Garbage people, garbage service, garbage stock, garbage communication, garbage app. I despise this place, I truly and passionately despise CVS and the fact my insurance prefers them feels like a slap in the face. They do not care for the customer and do zero to hide the fact. Every employee hates their job and it shines through in their shoddy work and terrible customer service. I hate the one day a month I have to go so much it actually ruins my mood for hours--not just because dealing with whatever immature, dead-eyed societal reject CVS took a chance on that week is the worst form of punishment imaginable but because getting one scrip literally involves 15 people, 25 steps and for some reason a prior auth every. fkn. time. I popped into CVS to grab a few items and was pleasantly surprised to see how organized and well stocked the shelves were. Often times, I've found just the opposite at other locations, so, seeing this made me want to shop a little longer. I just had a perfectly good vaccination experience at this pharmacy, which I was too scared to plan ahead. Astik, administered the vaccines with barely a prick and within a blink, in their white vaccination cubes built for privacy. I was initially denied Covid19 vaccine at the check in because I'm not 65 or have diagnosed condition, but Astik kindly clarified that work related reasons are valid for getting it, so I was able to get it! Glad to get it done because as a retirement planner, I work with seniors all day whom I wish to protect, and I probably do have a qualifying condition to qualify otherwise anyway, just that the wait to see a specialist doctor was 3 months so I don't have a diagnosis on paper yet. The 5 stars is for the blonde girl who works at the pharmacy. She honestly may have saved my life, or at least, a LOT of pain. Healthcare and insurance is a pain in the ass and I had no way of getting access to mine during a weird buffer period. Without insurance, my medication was easily a few hundred bucks which is absolutely insane when I used to pay $3, then increased to $10. I hardly ever go into CVS since I usually find better prices at other store. I happened to go in just for the printing center and yesterday was the 2nd time I had the most unprofessional customer service. Lack of willingness to help or check my receipt, tried to push me off to the automated printer which was not the right one had they checked my receipt (says see cashier at the printing station) , their tone was as if I was asking dumb questions. The store was not even busy so not sure why helping their customers seems to be such an inconvenience or task. I will not be going back has will drive the extra miles to get the service I deserve as a paying customer. read more

I was at this place to use the lottery machine. This staff member (Norma) told me several times that I looked suspicious because I was wearing sunglasses and a cap. Is she paranoid? The manager of this particular CVS which I had never met before had such unpleasant communication skills, unprofessional and frankly a little angry approached a situation with hostily instead calming the situation he had no skills to manage the situation, he left the customer in the middle of conversation and didn't come back to help. Yelp you really not need to start letting people use negative stars! This CVS store is terrible and has the worst employees on the planet! Today we went in to use my husband's CVS SCAN card which is supposed to be good for all sorts of items, but this store would only let him purchase certain items. Everything is self-serve and there is ZERO customer service at this location. We didn't want to use the self checkout scanner but the woman working there today March 22, 2025 was incredibly rude when we asked for help. She then told us that we didn't have enough on the card to cover the cost of our purchase. That was a LIE because when we got home we called to check his balance he indeed had enough loaded on the card which should have covered the purchase. To make things worse she/he ??? kept calling my long haired husband "Mam". He told her several times that he was not a woman but she insisted on addressing him as if she were. I come to this cvs all the time for my wife's grandparents medication along with mine, came in today to get allergy medicine for myself used self check out had a bit of an issue with a coupon that came with it wasn't scanning which wasn't a huge issue one bit the employee (NORMA) came over and tried to fix it and see what the issue was which was super helpful will not discredit her on that, it wasn't working on the self check out so she said to just go to the register which again wasn't the issue. The real issue is her customer service and her nasty attitude when I asked a simple question about the total which was a dollar more from self check out versus register which I didn't have an issue paying what so ever, but when I asked her, her response to me was with taxes it's 15 and some changed here at the register. First off wow didn't need your attitude a simple answer would have been this is why there is a difference but nope had such a nasty attitude. Been coming here for years especially when it was Savons. It's a nice store always cleaned and some staff members are nice and welcoming. Just some of their items that they sale are pretty pricey you can actually get it cheaper at target or Walmart. The pharmacy area the staff there are nice and helpful. Prescriptions are always ready when they say they'll be ready and if it's gonna be longer, they actually let you know which is nice. read more

