I needed a prescription transferred and filled from the L.A. area to here so I could pick it up while on vacation. I tried to do it using the CVS App, but I was unsure as to whether I did it correctly or not, so I came to the store that I thought I selected. The staff member took care of my prescription and said it would be ready in about 10 minutes. Hubby & I went shopping in the store and before I knew it, my name was called to pick it up. It was ready super quick! I'm glad I was able to pick up my prescription without having to wait a long time or even having to make another trip back! We teiceved a 30 off coupon awhile back. And wanted to redeem it today. I usually go out of my way to this location. Because it is a little further from where I live. But they do have quite a few of the essentials I needed. The time we went was peak time as there were only a handful of parking spots. The coupon was for a regular priced item so I couldn't use the brand my dentist recommended. That's okay because there are alternatives. Plus I found some chocolates for bae. We also saw a few items on clearance from Christmas and Valentine's Day. Perhaps next time. Went to the self checkout and the lady was really helpful. She showed me how to use the coupon and scan the items. I don't usually rate an establishment five stars and I was really impressed at their customer service. A gold star in my book! read more

This place is AMAZING! Sure they are busy during prime time... plan better! There was one time when I arrived in extreme pain waiting for medication. Initially I have been told on the app that it would take two hours to fill my prescription. When I arrived the very kind cashier understood my pain and told me that it would be just a moment. They were able to fill my prescription within 15 minutes. I've never met an unhappy employees from the pharmacy. Now that there is new store management I believe the store is being run in a more efficient manner. read more

My mother was just diagnosed with cancer and is currently going through chemotherapy. Chemo tends to give some patients mouth sores and that is my mother's case. Went there to see if they could make a compound mouthwash and they could not, which is 100% fine. However, when they told me they could not I asked "Where could I get this done?" The response I got from the people helping me was "Google it". That is completely beyond me!! The lack of professionalism in this pharmacy was mind blowing. The tone that it was delivered in was also not very considerate. Even the head pharmacist could have cared less. It is a very stressful time right now, and a little bit of compassion would have went a long way. Do better. read more

If our family's insurance didn't require going to CVS I would go practically anywhere else. They have filled our son's prescriptions with the wrong medication so many times I have to open it before I leave. They tell me every time that they have a note on my son's account that specified that he needs a particular brand of his medication due to reactions but apparently no one there reads it. read more

Stopped into CVS Pharmacy on Lincoln RD for a few things that you know you can find at a CVS in most places. CVS is the kind of place you can go to when you really don't need to go to a big box store or grocery store, just want to get in and get out and on your way. The store is laid out like most CVS with wide aisles, good lighting and the Pharmacy in back. SCW (Super Cute Wife) and I found what we were looking for and quickly on our way to the register. There was a bit of a line and one person at the checkout so another was quickly brought up to expedite the line. Only one complaint, please, please, please stop with the ticker tape parade volume of receipts. I get it, you want me to shop more there and want to draw me back in. I don't want 4 feet of paper! I finally left this CVS for another. The young male pharmacist who works at this CVS treated me like I was "up to something" from the very first time I went there with a prescription. I live in constant, severe pain. I have three spinal fusions, fusing my lumbar spine behind my pelvis. I also was diagnosed with AVN, which claimed both of my hips. I now have prosthetics that have been nothing but trouble. This pharmacist believes that everyone who takes opioid medication is behaving like an addict who is seeking the drug. He treated me horribly over the years, lied to me, and was outright rude. I will never go back to this location, and I recommend that you save yourself some heartache if you dare to take opioids and find a different pharmacy from this one. Good luck. read more

I also had a photo that I needed to pick up, but it was not as described, instead of making excuses for its error, the front counter employee fixed the problem and did not charge me for fixing it. This pharmacy is worst. I had surgery on a Tuesday and went home Wednesday night. Thursday evening, the pharmacist told me my nausea and pain prescriptions were sent out at 4PM and would be delivered by 9PM. Instead, they sent them out through USPS at 1:30AM today. Where they won't be delivered for 10-12 days. They also told me to FO because they are the only person in the store and have better things to do than talk on the phone. On top of that, they refuse to provide a tracking number to allow the postal service to track the package or to call the prescriber to remedy the situation. read more

