People fail to understand That the drive-thru pharmacy is for medications that are ready for pick up and go. I'm amazed on how many times someone is at the window 5 to 10 minutes because they're too lazy to walk into the store. The drive-through should not be used for new orders. This pharmacy has the worst service ever. They don't follow up on calling doctors for prescriptions, their hours of Pharmacy currently are not 24/7 as advertised and they need to hire people. The service of this Pharmacy has hit an all time rock bottom. You can wait outside in your vehicle for 45 minutes or stand in line inside for over an hour just to ask why your RX called in by your Dr 11 hours ago hasn't been filled. The phone system gets shut off when they get backed up which is a daily occurrence. Now after waiting for your chance to be rudely greeted by an overworked staff member you get to do it all over tomorrow if your lucky. read more

I spent many years going to the Parker/Stroh Walgreens due to its location & drive thru option. It was by far the worst experience I have ever had with any pharmacy. I have several medications I need to have filled each month, they come up for refill at various times throughout the month. Therefore I dealt with this pharmacy several times a week. This is NO exaggeration, 9 out of 10 times, there was an issue with my prescription. It wasn't ready when they'd said. They were out of stock. They wouldn't refill it until the exact day of the refill due date - AND THEN - they'd be out of stock - leaving me without vital medicine and causing me extreme illness/side effects for 2-4 past the due date of the refill. They were a nightmare to deal with over the phone. They were never willing to work with me to ensure these things didn't happen in the future. They treated me like a drug user and SO MUCH disrespect and disregard of me, my side effects or doing their jobs the way a pharmacy is intended to do their jobs. They acted as though THEY were my doctors, yet the ONE time there was actually two medications that I was picking up which should NEVER be taken together, they didn't even catch it - I found out on Google after they'd proven time and time again I could not trust them for anything. They never ever kept their word. One staff member would say one thing, I'd be made to call back and another staff member would tell me something else, each month - their "rules" completely changed for how they filled prescriptions, it was like dealing with a totally different company and staff members every single time I spoke with them (which was approximately 1-3+ phone calls per each of my 6-7 refills, per month, even though I'd do as much as humanly possible electronically - to avoid being stuck on hold for 20-30 minutes at a time - as well as being subjected to their rude and unprofessional staff members). It was just the poorest excuse for a pharmacy, especially such a large, nationwide pharmacy. I finally decided to go to the pharmacy across the street (even though I have limited mobility and it requires me to park and walk all the way to the back of the supermarket, that's how terrible my experience was with Walgreens, I didn't even care about the discomfort, pain and inconvenience it caused me as long as I could use a functioning, consistent, reliable pharmacy to manage all my medications accordingly..). And I have NEVER been so thankful to finally be dealing with an organized and professional pharmacy in my life! I have eliminated ALL of these huge problems from my life that caused me serious anxiety every month while using Walgreens. Before I changed to my current pharmacy, I'd even made attempts to contact the store manager, the pharmacy manager, the branch manager and even the corporate office and not a single one of them called me back, ever... I would never recommend this location, nor ANY other location of Walgreens pharmacy to anyone I know, ever! Worst pharmacy experience of my entire life! If you value your peace of mind, and have a great appreciation for common sense, do NOT use the Parker/Stroh Ranch Walgreens at a minimum. Pulled up to the drive through and was told the medication wasn't available and wouldn't be here til the next day. Asked if she could check and was told it was actually in stock. Waited 20 minutes for the text it's ready. Been waiting in the drive though now for 40 minutes to pick up a prescription that should have been ready. Easily the worst experience in my life when your fiancé is needing meds next to you and they're taking forever. read more

Even though website allows you to schedule and will in fact send you a confirmation of your appointment, the pharmacist insisted I did not have the appointment. Script was called in around 12pm, after my girlfriends surgery. Came to pick up around 1pm - not ready. Was told "the script will be ready by 3pm". Ok, no problem. Came back around 5:30 pm, and after waiting in line for over an hour (wow), still not ready. This left my girlfriend in some serious pain. I see why this location has such terrible reviews... this location, like others in Parker, is a total joke. What's the deal, Walgreens? Almost every Walgreens has terrible reviews, and most are regarding your pharmacy. That should probably tell you something, yet nothing seems to be done to improve the experience for your pharmacy customers. I have no issues taking my business elsewhere in the future. read more

I never write reviews... but I had originally been coming to this Walgreens for 10 years. I don't know if it's the influx of more people moving to Parker or management, but this place SUCKS now... two separate phone calls. 20 min each on hold. I figured I'd call at 9:40pm because "oh it's late" was just sent to line to wait. Every time I even go to pick up a prescription the line is super duper long and wait in line over 40 min in drive thru. Or 1 hour in line in the store. I've had multiple instances where I've gone to pick up my prescription because I got the voicemail from them saying it was ready. Then to be told when I get there that I have to wait another hour or two. They need to get their sh*t together. Tonight I reached my final straw, trying to call them because it's an emergency prescription. I'm having all of my prescriptions redirected to a different pharmacy from now on I'm pissed. read more

This is the worst Walgreen's pharmacy I've ever been to. Problem is being understaffed. You'll wait in a ridiculously long line in the drive-thru. Don't let yourself get "pinned" in the line close to their lunch break. I made this mistake and was sandwiched between 2 cars and forced to wait 30 minutes LONGER because I couldn't get out of the line. After waiting in the drive through line for 35 minutes without a single car moving, I decided to go in to try and retrieve my prescription. Waited in line for 30 minutes behind the one other person in line before I had to leave because I'm now late tour work. Still no prescription filled. I've now been over a week without my prescription because Walgreens simply won't give it to me. I've called to ask to have it sent to another location since they refuse to serve the people in line and they hung up on me. The negligence with which they operate their store should be reported to the board of health!!! Their lack of ethics or care for the people that are their customers is astounding! read more

