The Pharmacy NEVER answers the phone!!! Simple question that automated phone line can't address

If I could give zero stars, or better yet, negative stars I would. I called with a question about interactions between two medications -- to ensure they didn't interact with one another. After waiting on hold for 5-10 minutes, the pharmacist answered; I proceeded to ask him my question and his response was, and I quote, "I can't help you. There aren't any resources to look that information up." After he hung up on me, I called the Walgreens down the street and was helped immediately and given the information I asked for. The unwillingness to help that this pharmacist showed me was truly astonishing. I couldn't believe how rude and dismissive he was throughout the short exchange. If you need help or have questions about medications, I recommend going elsewhere. read more

They do not even deserve 1 star but Yelp forces you to give at least 1. The Pharmacy is horrible. They have been understaffed for 18 months. Figure it out. We stopped using them a year ago. However, We left the emergency room at 3:30am and needed a prescription so we had them send it here only to find out they are not 24/7 even though web and phone state they are. They could not figure out how to fill a prescription by 11am. They refuse to answer any phone calls so you have to go in. Just trying to get them to accept a transfer to a different pharmacy is going into hour 2. read more

So we are new to the area and were unaware about the law on pharmacies closing during the day. It was odd to me, so I asked the person there and she was so short and rude with her answer. I was caught off guard by her attitude. I know it's hard to hire people these days and boy does it show at this store. There was a lady there who profusely apologized. I understand. It says 24 hours open, drove 20 mins at midnight at it was closed all lights on! So disappointed!

This pharmacy is awesome. I unexpectedly ran out of some medications that I really needed. They not only transferred my prescription from another pharmacy but they had it ready in less than 10 minutes. The drive through was fast and the pharmacy staff were friendly. Would recommend them! read more

the only reason i used to choose this pharmacy is the drive thru, which they have stopped. everytime you have to wait/stand min 30 to 50 mins to be told the medicine is on hold or some shit. I will drive 15 mins to another pharmacy or costco than walk to this shit hole read more

Just got my 1st dose of Covid Vaccine by walking into this location. The process was very easy, I didn't pay anything, and the pharmacist was super sweet. Highly recommend! I move my prescriptions to a different t pharmacy. I spend too many occasions waiting in long lines at the pharmacy. One night I had a sick kid and waited over an hour in line at the pharmacy! And when it was my turn they said it would be another 15 minutes and I would have to get in line again!!!! read more

I should have taken a pictire of the line. You're gonna be waiting a while. That's on top of a failed automated system that texts you your order will be ready at 3pm. Well, not really. After waiting for 30 minutes you get to have a cashier tell you your prescription isn't ready. This is about the third time CVS automated told me this and...it's not. read more

Location advertises 24 hours of being open, and yet when medication was needed, they closed at 10pm for no reason with a paper posted on the locked doors even with all the lights on. Otherwise a decent store when they follow their own operating hours. read more

My one star review is specifically for the Pharmacist. I did not get his name but he was working on 12/9/2023 at 7:00 pm (he had dark hair and glasses). We had an appointment for a Covid-19 Vaccine-Booster. Our insurance does not cover the vaccines and we spoke to a woman in the pharmacy to inquire about the Bridge-Access program. She told us she had no idea how to help so we asked if she would ask the pharmacist. He was right in front of us at his desk and at first answered without even looking at us, speaking only to the woman working the counter that he doesn't know and we should just go to a different pharmacy. We explained that the program is described on the website and that we at least wanted to know how it worked. He looked at us but would not come over the counter he just told us from his desk that he didn't know and so there was nothing he could do. They asked that we give them some kind of information to show the program applied besides just the CVS Website and the CDC website. I asked them what kind of information they needed and they said they already told me that they didn't know. The pharmacist in particular was incredibly rude to both us and his coworkers and it is disheartening that someone in this line of work would be so against helping customers. This experience has definitely made me not want to shop/support CVS in general. read more

I will never go back to this pharmacy again. I went in to a totally empty store. Literally empty except for me. I had an 8:00 appointment. I went to the pharmacy and was told that all covid vaccines before 8:30 were cancelled. She said they called. I received no phone call. I said "so I can't get the vaccine?" She said she could give it to me. The process took so incredibly long it was nothing short of ridiculous. Then she told me my insurance card had expired. The same cad I had been using the entire year? So after 45 minutes I left with nothing. Called my insurance co. and no my card had not expired. So I called back and the pharmacist said to come back in. But then he told me UHC was out of network and that was why my card was declined. NO we are not out of network. I called my insurance co. back and they said they hate dealing with CVS. They have so many problems with them. Good luck if you decide to use them. Make sure you have plenty of time on your hands. read more

