It's a small, local truck with some outdoor seating. The prices were amazing! Couldn't beat all the food I got for $10. I ordered steak tacos with extra cilantro and onion. I contacted Chipotle customer service to report the situation and was told someone would call me to discuss it. A call was scheduled, but no one ever contacted me. I followed up again and was told someone would reach out a second time -- and again, no call or response. I understand things happen but ignoring a customer who reported a potential food safety issue is disappointing. At minimum I expected communication and follow-through. I have eaten at chipotle for many years. And often multiple times a week. After this experience I will no longer be eating at or supporting chipotle. I'm still hoping someone from Chipotle corporate will contact me to address the situation.
