We walked in the store, it was busy, people browsing in the aisles and waiting to get their medications. I wasn't intending on getting a vaccine but my co-parent was there to get hers. While processing the first shot, the pharmacist asked if I wanted to join in the fun, haha. I said might as well if I was considering that it'll probably be done. Thankfully, Kathleen, the pharmacist, was incredibly helpful and professional. I had to call back, but she took the time to address the situation and even apologized for what had happened. I truly appreciated her professionalism and willingness to help. In the end, my issue was resolved, but I wish the situation had been handled that way from the beginning.
