Their machines, starting today, are not even offering receipts, which I feel is very rude and disrespectful to customers that just spent a TON of money on the rising price of gas. The LEAST they can do is give you an OPTION to get a receipt, let alone just giving you the receipt anyway. To be accurate I was at the pump closest to the exit so i don't know for a fact the other pumps aren't, but I will check the next time. 2. I have attached a photo showing how they sell cigarettes there now for $459! Now, obviously we know there is a decimal point missing (and they further didn't bother to superscript and shrink the numbers for the cents), but MY point is they are stupid, clueless and could care less about the customer's experience, so screw them. Unfortunately this just confirms my too-often reinforced stereotype that not only are marketing people morons, but they really don't have any respect any more for the people they sell to, I mean, harass and manipulate with their BADvertising. There are a couple that are…read morealmost always as cheap or a bit cheaper (Western, Costco) and a couple that pretty much gouge you on the price of gas (I am talking to you 7-Eleven near Parker Road and E-470 . . . who will never get a penny from me). This Valero (formerly Diamond Shamrock) has been in this location since the Sprouts was an Albertson's (and that is a while). The folks working here are generally polite and helpful, and I have almost never had an issue with out of order pumps. The car wash seems to work just fine, but the air-hose (complimentary for gas card holders) did not seem to work right the last couple times I tried to use it.

I am glad they didn't pack everything together and left lots of space to maneuver I'm the lot. Not the easiest to get in and out of while the area surrounding is under construction. The parking spaces are way too narrow and navigating the lot with the gas pumps and one way entrance is terrible. I was excited for this one to open, as it's location is much more convenient, but it is terrible. I thought it would be impossible to mess a 7 eleven up, but this one proved me wrong.