The first few months went by very smoothly, then after covid, customer service, and anything related to medication-pick up became delayed. I understand there is a staffing shortage, however, for the ones heavily reliant on their meds like myself, I simply cannot wait. I've had to wait for my meds to be delayed for weeks the past 4 times I've picked up. This time it's been over a month and it seems like I won't get it anytime soon. There is a reason why CVS has dominated over Walgreens...went in to pick up photos for a grad party presentation and the photos all came curled up. When I walked back in to ask for a reprint (to me that wasn't acceptable, as I needed them right away), the 2 Walgreens individuals both said that is the way they print at the end of the roll (I have never had this happen), and they would not reprint. Paying $60 for printouts in this condition was totally acceptable to them. They had no concern for the dissatisfaction of their customer, or skill to even handle the conversation. This Walgreens is severely understaffed. The pharmacy is so disorganized. There is at least a 30+minute wait every time, any day of the week or time of the day both inside and drive through. They have given the wrong prescriptions to us, returns are a hassle, will call and say prescriptions are ready and only part of them are ready. They have called for pick up days after we've already picked them up. They are courteous, but are lacking resources and service recovery. They should not advertise 24 hour service if they can't keep up with the demand or peak hours. Lacking productivity and process. read more

While I really think very highly of the staff and most of the pharmacists at South Parker Road, Parker, I am slowly migrating to a different pharmacy that has a head pharmacist that is not rude and so far has always been helpful. I generally give folks the benefit of the doubt of having one bad day, but this senior manager went overboard with her abusive comments during a phone call. Other pharmacies generally will not bill insurance until the product is dispensed, however she supported the concept of billing when the script was issued, but the label on the Walgreen's bottle does not include the date the medication was actually dispensed. As I have more than one insurance that covers medications, the difference between receipt of an electronic prescription and the date of dispensing the drug was not apparent; as it is at King Scoopers across the street, for example. What was happening at this Walgreens, was that confusion would often occur during the four to six days before pick-up, that created a nightmare as several times the insurance was initially paid on receipt of the prescription; but on pick-up, insurance would sometimes be later because the insurers thought there were two scripts for the same medication six days apart. The seeming policy would present a slight windfall for the pharmacy as they received payment prior to dispensing the drug, but often on pick-up I would be told that insurance would not approve the drug because it was too soon. When, on several occasions, I related the inconsistency to the head pharmacist, she would ignore the issue or get slightly defensive. Finally, the straw that broke my desire to do business with South Parker Road Walgreens, was her excoriating diatribe on the phone. Totally uncivil. For the record, this actually happened about six months ago, but seems not to have been posted on Yelp. Perhaps since then, management has been changed or instructed in how to treat previously loyal clients. read more

I want to speak specifically about the service here. The Pharmacists are never friendly and give the impression that you, the customer, are a nuisance. I suffered a back injury and the Dr. I saw at a quick care place forgot to write in the prescription strength. Instead of these "caring" folks at Walgreens picking up the phone and making the 2 min call, they immediately started down the path of... "You may have to wait till the Dr. office opens on Monday." (It is Friday). Yeah, don't worry about ll that pain you are in. Then another Pharmacists chimed in (with a snarky tone) that I could try and get the on call doc to call them and they gave me the number with a good luck shitty attitude. The epic battle between Dr. office and pharmacy continues.... I've come here for a very long time and have never had a positive experience. Learn some customer service folks. I know some customers are a pain in the ass but brush it off and treat each one as if they matter. Just be nice or at the minimum, cordial. On the flip side, the cashiers in the store are always friendly and extremely nice and approachable. read more

This is the worst pharmacy in Parker. The female technician working there is the rudest person that I have ever had to deal with. It doesn't matter if you call the pharmacy she answers the phone pissed off, she talks to you in a demeaning manner she is NASTY every single time I come here. if this app had a negative star to give to this pharmacy I would give them a -10. I signed up for a booster Covid shot over a month ago received an email confirmation asking to fill out a form the form specifically says if you do not have your Covid vaccination card that would be fine the technician would work with you. After waiting in line for over 20 minutes to get help from a technician before my scheduled appointment she asked for my Covid vaccination card which I did not have because I was not instructed to bring it per the confirmation email and their own paperwork. The technician then proceeded to scream at me like I was a five-year-old child, in front of everyone standing in line that she could not do anything unless she had A copy of my vaccination card. Walgreens if you need to see this vaccination card at time of the booster shot your paperwork and your confirmation email needs to be clear about what you need in total so that we are ready for our shots instead of being turned away in shame no less after being screamed at by your employees! read more

This place sucks. Pretty much everyone of the employees provides terrible service. Last week, the young lady ad the pharmacy was rude and clearly acted like we were interrupting her busy work day. Today, the cashier rushed me out because he had to "talk to girl" in the parking lot. Your job is serving customers, who come in to your store and spend money. Just picked up my prescriptions and had a flu shot all in one visit. They were quick, friendly, and looking for ways to save me money. I called ahead and they were kind enough to print all the paperwork for the flu shot and pre-approve it for my insurance, so when I got there, there was no waiting. I've been going to Walgreens for my prescriptions for years and of course, service varies from location to location. I found the folks at this location to be friendly and helpful. The fact that they also take time to help me save money by their prescription drug plan and rewards card is just icing on the cake. read more

I used this pharmacy for 15 years but the past year has been horrid! If the line is 5 people long, you'll be waiting an hour, same with the car pickup line. The only other thing that I think about Walgreens, I used to work there when I was a teenager 350 years ago, is how overpriced they are.
