During 2020, I had my gender reveal and baby shower for my pandemic baby. I ordered vanilla cupcakes with baby pink buttercream frosting for the baby shower and pink/blue swirl for the gender reveal. They were beautifully piped and so moist and tasty no one knew my local Albertsons delivered!!! Now 6 yrs later, I was kind of nervous for birthday cupcakes ...they were sold pre made in the fridge! It's definitely always worth looking at the clearance section in the back. The only downside is that all of the cans were a little damaged, but it works fine. Hopefully, I can find Ozium one of these days. Also, the health feature of their app has great perks. Not only can you link your Apple Watch, but you can set healthy goals for yourself and redeem them for points. I've been steadily collecting for a couple of months, and my favorite product to redeem is actually the water. You do have to pay the CRV though. I really enjoy shopping at this location. The store is always clean and well-maintained. My favorite time to visit is during Valentine's Day when they have live floral arrangements being created right in front of you. The store is filled with the amazing scent of fresh flowers. They also offer great rewards through the app, which helps save a few bucks at checkout. Plus, the self-checkout stations are a convenient way to skip the regular lines. read more

I've been shopping at this store for over a decade. It carries lots of items other stores in the are do not carry. The staff is very friendly. The store is also maintained well with a decent ambiance. That said... The lines are have become ridiculously long. I noticed there's a new store manager. I'm guessing he's cutting back on labor. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to buy 3 items. The lines on normal business days can wrap back around towards the pharmacy. The people in line with me are complaining as well. Please fix this otherwise you will be losing customers. I've overheard multiple people stating that they have started driving further out to Stater Brothers off of Bastanchury. read more

This place is incredibly racist towards Asians. Yesterday, an Asian woman and her baby were in the self checkout line. A female African American employee gave her the cold shoulder while offering bags to every non-Asian customer. When the Asian customer asked for help, the employee was short and rude. When the Asian woman with her baby asked for a bag, she handed it to her with a disgusted look and did not say a word and then went on to kindly ask non-Asian customers if they wanted a bag. The Asian woman and baby live in Irvine so they were shocked, but I'm not, it's the Fullerton Albertsons, it's very low class here. I called the Albertsons to speak with Assistant Director, Stern Battle, and Director Joey Romero, and left a call back number for our team to answer. No call back, of course. I'm in communications with the corporate office and Albertsons is investigating the matter. If you've experienced discrimination at this Albertsons, please DM me. This Albertsons grocery store in Fullerton is neatly merchandised and clean. Wifey asked me to purchase a couple of things on my way back to her sister's place. Stopped by here because it was on my way. They had what I needed. Price was not the cheapest, but still fair. I was there a bit longer than I anticipated. They were actually pretty busy. There were two registers open, but I picked wrong and got the slower line. It was not the clerks fault. Some items just were not scanning which slowed the whole process down. read more

After multiple visits, I'm convinced it's a pattern and not an isolated incident. The produce quality here is hit and miss, mostly miss. Today, along with 3 previous visits, strawberries were visibly moldy (like growing fuzz and shriveled). Not just one or two boxes, but most of them. The cooler they were in was about room temperature, not even cold. Other berries looked like they had a tough life. Bruised, spoiled, and leaking. Other produce is sometimes ok, but make sure you take a close look at what you get (or just go elsewhere). read more

Today was a day that Starbucks was selling a huge item that everyone definitely wanted. I was in line since 4am today. I was the 4th person in line waiting for the Starbucks Teddy Bear... as it was getting closer to open. The baristas pretended to be adjusting items. Came here to grab a few items to make banana nut muffins. They were pretty empty with maybe a handful of shoppers when I was there. I love the layout of Albertsons and always appreciate how clean the aisles all are. I was able to come in and grab the items I needed and leave within about 10 minutes. The workers here are super friendly and will make light conversation and jokes with you which I appreciate. This one is located in the Amerige Heights plaza so there's plenty of parking! read more

HORRIBLE customer service. Not a crier but I know only shopped in tears, but left in tears. Specifically because of the customer service, or lack thereof. First, I want to point out Kevin at the meat counter as EXCEPTIONALLY rude. They had chicken on sale and I wanted to get a specific amount + to get the fresh stuff. He ignores me. But he's made eye contact with me a couple times, I've even waved to show I'm there. Continues to ignore me. So I ding the bell, he snaps at me he'll be there. There's no one else here, and he wasn't doing anything that was necessary at that time. He was moving boxes. It was very much a power play & he made it obvious he was just making me wait cuz he could. Then when he did come, he was even more rude. I asked for the chicken, he barked that there is prepackaged chicken "down there" & points somewhere to my left. I asked what was wrong with this chicken, he said nothing. I was like ok well can I get this because I want a specific amount. I basically had to convince him to do the job he's paid for which is package up meat, which he then threw on the counter pissed I had asked him to do his job. I ended up getting chicken from "there" honestly out of spite of the maltreatment I got there, because there was a manager there that was also really bad. My original review was removed because mentioned that this treatment was very specifically rcist, as well as the fact that none of the people of colour there were bad to any customers. I was told that reinforced negative stereotypes, but what if the employees are the ones doing it? Shouldn't other customers know this? Isn't that the point? That we warn each other? If someone is acting out their cultural negative stereotype, especially if it is a racist one, should the customers not know that? As a person of colour, I want to know before I'm going somewhere if I'm safe or if people are living out. horrible tropes. Here are some scary tropes & yes it sucks that so many people act in this way that it's a stereotype, but they do. And at this store, they're allowed to do it on the clock. read more

What can I say? I love Albertsons. It's my favorite grocery store. There's plenty of parking. The store is always neat and clean. The people working the deli are amazing, always so helpful and friendly. There's quality food items. You won't see soiled food or messy unorganized aisles. I always find everything I need with ease. I love the seasonal items and the floral department because everything is so unique and beautiful. They really do take pride in their work. But my absolute favorite thing about Albertsons is their app. They have all kinds of deals and discounts, not only on food but daily essentials or household items. Every purchase earns you points that you can use for free items or store credit. Every now and then they have free items. Straight up. The app is super easy to use and it's so helpful when it comes to finding deals, finding what you need or even placing a pick up order if you're in a rush. This review is for the pharmacy. Scheduled a flu shot appointment for 1pm. Got here a little before 1 as did the pharmacists before their lunch was over. We gave our info to the pharmacist and signed a form. She administered the vaccines for my sister and me. The shot hurt for a second or two but is nothing in comparison to getting the actual flu. When you get your vaccine here you also receive a coupon for 10% off grocery purchases up to $200 with each immunization. It doesn't expire until 12/31/22. 1 star off because I didn't receive a coupon but luckily my sister did lol. We were back in our car by 1:16pm. I recommend getting your immunization done here for the savings and the efficiency of the whole process. read more

They always have in stock the 1 liter Arrowhead club soda I absolutely love. Every time I visit Albertsons, I stock up on this club soda. (+1) They have fresh meats (Fish, and boneless chicken) that we get directly from the butcher, bring home and cook curries. (+1) Butchers are friendly. As a matter of fact, all their staff is very friendly. Starbucks is a plus. Aisles are wide, clean and well stocked. There are 2 Redbox stations in front of Albertsons. Best Albertsons ever! We've been going here for over 10 years and I can't say enough great things about this place. The employees there are so kind and loving and helpful. They truly care for their customers. They've watched all 3 of my kiddos grow and have become like another family to us. Recently, they updated the store and it flows so much better! I think it's cool that each aisle is now a name of a street nearby! Not to mention the Starbucks inside is 1 of 4 in the shopping plaza area and is definitely the best on to go to. read more
