When getting out of my truck unfortunately they have the trash cans set up there on the sidewalk. The second you open your door the stench of Urine, Facies, rotten trash smack you in the face. There's usually a stream of liquid coming from the trash cans. I asked the owners of the take out who serviced the property but they dont know. They pay a extra $350.00 a month tor maintenance but it doesn't get done. I went into 7-11 yesterday for a drink and Big Gulps are .99 cents with rewards. When the cashier rang me up I didnt have a rewards card so she let me use hers. Really nice of her. A shorter hispanic lady, super nice. I asked if she knew who serviced the property and the same, no but we pay $350.00 extra and nothing gets cleaned. Sounds like the landlord is a thief. Charging extra for services that arent getting done. Beeare of the stench and fluids between 7-11 and Little Ceasers pizza.
