This station is always higher in price than other stations. They are rude and unfriendly. I went a few times but never again.

This is the 2nd time my card gets identity theft at this gas station. People don't use your card here.

The representative Raymond has the worst attitude Worst…read morecustomer service honestly he acts like he wants to fight people, especially females I'm not sure if he gets off on being rude to people, but as long as I've came here I've never had that behavior , I used to come here when I was a teenager to come meet my boyfriend The manager has always been amazing especially when I got pregnant with my now 10 year old. I went to the liquor section and I was inside of the section where the Mike's hard liquor is and the minute the door shut they locked it, and I asked multiple times if they could open it because I had already had it open and had one item in my hand he goes and looks at me. Can't dont you see that we're busy right now I don't need to sell to you. But then again, I had already had the liquor cabinet open and was browsing through my options already Dee was Amazing!! And you could tell Raymond has a power trip and was trying to engage in a confrontation with me. The ambiance with his presence is not welcoming. Once again Dee was AMAZING

I visited the station to get gas on 4/2/25 just before noon, used my credit card, left and went…read morehome. When I got home I realized I had forgotten my card in the machine at the pump. I drove the ten minutes back to the station and asked a young hispanic man (not profiling, just using his ethnicity for i.d.)...I asked him if anyone had turned in a credit card and he said 'no' right away. That seemed odd, as there was another female cashier working beside him, so I asked him to ask her, and she said 'no' right away too. I left and had a bad feeling about this so I turned around and went back inside and asked the guy once more if they have like a lost and found there where ANYONE else might have put a card that was found. A THIRD employee happened to be standing on my side of the counter and she overhead my question and then asked "What kind of card?". I told her it was a Costco Visa and she then told the female cashier that it was 'in the back on the shelf by the.....' (she said exactly where, but I can't recall). So the fact that losing a card, having to cancel it, go through all the headaches involved with losing it, is terrible, and the ONLY REASON I got it back was good fortune, the one person that knew where it was happened to overhear our conversation. This points to the fact that there isn't a process for handling lost cards, wallets, keys, maybe put these items in a lost and found drawer, and have employees that are too lazy or have the common sense to maybe go to extra effort to help customers, maybe ask all employees or walk to an area where lost and found items are stored and check...this lack of effort is amazing. The young guy only cared about items that were directly handed to him??? Ultimately this is a management and training shortfall and I would think they should do better. Yes, it is on me, the fact that I forgot my card but you know what? Every other station I visit, the pump prompts you to remove your card before you can pump gas, which is a great idea, as you take it for granted the station makes it hard for you to forget the card. BUT unfortunately when people are used to that it makes it easier to forget your card and when you go to a station that doesn't use that technology you have to wonder why they don't. Cost? Anyway, unless I'm running out of fuel and it is the absolute closest gas station, I won't stop here again.

Garbage pharmacy. Garbage. Garbage people, garbage service, garbage stock, garbage communication,…read moregarbage app. I despise this place, I truly and passionately despise CVS and the fact my insurance prefers them feels like a slap in the face. They do not care for the customer and do zero to hide the fact. Every employee hates their job and it shines through in their shoddy work and terrible customer service. I hate the one day a month I have to go so much it actually ruins my mood for hours--not just because dealing with whatever immature, dead-eyed societal reject CVS took a chance on that week is the worst form of punishment imaginable but because getting one scrip literally involves 15 people, 25 steps and for some reason a prior auth every. fkn. time. It's more than time consuming--nothing ever works; the app, the phone, the computer, the people, nothing ever works and nobody ever knows why or when it will be better. *Norma, one of the cashiers, is SUPER friendly and this review/complaint does not include her. She might be the only positive at this store.

Often times, I've found just the opposite at other locations, so, seeing this made me want to shop a little longer. I'd like to give a quick shout out to my sales associate, (Norma) a 20+ year veteran employee of CVS and a awesome individual who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and a delight to converse with. She definitely understands the importance of customer service and is a wonderful ambassador for the CVS corporation.
