So a pitstop at Fika Coffee House was a no brainer. The vibes at this local cafe instantly transport you to Stars Hollow. It's cozy with hidden cubbies filled with comfy seating to start your morning (or afternoon) slowly. They have an expansive menu filled with your traditional favorite flavors, as well as seasonal options. I ordered the Apple Pie Latte, hot. This drink is packed with tastes of apple, cinnamon, caramel, and brown sugar. Literally fall in a cup. I can imagine that Fika is extra dreamy during October-November. I'll need to make a return trip to sip on a latte with views of the leaves changing colors.

This was the first place we came to after getting off the plane for our Denver trip! We were both exhausted, so I did a yelp search and found this place! Boy am I glad we did! The mission is simple but powerful, they want to help nonviolent felons and kids stay out of trouble! They support organizations that help this mission! I also love how their company is built with employees in mind! This world would be a better place if more people were like that! The vibes here are very chill! There are 2 TV's to play games or watch! They have plenty of board games too! Honestly it felt like going over to someone's house! We loved this place so much we came twice during our short 4 day trip!! My boyfriend got the latte with 4 shots of espresso and I had the lady finger with oatmilk and 5150 with oatmilk. There cold foam is dairy but it was soooo worth it!! Absolutely delicious on the lady finger drink!! Starbucks could never! Our drinks were always good and done quickly! The staff is truly amazing and so fun!! They really made us feel welcome! Don't walk, RUN TO SUPPORT THIS PLACE!! They also have dirty sodas and Red Bull energy drinks that they can flavor! I believe he said they have 80 syrups!!! So you can really go crazy with whatever you want here!!

They also had coffee flights which we both got different flights. I got the featured summer seasonal flight. It was very chocolate forward which I don't mind. The S'mores one was really good. I will say the flights took a bit long to come out because the barista made the lighter orders before ours we had time to chill so it wasn't a big deal. I overall enjoyed grabbing coffee here.

I joined their rewards program and downloaded the app to take advantage of a free medium drink and returned the next day. I tried the Mexican Mocha iced which was pretty underwhelming with a lack of the promised cinnamon and almond flavors. The blueberry lemon cake slice appeared to have been refrigerated and was cold and kind of stale which was frustrating. Feeling bad about not utilizing such a cozy place often enough, when I was running errands in the area, I was eager to spare 10 minutes out of my day to re-appreciate it with a cup of latte. The lady upfront was welcoming. The temperature outside was warmer for a typical mid-November day and yet seeing her smile warmed me up more. As usual, I got me a triple latte in a medium size cup. I'm between cappuccino or loaded latte (meaning extra shot); lately a triple latte has been my go to. My latte was made generously all the way up to the rim of the cup. And when I took my first sip, I got the instant gratification; it truly hit the spot. Cuteness is what this shop is all about. The decors throughout the store are adorable. Some goods are for sale. I took the time to look around and take some photos. Every visitor should find at least a few items that pique their curiosity and interest.