I had to update my review for the CVS in Parker, just based on how terribly the pharmacy manager has treated me on a monthly basis since she took over. She's AWFUL. Her name is Olivia, and she has consistently treated me like an addict who is trying to scam her for drugs despite A) that I'm not taking opiate pain medication--just zolpidem and some arthritis meds and B) despite CLEAR instructions from my doctor. Most recently, my doctor called in a 3 month supply of several medications in preparation for a lapse of insurance coverage that is coming up. She filled some of them fine, but then the others she wrote on my account "only fill one month supply." I don't understand what is wrong with this woman. I have done nothing shady, except for filled at other places a couple of times when I was shopping elsewhere (though I never double filled). She is condescending when she explains why, and acts like she's an investigating a (nonexistent) conspiracy, rather than a pharmacist whose job it is to watch for drug interactions, advise on new medications, answer questions, and FILL PRESCRIPTIONS PER THE DOCTOR'S ORDERS. I promise my board certified physician knows more than Olivia, but she has serious power trip issues and seems to believe otherwise. My husband is a triple board certified physician, and rolls his eyes in disgust every time I tell him a new story about her. Even her pharmacist colleagues clearly think she's nuts, and have had to apologize for her behavior when she's not at work. She's gone so far as to call my prescribing doctor and tell him I'm abusing medication, despite that NEVER having been true. And that, in turn, causes problems with the care I receive. I'm just gone with it, and will no longer fill prescriptions with CVS until she's removed from the management position. Note, this review is ONLY for the one pharmacist. The techs and other pharmacists are awesome, and the front of the store is great. My only problem has been "Detective Olivia and the Case of Every Patient is Criminal!" But it's enough to make me switch to a different pharmacy, unfortunately. The following is what my original post said: The new #CVS in Parker is awesome! I stopped today for emergency diapers, and they had Seventh Generation (our fave) as well as a big variety of other common brands. Unheard of for drugstores (like the Walgreens down the street). Went to grab a pool snack, and they had tons of healthy, Whole Foods-esque snack options, including chia pods, organic beef jerky, flavored chickpea crackers, sweet potato thins, veggie crisps, etc. Tons of gluten-free options for those who avoid gluten, too. I mean, sure, I bought sour cream and onion Ritz crisps in addition to my fruit and chia bars, but I loved seeing a convenience stop with so many good, high quality food options. If you're in Parker and need quick, healthy breakfast or lunch on the go, I would suggest looking in CVS. I never thought I'd say that. But I want to reward their efforts by patronizing them and spreading the word so they don't discontinue the good stuff. Pass it on! read more

This store becoming worse in prescription preparation. It will take atleast a week to prepare prescription and to keep it ready, even the response time on phone will be more than 20 min. Highly not recommended for any emergency prescription. read more

Not sure if it's staffing issues with Covid etc. phones go unanswered for 20 plus minutes. Prescriptions days to get filled. You essentially have to show up to get your prescription to the front of the list and then wait "15 minutes" which is basically another hour or two. read more

The staff in the pharmacy work really hard to make sure you have what you need. I have that they have a drive thu. FYI the cvs pharm app and website is very glitchy. So is their pill pack program. read more

Worst pharmacy chain. I am on a required medication for my thyroid issue. I have a required specific manufacturer for this medication. That required manufacturer is not CVS preferred manufacturer so it is not easily ordered. They frequently tell me that they can order more, but a few days later no order arrives. CVS doesn't care whether or not you can get your medication. All they care about is their money. They make business decisions that do not benefit you. Good luck on finding someone to care about you. I have been off of my medication for nearly a month because of this. Horrible customer service. read more

Don't expect them to call you if they can't fill or transfer a prescription. You'll just have to wait, guess at their lack of progress, call them back, and luck into talking to someone that's willing to help. Don't expect them to notify you when the prescription is filled. Again, you'll have to guess, call, and hope. Finally, don't expect any kind of apology for the excessive wait time, or the 5 calls it takes to fill a simple in stock prescription. For that we blame some mystery employee not present or "the system". Otherwise great place. read more

I really liked this location! I really hope CVS opens more locations in Colorado! The store is very clean and I was welcomed immediately upon entering the store. The customer service here is great! Never had an issue here. The folks at the pharmacy are always super nice, and compared to Walgreens they move at the speed of light. As far as in store, great selection of just about everything you'd expect at a CVS. It's also extremely clean, the staff has always been extremely friendly, and I always feel good making a purchase here because they also have a much better rewards program than Walgreens does (for those who are into bonus rewards programs). Easy 5 stars for CVS and for this specific location! Both in store pharmacy and drive thru are 24 hours as well, making it very convenient in Parker where almost everything closes when the sun goes down. read more

