Not the cleanest or well kept 7-Eleven but it was the most convenient one near our hotel. They did have all the essentials and some exclusive to 7-Eleven snacks which was cool. Lady working this evening very nice. Man I assume was manager was an ass and wanted to get into it checking out with me while I had a bunch of small kids. They had a table of $1 specials and I picked up a few but didn't honor them when I went to pay. Yes, he gave me a one free kid slurpee but was still a big jerk and in my face. Apparently waiting in line means nothing here, if you yell over a person for food that should be entitled to the person at the counter asking for them. And then charging extra for a reimbursement of a lottery ticket because you're not paying attention is unacceptable Such poor service, fortunately I don't need to come here again. I would love to give this zero Stars, but I wont. I went inside to prepay gas and get something for my kid by the time I brought the kid out to the car put her in her carseat and went to pump the gas, it had timed out. You have 2 minutes to pump the gas from the point that you leave the register and if it doesn't happen it goes back onto your card. And then of course the lady inside has her little attitude about it. This is the worst gas station in Parker. read more

This is my emergency bathroom red bull stop! Lol.. I've always had good experience with the staff, they seem to be really friendly and respectful to their customers. The bathrooms are always pretty clean, especially considering how many people go through there. Not to mention the gas prices are always consistently cheaper at this location. Wish I could give it zero stars. Went there late this afternoon to use the restroom. I accidentally left my iPhone X in the restroom. As soon as I got back to my car I realized I had left it. My husband ran to the restroom to get it and it was gone. Talked to the clerk behind the register and she said only the worker went into the restroom. I have an I watch connected to the phone so I pinged it. I knew it was close by even though I could not hear it. I called the police. When he came he took the two clerks into the back room and my son used the find iPhone app. One of the clerks had taken it and hid it under a box behind the counter. What a shame! Do not go there. What a shame. That's all I can say. read more

Stopped to get gas and was required to go into the store to get a receipt. I do this not for the receipt but to help the next person by reporting the problem. The clerk, Kiana, was apologetic, but it was hollow. I waited to see if she would fix the issue or put a sign on the pump that it wasn't working. After a good wait, I went back in to ask why nothing was done. I was surprised to find that the owner's son, Rameen, was more eager to argue with me and make up an excuse that they don't do anything until a second person also reports the problem. I will not be returning to this store anytime soon. read more

This 7-11 location is a joke. Wife tried to buy 2 gift cards and they charged our account but no money on the gift card. Filed a complaint with 7-11 corporate and was told the local owners would reply. He never did. Even left a message for the owner at the store, no reply. Do not frequent this location. read more

570 castle pine pkwy we had car problems and came in to the 7 eleven at midnight and Russ was so helpful. He guided us to exactly what we needed and he even offered to crawl under our car and tape up the plastic cover that had half fallen off and was flapping around while we drove. We were so grateful for his help. Russ you are the best!!!! read more

This is also the closest store to my home and normally have an OK experience there depending on which employee is behind the counter. This morning was a different experience. I have seen the young lady there before. I went in for my weekly purchase of Copenhagen. I wanted a roll of Copenhagen as Copenhagen sells it that way. I was told that they were running low and I could only purchase 2 cans. Really we are going to break a roll open so we can only sell 2 cans and not 5 the way its packaged? So if they are running low on Hot Dogs and only have 2 on the grill are they only going to sell you one of them? What a JOKE. read more

Rude manager - today was the second time I've been treated like a non person. The rest of the staff seems to be fine, but this manager ignored me, then told me I could not tell her how I felt because she was the manager. No problem. I won't go back to be treated poorly a third time. read more
