I purchased a perfume and I specifically showed the perfume bottle to the sales person and when I got home as I was putting away the perfume I noticed I was given the wrong perfume. I called and spoke to the store manager and he was very unapologetic and asked me to just return it. After telling him that I lived 2 1/2 hrs away he asked me to find someone who could return it for me. I took his name and luckily I found someone who could take it back. I had my brother in law return it along with the receipt but they were giving him a hard time and were telling him they did not take perfumes back even after I had talked to the manager over the phone. I decided to stop by Tory Burch at this location and I had a wonderful conversation with Madelyn J. I told her about my experience and she was so sweet and could not believe my experience at the Kansas City Outlet (legends Outlets). She gave me a perfume and apologized for my experience. I ended purchasing a bracelet and another perfume. Excellent experience at this location. So much so that I will make all my purchases from this store even though I live 5 hrs away. Thank you Madelyn J!

She showed me all the sales, the mark down racks and most important she set me up in a fitting room to try on all my items. Dana even ask if I was doing okay or if I needed any other sizes. I was indeed of an additional size that the store did not carry. I paid for the item and Dana said the correct size and color woukd be shipped to me. Also she mentioned that I would receive an email after the item was shipped. I received my order to the date that was stated. Then she printed the receipt for the items I purchased in house and showed me how to enter into a drawing for a chance to win a gift card and a survey to complete about your visit. Kudos to the Manger and owner for providing and understanding how customer works. What a great experience again!

The LOFT is like hobo chic meets preppy-- meets casual office work-- meets weekends out with the family fashion all rolled up into one store! Who doesn't love that wide range of style all in one little store?! Now there have been some years where I was like-- what was the buyer thinking?! But for the most part I usually end of buying something from their collections every couple of months when they hit a new season. I love how clean and crisp their styles are with the occasional flare-- depending on how fashion forward their buyer is that specific year. I love that the LOFT keeps it very cohesive and inexpensive. I also love their amazing sales when their trying to get rid of stuff. On my recent first time visit to this specific LOFT store, I found 1 last size 0 green poly blend wide leg cropped pants. They fit amazing and very well tailored for a steal-- $29.99 steal to be exact! I was only expecting a 40% discount but it rang up at 50% off instead! Yay! Also the store was super clean and neat and the sales people were on their sales game-- asking me and other customers to start us fitting rooms. I was greeted by the manager of the store who was very cheerful, knowledgeable and friendly which made my shopping that much more enjoyable. Till next time dear LOFT store-- I will definitely be back real soon. Please keep up the good work! It's a 2 thumbs way up for this LOFT location!
