All gas station by law must provide free air. Went in and needed air for my tires. Told me I needed to pay because I didn't buy gas at that station. I buy gas everywhere, never been told I needed to pay for air. This is by law air should be free. Don't go to this franchise they suck. read more

I finally caught the cashier swiping his card to get my gas credits. Every time I fill up or buy anything, my club # doesn't work, it's because he has already entered his # to get my credits. I told him today, I only have this issue when you are working, and he just plays stupid. The women that work there are awesome, super nice and my # works for my credits with them every-time. Pay at the pump directly to get your credits (points saved) or make him cancel and re- ring up your purchase. Shady! read more

If I could give a zero I would!!! My car had a flat tire real bad. I live around the corner from this Chevron And the card reader was not working and I didn't have any cash. I asked the cashier if he could bypass it and he said no. Which is fine then. I asked him if I could just borrow $2. I live right around the corner. I'd pay him back. No he said then I asked him. Can I borrow $2 from the register and quarters and I leave my cell phone and I'll come back and give you the $2 back and said no I'll never go to that Chevron ever again and that's right pump gas on a weekly basis for my two cars. Whatever y'all do if you buy food, check the expiration date. Today I bought a Muscle Milk that expired on the 7th (today is April 23) I didn't notice til I actually open the bottle and saw white specks and poured some out and it was chunky. I'm an ongoing customer here as it's next to my residence. I pretty much fill gas here 1-2 times a week. After today, I will not fill gas here anymore! The male worker here rude. I've avoided this place for years due to the massive attitude problems I've noticed from the staff. Recently, I saw that they had a large sign up out front that said "new management," and thought naively that meant new employees. I went in to fill up my tank, and lo and behold, the same staff is still working there. They might have new management, but their attitudes still suck, the guy that works the counter is always just plain rude. The card was declining for some reason; i told her debit instead of credit. She just started raising her voice and being disrespectful. Way over priced, to start. It's very convenient for me so I come all the time anyway to grab drinks and sometimes gas even though it's so much more than everywhere else. The worst customer service ever. I needed air after a purchase (not gas-convenience store) and the cashier said no. Customer only. I said I just bought stuff FROM HER and she said no. $1.00. At the time it was required to provide free air. I told her and she said only for gas customers. So over her so I went to the Shell on Beach/Rosecrans and they have me air for free with no purchase. Fast forward like 3 years and yesterday I had a very low tire-turns out I had a slow leak from a nail. I had to go here since it's the closest so I could fill up before going to get it fixed. I gave my daughter 4 quarters and watched her put them in the air machine. It didn't do anything. I gave her an additional quarter. Nothing. So I go in and ask if I have to push a button or something. Same lady. She asks if I really put in the money. What?! Then she acts like there's nothing she can do, picks up the phone and says she has to call the company. I asked for my money back. Then she comes out and presses some buttons on the side and the air comes on and she acts like she pressed some metal piece on the front of it that was welded on and that's what made it go. I was so shocked at her behavior. I told my husband and it turns out he's gotten a code for it from another man that works there. He asked for air, guy said sure, gives code, and you just put it in on the side. She probably put the code in and acted like I had to pay and she had no control over it. Unbelievable! I've recently been a victim of fraud at this location. After learning that my card had been compromised, I went to them and voiced my concerns. The woman working was very defensive and uninterested in hearing about my experience. While I was there another customer told me she paid cash because her sister-in-law recently had the same thing happen to her at this location. Sleazy business. I bought a coffee this morning and asked the lady if they do cash back. She told me to decline my charge so I can start over (I didn't see the option for cash back on the pin pad). She asked me how much I needed and when I said $20, she said it was a $2 charge for cash back meaning she's just manually charging me $2. To test her, I asked how about $15 and she said it's a $1.50 charge. Huge scam. Go to normal stations where cash back is free or a single charge for any amount. read more
