Pro tip: When you purchase soda from CVS, you must return it to the same location you bought it from. I know because I recently bought two six-packs of discounted diet soda from this CVS. The first one I drank tasted wrong, and I realized that all twelve bottles had expired in October 2025. I tried to return them to another CVS, but the manager there informed me that each CVS has its own vendor partnership, so I would have to return the remaining sodas where I bought them. Annoying. I did return them. But I forgot to mention that the day after I bought them, the credit card I used to buy them got hacked, so I had to block it. When I brought my sodas back, I informed the cashier that it would be impossible to credit the actual card I had used, and apparently, they don't offer cash back, so he had to load up a CVS debit card with a little bit more than $3--I told you they were discounted! As far as depressing CVSes go, this CVS is on the less depressing end of the spectrum, which means it's still plenty depressing, but not really, and definitely not comparatively. I'm fairly certain that the building it's in, which it shares with Trader Joe's and Burlington, used to be a gigantic Smith's supermarket, and even as the smallest of those three, this space feels too big for CVS. Both employees I have dealt with here have been very friendly and helpful. Now if they could only check the sell-by dates of their on-sale sodas. read more

This review alone goes out to Gabe. Last night my husband & I drove to multiple pharmacies & stores trying to look for liquid probiotics for our goddaughter. She has to start taking antibiotics for an infection & the doctor told us to give her probiotics. Only issue with that is that she's an extremely picky toddler that does not like yogurt or other probiotic foods & so she recommended these drops. Since she was complaining of her tummy hurting off on a hunt we went trying to find this. This pharmacy was our 5th stop & before going we called spoke to Gabe & we asked if this was in stock & not only was it in stock but Gabe actually pulled it for us & held it in the front for us, when we arrived not only was he friendly but he wished us well. Thank you Gabe for being an extraordinary sales associate & helping us by checking if this item was in stock & holding it for us. My husband & I don't play when it comes to our goddaughter & this act of service you did made our nights better. They have two restrooms in the rear of the store, but they said they don't have public restrooms. Pretty disappointing.

The pharmacy staff here is extremely rude and unhelpful. Especially the older man who works there. They don't even attempt to help senior citizens navigate prescription issues. They instead just tell them to go and call insurance. They do not seem to care whether patients live or die. read more

I received a $4 off coupon by e-mail, so I decided to pop in. This location is a bit on the smaller side, but it's relatively new. There's hardly ever a line for either the register and self-checkout kiosks. As an avid coupon user, CVS is an absolute heaven with some of their deals. I had to file a complaint with corporate for the worst treatment I ever received in a store. It happened just about 20 minutes ago. I was going to the store after my gym session to get drinks for my coworkers and me for an upcoming long shift (12-16 hours). A man with a red shirt with no identifying material on him came up to me with no warning and said I needed to leave because he KNOWS I'm stealing. I was so confused and shocked that I just asked him to repeat and he said he would call the cops if I didn't leave. I also showed him the inside of my bag. All the drinks I was going to buy were on the shelf behind me because they had no carts or baskets for me to carry and there were too many for my to balance in my arms. I then left and went to my car to call the store manager. The supervisor, Justin, answered with little remorse and no concern for the fact that their staff is lying to customers and telling them they are stealing. I immediately got off the phone and called corporate. To Chad, the store manager, Justin, the supervisor, and the mysterious "security guard" who lied to me, how dare you treat anyone like this. You need to train staff to not approach people telling them they are stealing without proof. And I know for dang sure they never saw me put anything in my bag because I never did or will. I have spoken to corporate and sent two complaints. Please find another CVS who won't make you feel as confused and angry as I am. read more

They staff is nice but hard to get what you need in a timely manor. Often need to come twice - once to talk in person or call (which takes forever to get through the automated system) and then a day or two later to actually get your meds. read more

I go to this location quite often. The employees always greet people as soon as they walk in without fail. Nobody follows you as shop but if they are in your immediate area they will ask you if you need help with anything. The real praise here is for the pharmacy employees. I used to get annoyed because the line is sometimes long but after so many times going and observing I've come to realize how short staffed they are. They really could use extra staff and they are always busting their behinds back there. I've gone at all different times and they are always busy. They are overworked and deserve to be recognized for the work they are putting in. read more

I've never had a complaint about a CVS pharmacy until now. My son is asthmatic and recently needed to go on a steroid medication to control his symptoms. We need two boxes of the steroid medication in order to do two treatments every day. Halfway through this month, we ran out of medicine. I searched my house endlessly, as the pharmacy said I must have lost the box because they gave me the correct amount. They refused to refill the steroid because the insurance wouldn't cover more than two boxes in one month. Fast forward two weeks. We've been off the medication for 10 days, and I'm counting down the days until we can get a refill. My son's cough is back and worse than ever. He's had to miss school and isn't sleeping well. I decide to pay for the medicine out of pocket so we can refill it early. That's when a pharmacist calls me and says THEY NEVER GAVE ME TWO BOXES OF MEDICINE. I was almost shaking with anger. My son needlessly suffered due to the staff's incompetency. Everyone that goes to this CVS should double-check their medication because apparently the staff don't know how. read more

This CVS has really gone downhill (as far as customer service) since they moved from Beach and Hillsborough. Not only did they lose their drive thru, but the pharmacy staff was replaced. It's SO difficult to get anyone to pick up pharmacy calls after you go through the 5-minute automated questions that CVS requires you answer in order to speak to anyone. As far as the store goes, I've had some horrible customer service. One time, the cashier made a mistake with my coupons and the "manager" (who seemed to be about 20) outrightly refused to override it or correct it. I'm ready to switch my prescriptions. I don't know a single person who is pleased with the pharmacy here. They are so reluctant to refill prescriptions that our doctors write for us. They write that there is a refill on the label, and then REFUSE to refill it. EVEN when the label say they would. It's disgusting how the operate, some of us actually need our medicine and every time I go in if I'm not having a problem getting my medicine, someone in the line is. This is the worst cvs on Earth. Every time I call , I am put on hold for at least an hour & that's if they even end up picking up . They text you 5 million times that your prescription is ready . Once I go in to get my prescription, I wait another hour ?! What is the point of texting if it is never really ready ?! Employees are also extremely rude and not helpful at all . I switched pharmacy to Walgreens and they attempted to contact cvs on numerous occasions to transfer my prescriptions and have never gotten through once . Will never return again!! read more

My mom got her prescription and accidentally left her phone on the counter. A lady reported it and it was put behind the counter. My mom realized that she left it and went back. When she asked, the pharmacist said she didn't know. My mom picked me up, we went back to the pharmacy and I called her phone. I heard it ring just behind the counter. I got in line because they were a little busy. When it was my turn I told the pharmacist lady about it, and she wasn't even paying attention AT ALL I literally explained the whole thing and she still said she didn't know about a phone. I couldn't believe it. I pointed to where the ringing was, I described the phone, and asked her to grab it for me. I promise you this next part is true. She ignored me and helped the next person. I then had to lean and reach over the counter to retrieve my mother's phone. This alone grabs her attention and so she turns and says, "IS THAT YOUR PHONE?!" I couldn't believe it. I had to explain the situation out loud so I didn't look like a thief in front of everyone. My mom would not have gotten her phone back if I wasn't there to call it. I would never just reach over a counter but this was crazy no one was helping I literally had to do it or leave without the phone. read more