I dropped off a perscipton to be filled on Friday 11/1 but was told the medication wouldn't be in stock until Monday 11/4 a 9:00 am. I called on Monday & spoke to Olivia and was told it would be ready Tuesday 11/5 at 9 am. I went in at 9 on Tuesday and am now being told it won't be ready until after 12. What has happened to our home-town, friendly-face CVS pharmacy on Lincoln & Jordan? There's been a complete turn-over of staff and they're unskilled & unfriendly now. I've loved this pharmacy over and above all the others in Parker because of the friendliness and experienced skillset of all staff members, but now it has become so busy and takes longer to fill scripts. Was wondering when management would bring in more staff to cover shifts but now it's turned over completely for the worse. Is this a just a training store now? What clown is running this place now? I was very upset when my insurance changed and said I could only fill with CVS. I had been filling my medications with Walgreens for the past 15 years. However, since filling with this pharmacy I wish I would of switched when they first opened. The entire pharmacy staff is so nice to their patients and show genuine empathy. I really appreciate the pharmacy manager Olivia and pharmacist Bobby. They take the time to speak to you and better understand your situation and offer suggestions to assist you. I was frantic to find an open pharmacy on Christmas I had a prescription which desperately needed to be filled so I called around and found this 24 hr opened on Christmas day CVS. They told me yes they were certainly opened all Christmas throughout the night. Let me be the first to advise anyone do not use this place! They are total liars. Being too sick -because I needed these meds- I had my husband stop by to pick up the prescription later that night. Greeting him, was a big chicken scratched sign which said-We're closed til 6:00. How is it even legal for a pharmacy to advertise and advise on the same day that they were open yet complete liars. At the very least it is one of most unethical behavior from a highly regulated industry in our country. Got news for this slime called CVS I would not have my dogs meds filled at a place with ethics like this. As soon as they are opened I will have my prescription send elsewhere. read more

Pretty neat CVS store that opens 24 hours (both the store and the pharmacy) with a drive-thru pharmacy, there aren't that many stores that are stand alone stores. Most stores I went to are all inside the Target stores. I'm surprised to see this one being so new in the area. The parking lot and the inside of the store were very bright, you would feel very safe shopping here no matter when you are here, I wonder how much their electricity bill is? I needed something and was pleased that the pharmacist was on duty and was able to buy what I need over the counter. I don't understand all the 1 star reviews, but this has been one of the best CVS store I visited in Colorado. read more

The staff are great at this location! They understand how coupons work and are always looking to help the customer save money. I shop here regularly, even though it is not the nearest CVS to me (the new Castle Rock location is). I prefer this location by far based on their awesome customer service. read more

Great staff! However, consumers be aware of the generic brand of medicine that they distribute, especially, the yellow 1 mg Klonopin. It has caused my mom severe chronic abdominal pain, vomiting, and diarrhea. It also made her weak with an unbearable headache. Again, consumers be aware! read more

This pharmacy is awful. I have had problem after problem. The first time I came in to fill a prescription I was given the wrong medication. The young woman had purple in her hair. Thank goodness I had a follow-up with my doctor and gave them the prescription that I received. It was not what the doctors sent over at all. Thank god it wasn't a medication that could have harmed me. This last time, they have lost my prescription twice. My doctor has called twice and they have confirmed having it, but when I go to pick it up it is not in there system. My doctor requested I switch to another pharmacy. I am now using the CVS in Target. read more

Well I will start this review off with the fact that there is no greeting, no help, nothing. I even went and stood by the lady working while I was looking at something (Suzanne) and she refused to even acknowledge my presence! At check out we purchased some medication that required an ID check as you had to be 18 years or older to purchase it (to prevent abuse) and since we were at self check out Suzanne walks over to us, very impolitely tells us to move out of the way and then proceeds to just verbally ask my birthday. No ID check, nothing. And I do not look old for my age at all (I was actually confuse for a minor going through security at the airport recently if that tells you how much I don't look like I am well beyond 18). It is very concerning to me that Suzanne can not take the time and effort when checking out a controlled medication to make sure the person buying it is actually a legal adult. read more

Stopped by at 2pm. Was told their computer system was down & I should come back later. Called at 4pm & was told computer system had been fixed. Dropped off several prescriptions at 4:30. Was told it would take a couple of hours & that I would get a text mssg as each Rx was filled. No text mssg. Called at 6:30. Was told most were ready but they were still working on a couple so it would be just a little while longer. Still no text. Called at 8pm. Was told my last Rx was just getting finished. Got back to CVS at 8:45. Was told they were out of stock on 1 of my meds, that they were still working on the rest, & that it would be at least another 20 minutes. This is the same kind of lousy service that made me switch from CVS to another pharmacy when I lived in another state. Doesn't matter if this CVS is close to my house & open 24 hrs. I don't see how CVS stays in business!!! This Lincoln location is a joke. Prior to CVS moving in to Target the pharmacy team rocked! This CVS team is rude, cranky and unorganized! Never has anything in stock and when you are told it's ready it really isn't! Get them out! We are going to Safeway, who has their program and act together!!!! read more

We have tried to get prescriptions filled at the new CVS twice but both times we were told they were out of that particular medicine and wouldn't get it in for a few days. These were not obscure medications, just common antibiotics. The clerks were very friendly but did not offer to call other locations or do anything to help us get the needed medication. Any other pharmacy would have contacted us to let us know about the delay and offer alternatives. What good is a drugstore with no drugs? read more
