Worst customer service. The staff at this pharmacy are rude, inconsiderate, and appear put-out by any basic line of questioning. The eye rolling and deep sighs while I am consoling my sick 4 year old are absolutely unacceptable. If you are so miserable in your job, find a different profession. I've been on hold for 50 minutes and counting, awful awful awful customer service it's like they don't even care. Last month I was on hold for 35 minutes. Before this we used Walgreens and never, not once was the hold time longer then 15 minutes. I get you have to talk to customers but I'm sitting here listening to the worst music I've ever heard in my life with a robot that cuts it off to talk about vaccines every other second. I'm going insane and I'd be surprised if you guys ever talk to a customer who is happy after treating them like this before they even get a chance to talk to a real human. read more

This is the absolute WORST pharmacy I've ever been to. Been having issues with them since December of last year, and have continued to try and stick it out because it's so close to my house. Prescriptions are never ready, they make you wait at least an hour sometimes even after sending you a text that your prescription is "ready" and the brunette with the curly hair is one of the rudest, most unprofessional people I've ever met who will sit there and argue with you in front of a line of other customers. Wow, I'm not normally one to leave negative reviews, but I've never had such a rude encounter for absolutely no reason. I called yesterday to ask about a prescription that had been sent over for me a few months ago but I never picked up, so not something I can just use the automated system for. The woman who picked up the phone literally answered like this: "You're gonna have to hold, we're helping like ten patients right now" in the most unfriendly tone imaginable, and then hung up before I could even respond. I'm very patient and would not have minded holding, but I do mind being spoken to like that. Especially when I work in the medical field in an incredibly busy environment and would never dream of speaking to a patient like that. My other prescriptions are at King Soopers and I've only had great encounters there, so I would definitely recommend going there instead. read more

I just had the worst experience ever with this CVS. I strongly encourage you to avoid this location. I had gone online and scheduled appointments for my family of 6 to get the flu vaccine for a Thursday per the open appointments online. The pharmacist called to tell me because I did not keep my original appointment for Monday they needed to move our Thursday appts to Saturday or they couldn't give the vaccine to us at all. I was so very confused and told her I never made an appointment for Monday and per the available online scheduling it has been Thursday all along. Somehow with me trying to figure out the mix up, it escalated very quickly into a horrible customer service experience. I finally just said this situation was getting too complicated and to just cancel whatever appts my family was down for. read more

Grateful for the pharmacy staff in Target, they take the time to find drug coupons or rebates on some of my expensive medication:) since the store has been recently remodeled (beautiful btw) if I can't locate something they have always been good about showing where it is or offer to have someone from Target help which Targer staff has been available and happy to help as well ! Especially nice to know I come in to Target shop while the a pharmacy is taking care of my medications who also care and try to ensure I have options to save money which really helps during this time ! This Is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I dropped off a prescription that needed to be transferred from another state. I explained that I was out of my pills that will give me withdrawal symptoms with one miss. Almost 48 hours later, I still don't have my pills! They tried to tell me that they had been put on hold with my pharmacy for over an hour. When I picked up my phone and called them and tried to pass the phone, they completely dismissed me and told me they couldn't talk right now. I called my pharmacy multiple times today and spoke with someone each time. WORST SERVICE EVER!! read more

Worst service I've ever had. The customer service was worse than Wal-Mart - which is difficult to do. I was forced to change my prescriptions from Walgreens to CVS, which I will be complaining to my employer about. The pharmacist was rude and uncaring about my concerns on my new medication. My past Walgreens pharmacist was truly knowledgeable and actually showed concern around my health. In fact, when the CVS pharmacist could not answer my questions I actually called my Walgreens pharmacist who COULD answer and actually took time out of their day to talk me through my questions. As far as the store - I had to find some probiotics and the store employee just pointed me to an aisle and said "down there". It took me awhile to find them and I didn't know which one to pick. At that point I just left and went to Walgreens off Wilcox to get the service I'm used to. So sad - as I am FORCED to use them for my medications?!?!? I will not shop here again. It may be new and pretty inside - but their service is stale. I would give zero stars if I could. read more

This is the worst Pharmacy in Castle Rock, do not go there unless it is an absolute emergency. I had a prescription filled and they didn't give me all the medication that was prescribed by the doctor (It was in a brown paper bag and it was stapled closed). After I got home and noticed that some of the prescription was missing, I called them back and I was told that I could come back and pick up the rest of my medication when I had the chance. I went back to the Pharmacy waited in line again and when I approached the Pharmacy Tech she rudely told me to stand at another counter and someone would be with me in a few minutes. If you are desperate enough to go there to get a prescription filled always double check it and do not make the mistake that I did. read more

Amazing pharmacy. So we tried to refill a prescription at Walgreens in Colorado Springs, only to find out the manufacturer of it was having great diffiliculties and there was a nationwide shortage. We called several and found CVS pharmacy in Castle Rock had some in her dosage. Their communication was lightening quick and they filled the prescription with all they had left.
