It was a very mediocre experience. No greeting or Thank you from the clerk. Store was fairly clean and stocked. They did have an Amazon locker. Don't see that in most stores. Always use your 7-11 app for good deals folks. Definitely not one of the better 7-Eleven stores out there. Doubtful that I'll ever drop by this specific location again. There are too many other convenience stores in the area to choose from.

But the broken tech is nothing compared to the terrible staff. The associate Regina, at the counter actively ignored a massive line of customers, blindly telling people their prescriptions "couldn't be located" without offering a single shred of help or explanation. They completely shut down instead of trying to fix the issues. I've been trapped here for over an hour for a basic pickup. It's a masterclass in incompetence and awful attitudes.

I went to this location to pick up some eye drops and it was a locked item. There were absolutely…read moreno staff on the floor, so in order to get someone to open the lock, I had to get in line. Once I made it up front, I walked with the employee to the aisle where I needed my item, and then we walked back to the register. Thankfully, I didn't have to wait in line again to pay. They need a better system for this because many items are locked. It just seems inefficient to have four employees at the register and no one on the floor.

I'm not sure if he was joking when he said he was new, but if he wasn't he's doing a great job! He was so friendly to me and other customers. Even when a customer asked him for the second time if they could use the bathroom they're not allowed to go in, Thomas was apologetic. Which I know is hard to be when a customer asks you to do something they know would get you in trouble. Thomas also knew the system well for me to redeem my ice cream without any issues, and I would happily go to this location again for his great service.

Loaded up my gas. The pump kept declining my card for some reason. I eventually got it to work. I went inside to grab a large slushie/ ICEE. I figured, why not? I am already here, and I have a free slushie award. I walked over to the slushie station, and it was a total mess. The cups and lids were all mixed and not organized. Simple: there's a Chevron on the way back to work, I'm sure they sell those travel sized lotions--probably $8. I'll take the bullet. I asked Heidi where those were in the store and before I could even proceed to look for them, she offered that she has a moisturizer. Before I can even say, "Sure". She had the bottle pointed down asking me when it's enough. You can't plan for these not did I imagine that Heidi planned this to happen.
