I finally found my fit with this one. Even with my new insurance they have been able to guide me. Tran is the absolute sweetest, kindest and personable pharmacist I've ever met. Even when I'm ready for meltdown because my prescriptions are lagging to be filled she makes it work. At times anything to do with your medication's being late or not approved can get frustrating but they have handled my meltdowns quite well lol this day was the first day I tried the drive-through. It was a great experience. No one was in line before me so that helped and I think I will do that more often when there's nothing I absolutely have to go inside for.

I was simply explaining to this woman that she will need to look at the past history as the medication was a certain price and that if she could deep dive she will see the issue. Her exact words were "shut up and listen, I see that the amount is this and that's is the amount"! I straight up wished her the day she deserved and walked away. Called corporate today! Reviews on every possible sight I could do. Social Media completed. Now, the kicker. HIPPA! This pharmacy is a big violator! Asking individuals for their information for all the store to hear that's a big No No Ms. Shut up!

Hate shots but I love to travel. After calling a few CVS, Walgreens and two other Rite Aids, this was the only location that was able to help me get the shots that I needed in order to help me stay protected while visiting Peru, Argentina, Ecuador and Columbia. I had just came from a not so great visit from their location in Costa Mesa when I arrived. I had called while on my way to make sure they had the vaccinations I needed in stock which they did. When I checked into the counter they immediately knew who I was and what I was there for. After filling out the paperwork they asked me to take a seat for the pharmacist to call me in. I waited no more than 5 minutes when the pharmacist called me in their private area for their injections. I've had hundreds of shots so you think I'd be use to it by now but I'm not. I tend to get nervous but this pharmacist was great and was making jokes about what I should expect while in the Amazon which made me feel at ease. She really was great and I appreciated the conversation since it was distraction from the 4 shots she injected in 2 areas. Checking out was as easy as checking in and getting the vaccination. I was given a vaccination card and was on my way. I spent no more 25 minutes here and just a great experience. I'd highly recommend coming here since they are friendly and get the job done in a timely manner.

Even though I have to tell them to apply the coupon first before actually picking up, I was in the pick up line because I feel bad not waiting in line like everyone else. But when I got to the front, the pharmacist Regina assured me it was okay to wait at the drop off counter so I don't waste my time. I really appreciate that because it was never clear to me where I was supposed to be waiting when I have to tell them to process it again. Unfortunately there's no way for them to process it with the coupon the first time around, so they are really working hard having to always do my prescription twice. I got my medication and I bought a makeup item as well. The cashier was also friendly, backing up the lone cashier that was getting bit of a line. And thanks to the great rewards program I only paid two dollars for my lip oil! I will definitely be coming back here, not just because I have to but also because I want to.
