I believe her name is Crystal but she is so kind always and goes above and beyond for me every time I have to get a script filled. they just need more employees to answer the phone and get an updated computer system just to handle ordering in meds in time, or to fill on a future date an alert or something so we don't have to call all of the time. Went to this location or sometimes the other location in Parker. Happened to be in the area and needed to make some photos. Hate to say it but it. Was a negative experience. All these machines are self service. And the teenager that worked there refused to help me. I asked how to use it and she just snapped at me. Then told another employee she was going on her break! Jesus Made my copies and got the heck out of there. Didn't pla. On coming back with that customer service. Just wanted a few copies of baby pictures . Next time one of your pharmacy associates gives a customer an estimated time, be legit about it. Don't lie to then. Being backlogged with other customers is no excuse. If it supossedly takes 20 min to fill one, then tell them one hour, and don't have them waiting for two hours like your associates dumped on me. Time management isn't that hard girls! This pharmacy located at Lincoln/ Parker Road has improved greatly. I would like to compliment the following staff members. Dana the pharmacy manager, always goes out of her way to make me feel appreciated. Chole the pharmacy tech ALWAYS goes out of her way to help me, she has a great attitude and personality. She knows me by name and has really raised the bar on how to treat customers. There is a pharmacist (name unknown) brunette, short, ALWAYS greets me by name, super friendly and makes me feel like a long term customer which I have been for about 20 years . If it weren't for these three ladies I would probably choose another pharmacy.. MANAGEMENT please commend these ladies highly!!! They more than well deserve it!!! read more

Worst Walgreens ever. I was told they had my prescription in stock, so I called and was hung up on multiple times after being directly connected to this store. I waited a total of about 2 hours on the phone. When I went to the store, there was a line nearly to the cosmetic area, with other people waiting who had similarly bad experiences. I ended up calling to have my prescription filled elsewhere which is a pain, but still better than dealing with this incompetent pharmacy. I ended up asking the cashier in the front what was going on, and she casually said "oh someone just didn't show up today". I said I was hung up on multiple times, and she wasn't even surprised . When you feel like crap and need your medication, the last thing you have the energy for is dealing with this. They have no regard for the well-being of those they serve, so I do not recommend. read more

Except for a few random employees, the FT staff is just rude and abrupt. Dismissive of questions and concerns.

Believe the reviews. This is literally the worst and slowest pharmacy in all of Parker (and awkward to get to when driving). Even if you're looking for a 24-hour location, you'd be better off waiting for the CVS inside Target to open the next day than you would be waiting for a same-day prescription here. Or just use the 24-hour CVS on Lincoln, even if you have to drive a little further. Something just isn't right at this location because even while short-staffed, other pharmacies make themselves look award-winning when compared to the pharmacy here. If you're tempted to fill a prescription here, just make sure you've got 2 or 3 hours to burn because that's literally how long it takes to get anything from this pharmacy. read more

In this day and age of Covid the tension and stress level at your local Walgreens is very detectable. I came in to get a prescription and saw this in person as the staff was getting yelled at by a couple of customers. My experience was Totally Different. Ryan, DeAnn and Connor were professional, personal and very fast to assist me getting my prescription. There indeed is a GREAT TEAM of associates at this Walgreens. read more

Refused to make an appointment for vaccination over the phone and made me do one online... even though we were already talking on the phone! Makes the service seem lazy, incompetent and rude. This Walgreens is pretty awesome if you need an excuse to get out of a work, a family dinner or even a relatives wedding! The line here is always long and it never moves!! You can wait in line for days and never make it the counter. The people working behind the counter won't even acknowledge that your in line and they will never hurry, it's great!! Next time you don't want to go to work just face time your boss from the line and tell them you need your meds to live, Boom free day off work!! Also the people in line are great! The people who work at Walgreens are all grumps and hate everything about life, and really hate customers. If you need any medications to live do not go here under any circumstance... you will die in line. In fact I'm not sure they even sell medications..... I've never seen anyone ever leave with their prescriptions.... That's probably a bad sign. read more

