I remembered Walgreens had a photo area so I went to check if they also had a printer. I learned that they can print a document if we upload it through their website. Busy Friday late afternoon and it was obvious that each employee was doing their best to safely, promptly and with perfect accurately take care of everyone. While standing in the pharmacy line, there was a woman in the drive up line, who was quite apparently wanting to be as rude, hideous, as nasty as possible, to the employee "Brandy" who was being ultra polite, professional and respectful of the customer. This customer was screaming through the window speaker, accusing Brandy of insane statements that Brandy never uttered. I wish I could leave a review about the customer. Every single person in the inside line were forced to watch this heinous woman scream and so many bizzare accusations. Brandy NEVER fell for it, and Brandy remained beautifully composed and again super polite and kind. It was escalating quickly to an unsafe situation, and the pharmacist came to intervene, the customer eventually became tired of screaming, and sped off in her junky old mini van. Brandy was perfect!!!!! I'm actually submitting my review while still in Walgreens. I keep hearing Brandy's sweet, pleasant and kind voice, when I would have had to leave and go home!! Not Brandy! Are you kidding me?! I just sat stuck between two vehicles and the old outside drive thru line curb for 25 minutes waiting to pickup my prescription to avoid having to unload my sleeping children. I was next and the woman in front took 25 minutes. I pulled up for my turn (a quick 2 prescription pickup that I do EVERY MONTH) and they close the window on me for their lunch break. It's like they don't care that the person in front of me took so DAMN long. That was the little bit of time in my day that allowed me to go get the prescriptions. Ill be transferring out my prescriptions, including my anti-depressant that Walgreens wanting to charge me $145 with insurance for when I got it for $4 on goodRX at Safeway. what a joke. read more

I've been visiting this Walgreens for 2.5 years and have never had a bad experience. I use the pharmacy on a monthly basis and have used the drive-up as well as in-store. The staff is hard working, pleasant and efficient. Pharmacy needs to get its act together. They left me at least 2 voicemails that my refilled prescription was ready. When I went in to pick it up, they told me it wasn't ready and I would have to wait for 2 hours. I was not able to wait because of plans I had and missed a dose as a result. First: I never authorized them to spam me with voicemails in the first place, and second: if they're going to be doing that, the least they could do is GET IT RIGHT! read more

We had a very pleasant experience at this location yesterday with our vaccinations and purchasing items from the store. The pharmacy was very organized and treated us with professionalism during our entire visit. We both had appointments and I was surprised they were running on time. Went to drive thru to drop off prescription so that we could come back later. After running our errands we came back. The makeup and facial care products were on sale. Even bought Burt's bees makeup wipes on clearance. It was a better price than the other brand I was looking at so I decided on that. The restrooms were clean and didn't need key to go on. That's important to me the cleanliness. Also found body wash for a decent price as well. Since I'm traveling it's hard to pack everything. Also made some photos online to pick up later. The cashier she was friendly as it was later in the evening. Being a valued customer I used my beauty entuhusiast $5 coupon yay!! Only ended up being about $3 all together. Tall dark-haired girl was extremely mean to every single one of her coworkers and was super demanding and snapping at them and then when I finally (hours later) got a chance to talk to her she was very short and rude to me too. She said her name was Brittany. I went to get a flu shot and an Rx refilled. The staff was very friendly, but it was chaos. They would work my items, and then they would work on something else and forget my items. I submitted my prescription in person. They told me it would take four hours to fill. I went back home and they called and they said they could not fill my prescription because my insurance carrier was not covered with my doctor and he needed to carry their insurance. I said he's not going to do that just for me. I said I will pay out-of-pocket. They said no. I said that should be against the law. So I had to go back there and retrieve my prescription. DO NOT ORDER PICTURES FROM THIS LOCATION! The tall, rude, pathetic chick who works at photo, was so disrespectful. I have never dealt with someone so rude and insulting. She argued with me that I made separate photo orders (which I didn't). They were just 2 different sizes. When I told her that, she argued and said I was wrong. I told her it was a 8x10, she checked the other sized bins and saw my order, threw it on the counter and said "if you can read numbers, you can see they are different order numbers". I explained that it was all under the same order, but one was a different size. She continued to argue with me for no reason and yelled that she has a job and knows what she's doing. She was insistent that I placed two orders and I was wrong. I placed ONE order, and why is that something worth arguing about? I got my photos, but she had to be right. I then laughed her off and paid and she then followed with "hope you have the miserable day you deserve". To top it off, my large, professional photos, are not printed properly. The store itsself is fine; however, after not using the pharmacy for numerous years due to poor service I thought I'd give them another shot. Big mistake. They are more rude than ever and they are exteamly slow. Don't expect to quickly run in and pick up your meds; be prepared to wait. After expressing my concern about their service they guy said. One star for their pharmacy is already too much. It took them two hours to fulfill my wife's perscripti on. When asked what may have gone wrong, all I got was a snarky "I don't know." My experience here would lead me to believe that they are a bit unorganized. There staff was very friendly and I did eventually get what I needed but it took some work. Initially I called to check on a script. I informed the women who I spoke with over the phone that I needed to pick up a script that my primary care Dr. Had sent over but that it was written a while ago. She told me that there was nothing in her file for me. After further explanation she found my script and told me they would fill it and I could pick it up the next day at 1pm. She was friendly, maybe just needed a bit more training in there systems. I arrive the next day around 1:30pm I go through the drive through and am told my script isn't ready yet to come back in a half hour. I come back in 1/2 an hour to find out they are out of my medicine. They gave me the 5 they have left and tell me to come back tomorrow afternoon. I go back the next day and they have my script and info correct. It took 1 phone call and 3 visits to get what I needed. I spent way too much of my time dealing with this. The staff being friendly saved this from being 1 star. Depending on how you enter the complex you may or may not have to drive all the way around the building to get to the drive through. Plus there is currently a lot of construction surrounding one side of this location. I would suggest a different location. As always I am open to discussing this review with management should they reach out. If they can explain how they are improving there training procedures for pharmacy staff I will update this review. read more

I just need to drop off my Rx to get filled. I can pick it up later but I have already waited 40 mins at drive through. I can't leave because I'm blocked in. The lady at the window seems overwhelmed but customers should not have to wait this long because of staffing issues. This location can't handle the volume of customers it gets. I will avoid this location from now on and would encourage others to do the same. Its too bad because it's close to my house. Get it together Walgreens! Horrible service!! Every time I go into this location I receive the worst customer service. I always order photos and when I pick them up the ladies always give me attitude. Today was the worst and I will not be returning. The pictures I ordered were terrible, so I asked for a refund. The lady that helped me today kept cutting me off and wouldn't let me talk. Finally I couldn't handle it anymore and cut her off and said May I return these and get my money back? She grabbed the photos with attitude and refunded my card. While the Walgreen's store is just fine, this is arguably the worst pharmacy department I've ever used. They are incorrect on pricing at least 50% of the time (always in their favor) and frequently loose refill orders. They have a revolving door of staff so no one is ever really well trained. The only reason to use the pharmacy is convenience of location.....we all constantly hope a CVS will move into town. read more
