It was not full-body--only about two-thirds of my legs were treated, and my stomach was skipped entirely. The dry brushing was so light that it barely touched my skin, so there was little to no exfoliation. The draping also made the experience awkward. When I turned over, the therapist held the blankets so tightly over me that it was difficult and uncomfortable to move beneath them. Finally, the towels smelled unclean, as though they hadn't been properly sanitized, which detracted from the spa experience. While I appreciated the kindness of both Celis and the manager, I still spent nearly two hours there and left disappointed because the service did not match what I had booked.

Ken did my daughter's pedicure and did a very good job except that after we left, she noticed a nick on the edge of one toe where the polish was gone already. I feel like I didn't really get much of the foot/leg massage because Tina was pretty distracted. She did squeeze my younger daughter in for just a polish (not the whole pedicure) so that was nice. We each had a cup of that amazing citrus tea that Ken made and that was really good. My younger daughter had a cold stone massage with Vera and then a facial with Tina and said both were very nice. Their prices were reasonable and the place was clean - don't know if I'll be rushing back though because I prefer a more relaxing experience.

Facts and Evidence about My new store manager at store 2119 perfumania I have some information that I need to relay to human resources the current store manager. I have suspected my store manager, Crystal Weid, of dishonesty. I had nothing but a great relationship with our former manager, Cynthia Garcia, where we had a great working relationship and trust! I have been working since October 2018, and earned Cynthia Garcia's trust. Crystal is a heavy smoker, and the second-hand air around her is a serious health hazard at least to not only us employees but also to customers, in general. When the first week she arrived the job in training with Liza Lopez (from citadel mall in LA). Lisa and her dealing with a lot of stuff of stress in training, and Liza with no reason put extra change into our safety box.' We feel unsafe around with her in times. Also, Crystal is a heavy smoker, once in a while she will need to go outside in the store front to smoke a cigarette right in front of us. It looks rude and unprofessional. You may verify with Marina if I am saying the truth. The first week of her training. I did not know what else they did with the safebox since Crystal told me it was a big mess, Then, Crystal suddenly wrote me up on another day accusing that I took the money of $67.something, and $57.something away from safety box. I did not even touch the box in that week, and I told her it might be a mistake that must have happened between her and Liza, since they were the only ones who had dealt with that safety box in the training week. I also informed her to check the camera for my behavior, and she did not listen to me, and she forced me to sign the paper she wrote me up for this. Crystal is not a good manager. She is mean, not even notice me about anything is wrong. She is nervous often, and is stressed for anything, like the shipment's delivery, and even small issues like trash cans being half full. She will also gossip about people at work that makes it so unprofessional. On 12.31,21 and 1.1. 22, my husband and I were working, helped her to replace all the heavy wall graphics with new ones that needed to be replaced, and cleaned all the dusty frames. The registers were fine on both days. Suddenly, the next day she said the register 1 was shorted $30. I was the one checked them both the last night and the next day. She yelled at me saying that register was short $30 at night, then when I closed the reg at night, it found out it was an extra $30 in it. That was a big and mysterious $60 in difference. I called and talked to Crystal immediately. She did not answer my call. I think, In case, if we had a miscounted change in cash to a customer, it should had been coins off too. With that exact amount $30 in both times, which doesn't make sense at all. When I checked the reporting, she put the $30 to Loomis personally. (That is a suspicious action). Another occasion, in late December, the register #2 was short exactly $45.00. The way the money was missing was mysterious and strange. Key Holder Marina and I tried to search for it for extra half hour everywhere, we could not find it why's missing. I reported it as it was short on that night's report. Then, another night, on 12.31.21, it popped up on the same register as it was shorted too, then, I had to manually fix (Added $45 manually to fill the discrepancy of the $45 that was gone) it on the screen because i remember that was exactly the same amount that was missing on the other night. (I COULD SCAN THE REPORTING DOCUMENTS TO YOU TO VERIFY THAT). Crystal will play favoritism too. When her friend, Tami Padilla, who worked here for three months. She will give her more hours, yield to whatever she needs, no complaint against her even though she was not selling much, or behaving well at work, or anything. But, to us, she is mean. Makes us feel bad, not nice at all in times. I wrote to you is for you to know all these happening, and my feelings, to be aware of this person, Again, i could show you evidence and documents to prove the truth. Thank you so much for your time. I already noticed DM, Rogelio Avila about some of these problems, too. We just now have a new DM, Carol Whittington, und This company, I will never work for again. The manager and people who work for the company never really cRe Bout you and your feelings. They just want you yo keep making money for them thebenefirs and wor life balance is very bad.
