The total cost was only $37 to replace the valve stem. But, even when emailing this company, they ghosted me, never even responded to my email, management on site wasn't helpful. So not only did I not get my car wash payment reimbursed, I had to pay $37 to get the valve stem fixed with no communication at all from this company. Go elsewhere.

The rags, cleaning supplies, and vacuums are provided. It's pretty much a do it yourself with the exception of the outside of the vehicle. It can get busy on weekends but I've always found a spot. You can purchase a one-time wash or buy their monthly membership and with the membership you get unlimited washes. I highly recommend trying this place out.
