I have multiple important prescriptions and CVS fails to refill them on time a majority of the time. This results in me being unable to focus and do well in school because CVS claims that I "should" have enough ADHD meds to last a few more days, when I've been taking the proper dosage every day and should be due for a refill right when I run out. I ran out of antidepressants, and it took a refill request from my mother AND my psychiatrist before CVS FINALLY listened and refilled my meds. I've been out of antidepressants for almost 4 days and am experiencing one of the worst depressive episodes I've had in a long time, all because CVS decided that the meds that keep me from losing all hope in living can wait. Now that I've finally start HRT, I'm afraid that CVS will cause issues with my very strict schedule for testosterone injections. I must do them on the same day every week, and I need a prescription for needles and syringes on top of the hormones themselves. I'm seriously hoping that CVS doesn't mess up one of the most important things in my life right now, because I'm getting really fed up with the lack of urgency when refilling meds that keep me FUNCTIONING, and I'd say it's pretty vital that I'm able to AT LEAST do that. read more

went to cvs on Lincoln and jordon rd. they didnt have the medication . they told me to go to Cvs Target on twenty mile . they called the store to let them know to fill the prescription. i got there 745pm. they said they are filling it then. I stood there the whole time . they put the gate down. And was talking about their personal lives. i kept saying hello finally after 15 minutes they screamed at me and said they were closed . i told them you told me you were filling the prescription eye drops . I had problems with the staff at the Lincoln Ave location with rude pharmacy staff. I transferred my prescription to Twenty Mile CVS and Kristen informed me that even though it was a new Rx with new dose, insurance kicked it back as refill too soon, then kindly gave me cash price and good Rx cost. She took the time to help me and explain options where Lincoln Ave pharmacy staff did not and actually told me they did not have my prescription even though my profile said they got it 12/08/2023 and customer service verified they received it. The guy messed up my prescription - the doctor wrote my prescription for 3 months - the guy working messed up my insurance information multiple times and had to reset the system multiple times, then told me he only could fill 1 month. I took the 1 month- went to a different pharmacy since and had no problems at OTHER locations. I was still charged for the full prescription from this CVS and i guess will never receive the other two months??? I've been on this medication for 3 years now and NEVER had a problem, but the first time I use this pharmacy, I get the wrong amount of medication, get charged for the three months, and the customer service also wasn't willing to work with me on why they only filled one month rather than the three. On top of it, I can't get ahold of anyone to get the other two months I paid for? I really recommend going elsewhere. read more

Scrips are regularly not ready even though they send texts saying they are. Then there's the 50/50 chance that they are accurate. If I wait less than 30 minutes in line at this location it's a great day! If my insurance had additional pharmacies in network there is no doubt in my mind I would change. prescriptions are almost always 2-6 days late, always issues with the insurance that are entirely on their end and will happen every month for the same refill, random fees that'll only be once for a refill for no apparent reason that not even the pharmacist can explain, and good luck getting anyone to actually answer the phone! been going to CVS for years and idk why, it's always something with every refill. read more

This pharmacy is the worst!! The service is horrible-I was told 'there is nothing I can do lady. What do you want from me.' This was when I asked for information on my sons Straterra prescription. I actually had to call the Dr back and let her know what he said. Then I had to call Lilly (manufacturer) who answered my question AND told me the pharm did have access to the info as Federally Required. It simply meant he needed to do 'extra' work. Ironic that CVS has an Extra Care Rewards program.. This morning I went to use the rewards and was told they aren't valid at the only CVS I shop at. I had to go to another store (stand alone) very far away and use it there. She admitted it was her fault and CVS CORP (Tricia/Manager) WOULD NOT FIX IT TO MAKE IT RIGHT AND CONVENIENT FOR THE CUSTOMER. I have lived in three states and continue to use Target as my pharmacy after each move. First of all, I love their bottles, which stand on the lid, are easy to read, and have color coding for each member of the family. My husband and I are on two of the same Rx's, but different doses. The colored rings (or stickers on liquids) help keep them apart. The staff at this location knew my name not long after I moved here. They are all energetic, show you the Rx to make sure it is correct, ask if you have questions for the pharmacist, and ring up all purchases quickly. They always make sure to get your Pharmacy Rewards logged, too. You get a day of shopping at Target for 5% off for every 5 Rx's you fill. Several months of the year will be double rewards month. I save my coupons up for times I spend $100-200 or so in the store...which isn't hard as I go in for a $4 Rx and walk out with $200 of stuff. But that's because I also love, love, love the store. I love the phone system, auto-refills (and renewals), mobile app and the website also. **Note 12/23/15 - CVS has bought out all of the Target pharmacies, so I don't know how much of the above will remain true, except for the staff at this location who are all wonderful! read more

One star is too many. This is the absolute worse pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure to do business with. Their customer service is horrible, their clerks are not well trained, their manager Brenna was defensive and argumentative. No one should have to come back three times to get a prescription filled only to be told a different excuse each time as to why it was not ready. I was told it would be ready on a Friday, when I went to pick it up they said it was out of stock and come back Tuesday. I came back Tuesday night and they said the doctor made a mistake and to call her. I called the doctor Wednesday morning and she didn't know anything about it and said there was no mistake. I called CVS back and they said it was out of stock and they were having trouble getting it. So, three different stories as to why I am now sitting here out of my medication. They also said twice that they sent texts to update me on the status of the rx, which was a lie. The attitudes of the staff and manager are horrible. They behave as if they could not care less that they are causing your problems and to miss medications. Smug, indifferent or downright hostile is what they project. She then said she had to call my insurance about one of them within 15 mins. No call back, just a text saying my rx was ready to pick up. When I went to pick up my rx I assumed it was what I had requested on nun cvs app. I didn't realize until I got to the parking lot that it wasn't even the med I ordered!