Needed to update insurance info to get prescription filled. Called and was on hold 32 minutes with message telling me I was second in line. At that point I drove to Walgreens to update insurance info in drive thru lane. Was on hold 46 minutes and no one ever picked up phone. I asked woman working drive thru if they answer their phone anymore and was given response that she can't be in 5 places at once. I'm torn which is worse, CVS or Walgreens in Parker. read more

Worst place ever!!! I mean truly awful! If you like waiting on hold for over 2 hours only to be hung up on to call back and have it happen again then this is the place for you! Like waiting 2 hours in the drive thru to get your prescription.... Again you'll be happy here! I've never seen a pharmacy be so slow and literally not care. What Has Happened To Walgreens??? 2 Years Ago, I Gave This Store 5 Stars Because At That Time, The Pharmacy Was Stellar. The pharmacy at this location is an absolute disgrace. I had a confirmed appointment for a vax. Did everything they asked me to including showing up early. Then I had to wait in line for 25 mins to be checked in. Then after all that 5 mins later to be told that they ran out of the vaccine! How does that happen? I dropped off a prescription for pain medication that I have taken for over three years now. They won't let me drop it early, but I'll be damned if they were out of my medication AGAIN. It has now been nine days since I dropped it off. This pharmacy doesn't care if I go into withdrawal. They KNOW I will be dropping this prescription off every month, but they NEVER order in advance. And then they expect me to sit in withdrawal for weeks while they get their act together. Not acceptable. Can't call them - they don't answer. read more

Going to this Walgreens is like getting a root canal - it takes a longtime and is painful. The drive-thru is closed for construction, but no construction is apparent. There a paper signs in the pharmacy area telling you that they are under-staffed and will be until further notice. This is an understatement as they have been understaffed for at least 2 long years. When my wife asks me to pick up her prescriptions I cringe and get the shakes. Its like I'm being punished. When I do go in there I do not recognize anyone from past visits - not even the pharmacist! I went in there this evening and stood in line for 11+ minutes before getting up to the counter. I was told that 1 of 2 prescriptions was ready and that the 2nd prescription was sent out to another store and that I could pick it up in 2 hours after the other store delivered it to the store I was in. DUH....why would they send the 2nd prescription out as I was THERE. Why would they assume I would want to pay 2 visits to this sub-standard mess that they call a pharmacy?? Yes, I do avoid this place like COVID!!! Are my expectations out whack? Maybe. I'm a veteran who has the luxury of having the VA send me text messages asking if I want to refill a prescription that is coming up for refill and they mail it to me. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible customer service! I as a customer had to follow up 4 times about film I sent in to be developed back in June. Each time Walgreens told me it was Fuji film they sent it to who had not gotten back to them. As it turns out when I emailed Fuji about the issue they said they had returned to Walgreens back in June. So why I never got a call my photos were ready is beyond me. That is supposed to be part of their job that they get paid for. And it's beyond me that no employee in the photo department could tell me anything even when I followed up in two weeks when my order was supposed to be ready and followed up again three times after that. Rediculous!! They better thank they're lucky stars I did not pay for the order yet. Do better idiots!! If you don't like your job then go get a fucking other one. everyone is hiring these days! Don't bother waking up early. I liked this Walgreen's pharmacy because it allowed me to fill prescriptions early hours, before work and when it is less busy. Buyer beware! Bought an item through Walgreens online and needed to return it. They require items to be returned to a physical store location. I fulfilled all of the requirements to return my item. The first store I went to didn't even know how to issue a refund. The second store forced me to take a refund card, which makes me buy something else within their store. I shop maybe once a year at Walgreens and I'm now forced to buy something else from them. This is poor customer service. read more