I often attend this CVS as it's on my way home, but twice my experience with the same woman with a short hair cut and tattoos who works in the front is very rude. She talks to you like you are dumb, and God forbid you ask a question because you are interrupting her while she is just standing there doing nothing. She has no customer service skills at all. I'm a customer service manager and the way she speaks to people is very unacceptable. She rather you use the self-checkout machine then scan your items and take your payment. She's very lazy, unprofessional and seems very aggressive like she wants you to argue with her. CVS either needs to invest some customer training skills on her or have her work in the back doing some inventory where she has no interaction with the customers. Pharmacy sucks. They screw up and then say there's nothing they can do besides tell you to harass your doctor to call in a new prescription. Some people need their medication exactly in the moment . When you call the pharmacist tell them EVERYTHING with exact details of EVERY medication you're going to pick up. Give them a step to step like they're new and list every prescription that's you'll need that day or they'll just pick a random one and go with that. Great way to ruin my Christmas read more

The pharmacy staff here are inept, slow, Lack all manner of customer service or care. The store itself is fine; standard CVS fare. If you come for pharmacy services, beware. There customer service "manager" named Loraine is the most unprofessional human I have experienced behind a counter. I could cite the attitude, lack of honesty and deceitful/misleading comments and general overall approach this person displays when helping others... but I don't wish to waste anymore time than I already have on this. The rest of the staff here, including the pharmacist don't seem to do anything about her or have any interest in providing any level of care or efficiency... you're on their time. Good luck here.... There are no bags at self-checkout. Self-checkout also does not give receipts when requested, which seems illegal. There is no assistance for self-checkout, and no way to get assistance without waiting in line again. read more

9/18/2020 @ 10:20 PM Two of the most useless employees ever. I needed allergy pills because my allergy is shit so got a specific type because if you buy $15, you get a $5. I go to the self check out and realize at the end that I'm not sure if the coupon will show up so I tell the cashier, "could you ring me up instead because I'm not sure if the coupon will apply and I don't want to make a mistake." She tells me, "it'll come out on your receipt." Great! I finish the transaction, no receipt. I go back, apologizing for interrupting their conversation (two female workers chatting with eachother) and let them know that the receipt did not print. One of them sighs loudly and puts her head and arm on the other employees shoulder. The other one tells me she can't do anything about it and asks her Co worker, "is he here". They call up a guy (Chris) and he asks me to show me where it says that I'll get a coupon. We walk over and I point it out. He asks me to show me what I bought so I pull it out of my bag. We go back to the register and he tells the employee that he can't do anything about it. What was the point of walking over to show him?? The rude lady (with glasses) says that it's on my email. I explain to them that I've had this account in forever so I only remember the phone number. She proceeds to tell me she can't do anything about it but I need to look at my cvs rewards online through my email. I said, "if a customer wants a physical copy of a receipt, it shouldn't be an issue" They still didn't do anything about it. She let me know I could go back the next day to speak to the manager, which I will update as soon as I get back. 9/19/2020 @ 11:15 AM Just spoke with the manager and she helped me with a print out of my purchases but not the original receipt with the coupons. She was still kind and let me know that corporate could help me out. I was able to get the email so I ended up just downloading the app. It's not about a $5 coupon, it's just about how those two employees were extremely unhelpful and rude. 0 stars... I got a vet prescription for my dog on Wednesday, and it's cough medication for my dog, so it'll help him not cough and sleep through the night. He has a heart condition, and his heart meds are not working well enough... So it'll make him cough hard continuously. This is our first prescription for him, and I ordered it here... On Wednesday, they said they were all out of this medication, so they will have to put an order in for it, and it'll be ready Friday. I called to confirm, and they said it would be prepared for pick Friday at 6:30 pm. I'm here trying to pick it up, but they said, "sorry, we're all out of this medication" to me, this didn't make sense. We called and confirmed today (Friday) and were told it'll be ready at 6:30... The pharmacy just said, "sorry, we are out again." WTF... I've been hoping to get this medication, so my dog can have a good night's rest and time to heal!!! I asked if they could find another CVS to see if they have it , BUT I would have to get another prescription from the VET!! It's Friday, they're now close, and THEY DONT OPEN ON THE WEEKENDS... So now they said it'll be ready for you on Monday... So my puppy has to suffer because they can't get their inventory on check!!! And I'm in the store crying to see if i can get just enough for the weekend so my fur baby and have some rest. I didn't need all 80 pills at this moment... but i understood why they couldn't do that. I just want to help my dog but due to this annoying inconvenience they are responsible for this. Don't say you have the cure ready and later tell us you just ran out. When I found out I had tested positive for covid, my whole life changed. Instantly. After doing everything I was told plus some, I was still able to contract it. From a favorite local grocery store. I had a prescription I needed to get filled. I had been attempting to get it filled but unsuccessful. I need to sleep and this cough is keepIng awake. I waited until 11pm and called my local pharmacy told them I had tested positive and that I needed to get a prescription filled. His response immediately was. "You don't have someone that can do it for you?" Well, no sir. Reluctantly hbu w said yes after telling me that I needed to hurry cause they close at 12. So after doing all of my precautions, like new gloves, new mask and an optimistic attitude, I walked in. The cashier was very nice and welcomed me. So for so good. I think I'm more nervous. As I approach the pharmacy, a technician looks up and says "are you the one that called?" Yes sir. He walks away and changes his mask and gloves. I would have done the same. When he comes back I noticed he's not 6 feet away he's 12 feet away and with a horrible attitude. He starts asking me personal questions out loud so everyone can hear cause he's 13 feet away. I ask him, "you do know 6 feet is enough? The virus will fall to the ground by the sixth foot. He's response was "I have a family." My family was ripped away from me after visiting a local grocery store. How can he talk about family. I can't even give my daughter a fat hug and kiss. I say "why are you treating me like I have a contagious flesh eating disease." He tells me to give him my phone number, again yelling it cause he's 12ft away. Another invasion of privacy. Then tells me to go wait in my car he'll call me when it's ready. I asked him for corporates number and he told me to look it up. I walked out in tears. Heartbroken. Felling like trash, scum , or the most disgusting thing you can think of. Before I get to my car, I get a text saying my RX is ready. Why force me to my car when you were gonna text me so soon. Often close when they want. I've been told it's due to staffing difficulties. They do not put a sign on their doors stating they are closed. The doors simply do not open. Frustrating knowing they're one of the later pharmacies open in my area. Tonight they were closed at 1245 which is earlier than I've ever experienced. This is the CVS location where my family and and I get all of our prescriptions filled mostly because it's close to home. Yes, sometimes there can be a line and longer than desired wait times but once you're just waiting for your order to get filled, you're free to walk around and wander off through the isles and they call your name. I appreciate the time the pharmacists take with each customer to ensure they understand the instructions on how to properly take the medication. Keep up the great job, ladies! read more

