First time getting my prescription filled here. They weren't super busy at the time. I got in line. Two people were ahead of me. Line went fairly quickly. Pharmacy staff was friendly and helpful. My prescription was ready upon arrival. I was able to pay for the 3 other items along with my prescription which was a plus. Wonderful that I didn't have to get in line at the front registers to pay for them. However, I'm sure if I had more items and they were super busy, I probably would have been asked to go pay up front which I would have been fine with it. Anyway, it was a quick visit. Great to be able to shop and get my prescription at one stop! Thank you Costco!!

I take a subcutaneous medication every two weeks and when I ran out without ensuring the next delivery was on its way, I was stressed. I was going out of town in the next few days so called the pharmacy to see if they could deliver asap. Though they initially said it couldn't happen, after explaining my situation they scheduled a delivery for me before I left town anyway. I was already so impressed and thankful for them listening to and working with me. Fast forward to delivery day and like a dodo I missed it. It is a refrigerated medication so they were unable to leave it. I called and the delivery driver had left the area so it seemed there was nothing that could be done. I was going out of town for a full week and was stressed as I was already late for my last dose. In a last ditch effort I called again-- just after closing-- and to my surprise the director Willie called back and said he would make the delivery happen!!! He was so friendly and accommodating, and didn't express any ire or frustration, even though I knew he would have to send a driver out of their way. On top of that he texted the driver's ETA and updated me in real time. It felt like a miracle. I couldn't believe the kindness and generosity involved. It felt they understood and cared, and it was so reassuring to be able to get my medication in time. This place is truly a one-star establishment, from the people that answer the phones, to the ones that greet you upon your appointment , the nurse that takes your weight and the doctor that "treats" you. I came here for convenience, being a student at WesternU, I thought I would support the DOs and give them some business. When I called in for an appointment, they were booked for 2 months! Ok... I will wait two months. When I arrived, early, I filled out my paperwork and dealt with the mediocre service from the ladies at the front desk, okay again, I can deal with that. It wasn't until I was called back for my appointment when I started realizing how awful of a place this was. The nurse clearly hated her life. She ordered me around like I was just another part of her awful day. She did not introduce herself to me, just started poking at me with things until she left me in the room. The doctor came in, and she was cheery and I was thinking, "oh this is much better." But the doctor, too, did not introduce herself to me (I had a pap done and I have no idea who was down there in my business.) She did not ask me any questions further about what I was doing there (I had 2 other complaints outside of my regular check-up) she just wanted to get me in and out and it was very apparent. She left in a hurry and sent in her angry nurse to poke at me some more for a flu shot, and the whole time we were in that room together, she did not say one word to me. They do not treat you like people here, they don't even give you the courtesy of treating you like a patient. NEVER come here if you have any other choice.
