the doctors office probably had an "urgent call" center, and to call them and let them know the situation. If I was able to get ahold of a doctor before they closed, she would take a verbal prescription order for the suckers for my son. I called the doctors office and the call center said they'd call back in less than half an hour. I got odd the phone with them at the 5:25. That was cutting it pretty close. At 5:52 they called me back. The doctor gave the verbal prescription to the pharmacist and I was out the door by 5:57. I am incredibly impressed with the pharmacist who listened to me, who understood my frustration and who made sure I was taken care of so I could take care of my son this weekend. Thank you for showing care and compassion to a woman who was extremely worn out and defeated. I will definitely go out of my way in the future to visit this pharmacy in the future. read more

Sky Ridge Compounding Pharmacy is fantastic. They make a lot of their drugs in-house. They make great products that are affordable. They can and will ship out of state and locally if needed too. I've been here twice now for a new prescription and couldn't be more pleased with both the customer service aspect as well as the knowledge, support and assistance from Jodi the pharmacist. She explained the new medication and answered all of the questions I had. The new facility is a little trick to find but if you are coming in off of Plaza, make your first right just before the Dolphin Swim place and you'll end up in their parking lot. I wish the wait were longer so I could grab a beverage and a snack but they are so darn efficient I only have time to partake in a Tootsie Roll. ;) I takes a lot of Yelp reviews to undo one 'one star' review so I hope more folks who utilize this pharmacy will help them recover! Pharmacy does not seem like an accurate description for this supplement store complete with faded Suzanne Sommers books in the book wrack. Overheard the "pharmacist" tell an elderly woman (there's no privacy) that the only way to deal with COVID is to take invermectin and hydrochloroquine. This is not only false information, real research has shown that neither one is effective in combating COVID 19. I wouldn't trust this "pharmacy" with my health or any human, and I absolutely wouldn't trust them with the life of my cat. read more

I wish I could "0 star" rate them. For the last few months I have had prescriptions filled at this pharmacy, as Walgreens does not provide larger orders. From what I have gathered, there were two fill-in people working the Pharmacy last month, while the "regular" was out having surgery. I picked up a large quantity order last month, that was in liquid form, as I have a G/J tube. Last month when I went in to pick up my order the temp. Pharmacist enquired about my needing liquid medication, I informed him that I only take medication through the J part of my feeding tube. Yesterday I went in to fill the month's supply and the regular Pharmacist (that was not around last month when I brought in my script), told me to go find some other place to have my medication filled. He was so nasty. I informed him that this is where I had filled my script in the past, he replied that if he had been here, he would haven't have filled it. He said that my prescription quantity is 20% of his allotment of the drug for him to distribute in a one month period. He then repeated that he would not fill it, and that I would have a hard time finding anyone to fill the script for me. The interaction was humiliating and degrading. I have never been a fan of Health One facilities / employees, and this will ensure I never return to Sky Ridge. The man that is the primary Pharmacist working in the Sky Ridge Compounding Pharmacy truly is a disgusting human being. read more

I have been using this pharmacy for a couple of years now and my experience with the staff has always been pleasant. They have always refilled my prescriptions in a timely manner.