I get prescriptions every month from these morons. They threaten me with text messages telling me that if I don't hurry up and pick up my Rx, they'll cancel it and I won't be able to get it later. Ok soo this CVS is a little bit further than the other one but a big difference with this CVS is that it is open 24 hours!! Yeah Yeah!! When you need to get something instantly this is the place you can head to and grab it. Be it for drinks, chips, flu medicine, maybe you want to paint your nails all of sudden this is the store you can go to and they will definitely be open! I came here recently because I have the flu and needed some advice on what medicine to buy and the lady was very helpful. She gave me a few suggestions and with a wide range of prices. From low and affordable to about $20.00 for a small little box. So I'm pretty happy with what I got and I'm glad I came here to ask about another type of medicine. Found out that they stopped making it which is pretty strange but oh well! That is why soo many new companies pop up I guess. I have been here many times and have decided that this place is pretty nice and clean and also if you want to crave some potato chips like those Hawaiian sweet onion ones...I come here and grab it whenever I want! read more

Walked in on Saturday night, 09/09/17 at 11pm for a six pack of alcohol after a long week of work. Saw that this place is open 24/7, so that's great. Saw people go in and come out happy and that's how I went in. There were people getting checked out at the register and leaving with a smile on their faces. I picked up my six pack and slowly walked over to the registers. Obviously, since I had alcohol, I couldn't check-out myself, so I walked over to the open register, but nobody to be found. I'd say i'm a really patient guy, so I waited there. There were two ladies at the pharmacy department and I could've sworn I made eye contact with them, but I guess they didn't see me. Funny thing is that i'm a tall guy. Standing at SIX FOOT SEVEN INCHES, maybe a bit taller, around 6'8" with my boots on, you could probably see me from across the store, above all of the shelves there, no problem. I waited and waited... Nothing. My cold beer just sitting on the register, I was like okay, i'm leaving. It's been at least 3-5 minutes already. As I was heading out, there was the lazy cashier lady walking in the aisle towards me. I made eye contact with her, but I just slowly walked out. She didn't even bother to come my way. In fact, I sat in my car for another 5 minutes, I didn't even see the woman come back to the front. But really, what's the point of being open 24 hours if nobody's going to keep an eye out for customers trying to buy their stuff and get out? Really? That's just ridiculous. Wish I can give them 0 stars, but i'll be nice and give you 1 star. Nice going, thanks for absolutely nothing. You lazy, lazy, lazy woman. This particular CVS Pharmacy is fast, and efficient. I always go to this one since they all know my name and very knowledgeable on the drugs. Also this review is purely on the pharmacy area, which just improved with a nifty blood pressure thing to try out while you wait for your prescription. This is one of those stores that has a neighborly feel yet is constantly improving. I didn't forget my rewards card so I had no problems getting my discount. It's disappointing that we have reviewers that dock points off on a good business just because they forget their own rewards card. Store is 24 hours, but no longer 24 hours pharmacy which sucks since there are times I wish there is someone there I can speak to in case of a middle of the night worry.