My experience with this location has not always been the most pleasant. The staff is nice but move at a very slow pace-- almost make you question whether or not you really need what you went there for. Typical drug store to get those things you need. The pharmacist Dr. Anthony refused to fill my medicine because it was close to 10 p.m. This is a 24 hour pharmacy.... Mind you, it was supposed to be ready for pickup when I got there. Times are tough, sickness going around. We are all at the end of our rope some days. The kindness I experienced here last night was above, and beyond. The girl working the drive-through was so sweet and it was her third day. She was trying so hard and the nice lady who is helping her was kind and never got frustrated. They helped me get my prescription filled and updated my account, so I don't keep having issues. The pharmacist I talked to on the phone was gentle and apologetic. When I first started coming here in 2019, it was GREAT! And then COVID struck..... I don't think they have truly ever recovered. It seems they are always short staffed with too many customers. I've heard most pharmacies are in the same situation. I have never been treated rudely. As for closing 1/2 hour from 1:30 - 2:00 .... The first standalone CVS has arrived in Colorado! This one is pretty wonderfully laid out and has plenty of parking. Even better, it's 24 hours (store and pharmacy) and has a drive-thru pharmacy. They're going big to make a good first impression in CO. If you grew up on the east coast, you grew up with CVS. It's a huge chain of drug stores; some of which are great, and others are just OK. This is one of the great ones, not only because it's new, but because it's logically arranged and well-stocked. Welcome to Colorado in non-inside-of-Target-form, CVS. I've never seen a worse pharmacy than this one. I work in healthcare also, and I know everyone is understaffed and overworked. I suspect that the problems at this pharmacy have more to do with management than with the pharmacists and technicians. Not once has a prescription ever been ready when I've gone to pick it up, even if it was called in hours before. Most recently, I tried to pick up a prescription for an antibiotic to treat an open fracture, making the antibiotic an urgent priority. They were only able to partially fill the prescription because of some mysterious inventory-system issue. When I called back the next day on my last pill, they were still having inventory issues that, for some reason, kept them from filling the most-prescribed antibiotic on the planet. fortunately, they were able to transfer the prescription to another CVS nearby, where I was able to finally pick it up. None of this was accomplished, of course, without long waits on hold being harangued about the vast array of vaccines CVS has to offer. How about figure out how to fill a basic prescription in a timely manner instead? I thought Walgreens was bad until my insurer forced us to start using CVS. If I had a choice, I would never go near another CVS if my life depended on it. The only way I can see that they are surviving is that people's insurances force them to use CVS. I gave them one star because I couldn't figure out how to give them. No stars or negative stars. read more

Their pharmacy messes up everything. In addition to my experience the multiple times I had to return (because they kept messing things up on my prescription) I I witnessed a couple of other people angry that they messed up their order. I was in town on business and they transferred my prescription to their pharmacy (without me asking) and then told me they didn't even have it. Making it so i was out of my prescription until they got it in because it couldn't be transferred. At one point they said they would call me back and of course didn't. I had to be on hold for 3 hours when I called back. Never answered so I was forced to come in. Super frustrating experience it's a long story but I never ended up getting my prescription and had to fly back home to go to the doctor to get a new one. read more

When the clerk asks if you want your receipt, say YES!! We had a $730. Charge for something we never purchased. Corporate won't do anything, the store won't do anything, the police said they don't keep videos of customers past one month but we filed a report since this crime against us happened 3 months ago. Still fighting it. They have bad reviews and this review is a negative because no one at CVS is trying to fix this. This is a crime! I was in the store earlier browsing for a few items when an older male CVS staff member asked in a gruff tone if there was anything he could help me find. This tone was unnecessary and lacked manners. When I told him what I needed, he told me, in another gruff tone, that the item was to my left. He never bothered to look at me or make any sort of eye contact. Immediately afterwards, he "snickered" at me. I checked out the item I was looking for then went back to the aisle where the older male staff member was to look for another item. He stood up walked behind me then asked in another gruff and more intense tone if there was something else he could help me find. He gave off this tone as if I were being a burden to him or just bothering him. When I told him I didn't need anymore help, especially if he was going to "giggle" or "snicker" at me again he immediately became defensive, never apologized for his rude behavior and tried to act like he didn't know what I was talking about. I told him that he was behaving rudely and to be professional. When walking away, his response was, "Whatever." When I called him out on this, which I clearly heard him say, he denied it. When I asked for his manager he took a snarky tone and told me that she's around somewhere while "holding his hands up" in a gesture that was unprofessional and lacked manners. I reported this individual to the store manager. I got the impression that she would do very little about this incident. She acted like she cared but really didn't. This is clearly a reflection of poor supervision, bad training and severely lacking in customer service. I immediately left the store and took my business elsewhere. I bought the items I was looking for at a different store. The young man I spoke to at the other store's pharmacy was professional and helpful, not juvenile and unprofessional like the male I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with at this CVS. That male staff member's behavior at this CVS was very juvenile, dismissive and lacking any sort of integrity. I recommend going to another pharmacy or different CVS as this one has staff that is unprofessional and rude. I hope that a Regional Manager for CVS reads this as this must be embarrassing and shameful to them. Please do something about this. read more