There is at least 1 issue every single time I go, either the rx isn't filled when I've gotten an alert that it is, or I've gone to pick up and they won't fill it because they told me I picked it up already. The worst pharmacy wait times in town. Went in today to get prescription eye drops. They didn't have to "make them", I didn't submit insurance and was paying cash, there wasn't a need for paper work, the prescription from the doctor was submitted more than two hours ago. I waited an entire 1.5 hours until a staffer said you know what I'm just going to pick this up for you, 45 seconds later she picked it up off the shelf. SERIOUSLY!! 1.5 hours for you to do a 45 second job? Do you understand the concept of prioritization and how to manage the customer orders in a way that gets them their medicines? Do you even have the slightest idea as to how a pharmacy should be run? Do you understand how it feels for a child to be in pain for 1.5 hours vs having gotten his medicine in 45 seconds? For the lady that walked and got us the medicine in less than a minute, THANK YOU. I wish I could give this pharmacy zero stars. They lost several prescriptions (claiming they never got it when my doc had sent it over several times) so I would have to call them and then call my doc and then call Walgreens again...it was exhausting. Then they would take over a week to fill my prescriptions and never send any type of communication as to why it was delayed or when it would finally be filled. (How is this even remotely acceptable? What about people who need these medications to live? It's absolutely insane that a corporation like Walgreens would let this happen.) When I would call to check on the status I'd get the call center and sit on hold for an hour (literally and HOUR) only to get a different reason each time I'd call. Oh, and then they would bill my insurance as if they filled prescriptions THAT THEY NEVER FILLED! So when I finally canceled my prescriptions at the Walgreens and transferred everything to the Walmart pharmacy my insurance company denied filling them saying it was too soon to refill because they thought that Walgreens had filled them (but they hadn't). So the tech at Walmart pharmacy had to spend a ridiculous amount of time convincing the insurance company that Walgreens had not filled those scripts. It was an absolute mess. This is the absolute worst pharmacy (poor customer service and shady business practices) that I have ever done business with. I should have transferred to a different pharmacy long before I did. I've now been with Walmart pharmacy in Elizabeth for a few months and they are outstanding. read more

Save yourself the trouble and get your prescriptions filled elsewhere. Despite having been on auto fill for the same prescription for over a year, the past few months its taken over two weeks and multiple phone calls to get it filled, meaning I go off the medication each time (not healthy!) I've been told multiple times "oh I see what's wrong, it'll be ready in an hour" only to go to pick it up and they're out of stock. I finally submitted a request to have the prescription transferred, however, it's been 4 days and they've not faxed what they need to to the new pharmacy. I just called to see what the deal is, was on hold for 20 minutes, and was told "oh but we have the perscription ready for you". I begged for them to just please fax my info to the new pharmacy. We will how much longer this takes, I'm at a loss. read more

This location of Walgreens Pharmacy is truly The Absolute Worst of any business and the absolute example of the very worst of what Walgreens has to offer. The people working there are lazy and uncaring and irresponsible and rude!!! God help you not need them for anything at all!! These people have figured out the laziest way out of doing their work, .... They simply quit answering their phones. That means, no one can call or contact them to fill any prescriptions. And if you happen to have a dated prescription there, you will still have to call or contact them to get it done. If you think your online forms will make it work, you are wrong!! You just have to go there,... sit for 3 to 5 hours until they fill. God help you and nothing goes wrong because once it does, no one will lift a finger to help either!! And all of that is the truth!! I tried to get them to answer their phones for two days straight. And I mean, from opening to close. Then went there myself and the woman screams at me to call my own insurance company, when the prescriptions required a phone call to the insurance company to resolve a coding issue. I was ridiculed by what they were saying because what can I do? Say? Resolve? When all of the problem resided in their own system and I'm on the other side of the counter and have no access to their system. I kept trying to explain to the pharmacist that their suggestions are comical and telling me to call my own insurance company doesn't make sense. But she refused to even talk to me after issuing the order for me to call my own insurance company. So I called!! The insurance company tried to call the pharmacy themselves and for the next 10 hours they stayed on hold to no avail!! This place is what Hell looks like in Parker!! read more

The Pharmacist helped me get my proper documentation so I could travel internationally. I see several comments about the wait time etc. but I think people should keep in mind how understaffed and stretched the teams are. I'm thankful for them; they show up knowing that they won't be treated well at times but care about providing our children with the medicine they need, our seniors with their prescriptions, and all other medical tasks. What a huge disappointment this pharmacy is. We waited 30 minutes to be told it was going to be another hour. We came back an hour and a half later to be told it was going to be another 15 minutes. This is terrible service from a pharmacy. Pharmacies are supposed to be filled with competent individuals who have gone to school to provide excellent healthcare services. What a broken system. We recommend you never use this pharmacy. SECOND REVIEW: I returned to the pharmacy over an hour later after they told me it was going to take 10 to 15 more minutes for the second part of our prescription.
