I never expected to experience such a severe side effect after taking 2 very small doses, but I did!! I was taking the EXACT formula of this product and EXACT dose prior to the new prescription refill from Sky Ridge. The previous prescription was purchased directly from Dr's office and I had no side effects. Dr no longer provides purchasing this product from his office, thus I ended up at Sky Ridge. I did a Google search since it was over the weekend and made a clear connection with my side effect and the compounded product I purchased (which was very expensive). When I called their office to discuss this, the pharmacist was defensive and refused to take any responsibility for my side effect(s) or the lack of information regarding "possible" side effects. They claimed they do not need to provide this information to their patients, which I confirmed.... unfortunately they don't. She said she would have her supervisor call me back. However the supervisor never had the courtesy to call me back, or anyone else from that office. When the old prescription and new prescription are the exact same formula and one causes a severe side effect, and the other one didn't and never did, I believe there is cause to question ingredients and/or method of processing - which can be a valid safety concern! I was told to give it 3-5 days for compounding but it is scheduled to ship on Monday. It wasn't delivered to the post office until Tuesday, wasn't accepted by the post office until Thursday, and not delivered until Saturday in a postal unit box in 90+ temps. When I opened the packaging, the ice packs were very hot along with the semaglutide being as hot. The packaging had even been crushed. I explained this in the text message conversation and was told to call so they could better assist me. The only assistance I got was a cocky young lady in pharmacy who told me a story about how someone locked theirs in a trunk for 7 days and the efficacy was acceptable. It just reduces the life of the product. This after we've been consistently told to keep it refrigerated. I'm frustrated because they want us to reach out to our politicians so they can continue to make such products and then treat their customers very poorly!!!! When I suggested that maybe I should go back to brand name, she responded, "Ok, bye!" I'm not paying these prices for reduced life of product. It isn't cheap.