Ended up in urgent care on Christmas Eve. By the time we got prescriptions around 7:30pm, ALL other pharmacies were closed - even the supposed 24/7 options. Drove 20 minutes out of our way in hopes CVS was open and they were. They were also surprised that the other "24 hour" pharmacies were closed. read more

The worst service I have seen in a pharmacy. Was on hold for 30 mins...finally hung up. When I went in the next day(a Friday) it was clear the issue. As I waited for my RX....the automated system kept announcing the number of calls, never less than 5, for at least 45 minutes. All the staff ignoring them. I understand current staffing issues many businesses are facing....then change your darn outgoing message! Additionally, after waiting 30 mins. I was THEN told that I had to get in line to pick up my Rx.....for another 20 mins. DO NOT go to this CVS if you have a choice. Worst pharmacy ever! They give you a phone number to call if you have questions. Forget that they won't answer, well at least for the 45 minutes I waited. This is not a one time thing have called multiple times and you don't get through. I asked them to cancel ordering my Ozempic. It did not get cancelled. Third month in a row that I have dropped off a perscipton that they don't have in stock. The pharmacy staff told me they would order it & have it ready for me by 1/1, but when I checked the status on the app it says it won't be available until the 2nd.I will never fill a perscipton at this location again. Just called today for an update & was told my perscipton is on backorder & they don't know when they'll be able to fill it. I was also told no CVS within 20 miles has my meds. What's the point of being a drug store if you don't have the persciptons people need? read more

I had the most racist and rude experience at this CVS on Lincoln & Jordan in Parker , Colorado this past Tuesday. I went to the Pharmacy to pick my order . At first i notice there was no one there, so I'm thinking this won't take long to get my prescription. I stand at the drop off window and the three workers that was standing there did not acknowledge even though they looked up at me and continued as if I wasn't there. They were all looking at a computer together and giggling. No greeting , or we will be right with you. Just completely ignored me as if I wasn't standing right in front of them and was the only customer there! So, after a bit I'm thinking maybe they don't see me and I move to the pickup line, right in front of the three workers, mind you again there is no other customers there but me. They still refuse to acknowledge me or greet me . After waiting what seemed eternity but mire like 2 minutes. Another customer , a white male, walks up to the drop off line , where I was just standing . Not even a three seconds after this mans gets there. The one guy that was with the others two girls , looked up and spoke to the man ans greeted him ans said they will be with him in a minute. All three of them greeted him and still, they wouldn't speak to me as if I haven't been standing right in front fir like 4 minutes now! Finally, one of the girls said awkwardly, oh I don't know which one of you came first. Really? Then the gentleman said to her, that I was first and had been waiting inline for service before he got there. She was oh and then she finally spoke to me and asked to help me. Mind you again there was still no customers except me and now this gentleman. I can not tell you how little and insignificant I felt during that brief moment of humiliation by the CVS pharmacy workers. On thé receipt, the name says Anthony but it was girl that checked me out. I will make sure to never shop at this CVS ever again. That had to be the most racist experience I have ever had in my life! read more

Call this CVS pharmacy to see if my wife's prescription was ready but to find out they DO NOT answer their phone calls at all. The pharmacist said they are to busy and not enough people to answer phone calls. WTH isn't that their job, yes customer service. Her presentation was to be filled since it was sent in a day prior but wasn't filled so when she got there at 7pm they said it would be ready at 8:30pm. WTH. Is someone out back making the medicine??? I thought Walgreens was the worst pharmacy but I guess I'm wrong this CVS pharmacy takes the cake. If I could give zero stars, or better yet, negative stars I would. I called with a question about interactions between two medications -- to ensure they didn't interact with one another. After waiting on hold for 5-10 minutes, the pharmacist answered; I proceeded to ask him my question and his response was, and I quote, "I can't help you. There aren't any resources to look that information up." After he hung up on me, I called the Walgreens down the street and was helped immediately and given the information I asked for. The unwillingness to help that this pharmacist showed me was truly astonishing. I couldn't believe how rude and dismissive he was throughout the short exchange. If you need help or have questions about medications, I recommend going elsewhere. read more
