I just bought $44.00 worth of gas and not a sent of it went into my tank. Dont use this location. I had to re pump.

No receipts at the pump, no paper towels or soapy water for window washing. This has been going on for the past year at this location. Service here is not like it used to be. To make it worse, I got a disrespectful attitude from the cashier when I asked "why not?" I will now go out of my way to never get gas here again. Whatever happened to 'good service'? Honestly I used to love coming here. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Great prices. But as soon as 7-11 bought out the convenience store part it has gone downhill. I come in for air at least 1x week and pump gas at least 2x a week Today I was trying to get air when the attendant said "not working ". When It clearly was. He wanted me to pay for air when it's required to be free in the state of California. After telling him to turn it on multiple times he did. Worked fine . The only good employee there is Liam. Thanks Liam. The girl is very rude and always on her phone. The Indian man is a best uneducated and ignorant at worst trying to scam people on free services . read more

I'm living in Amerige Pointe complex and always I'm going to this station. I'm notice that there are a new owners, in my last visit a month ago people there were super nice! I'm coming back 3 times per week and the place looks organized and the customer service is better!! Great job guys! read more

I stopped for gas and a pack of gum. The cashier appeared to be new and asked another guy for help and the guy did not want to help and stood there cutting his nails with a pair of scissors. They argued for a few minutes until a 3rd worker finally came to help. I will not use this station again. read more

The cashier was an older man. I got gas and 2 energy drinks and the total $50.50. I only had $60 total on me in 20s. He asked me to check if I had 50 cents so I did and I didn't have any change. He just stared at me and was like well check your car... I was in shock that he said that and I said, um I have no change... I had just cleaned out my car so I knew I had no change. He just sighs, looks annoyed at me, and says ok well here is $9. So I stare waiting for my 50cents and he just shoo's me away. Literally waved his arms motioning me to leave. He also could've just used his words like an adult to explain they were out of change. I was in shock and should've said something but I literally just left with my jaw dropped. I don't understand why he couldn't get 50c from another store or give me a dollar as reimbursement. The date is 2/6 and this was at 2pm so please whoever was working register was an asshole and has no manners. It's really easy to be nice and not shoo people away without using your words. I come here often and never had issues like that with a different man that works there. I look young and im a shorter woman, so I kind of look like a teen although im not, I know damn well he would never do that to a grown man because they'd say some stuff if he waved them away and motioned to leave the store and get out, especially without giving them the right amount. Fire that guy. He is rude and the 50cents isn't that big of a deal but the shoo away like I was bothering him while I was waiting for MY change is crazy. Never shoo a customer away and motion them to leave with angry face on you, you will keep losing customers and from the looks of the reviews most people don't like it here already. read more

I've got gas and lottery tickets here for years off and on as Costco is our regular place to get gas. In the past 6 months this place cheated me on lottery tickets once, and told me I had already claimed a ticket. I left feeling like man I was sure I didn't cash that ticket. A couple months later they tried it again, and this time I was more forceful about it, and sure enough the guy said he made a mistake so he gave me my $100. Just a couple weeks ago they tried it again, and again I pushed and sure enough he gave me my $40. Once is a mistake, twice is questionable, three times is fraud. This place needs to be investigated. The fact you have 1 star rating I totally understand. To turn off the function of a customer (the one and only time I will be here) that shops at Albertsons twice a week that we can not add the set amount to pay so we as your customers don't have to stand at the pump is BS. Honestly would give this place 0 stars. The card reader at the pump was working (understandable) so even though I was tired from a long drive I went in to fuel up. The cashier was a sarcastic condescending jerk. I think he got mad that I told him the card reader was broken (I'm sure Im not the only one) but how hard is it to get paper write "Card Reader Broken" and tape it to the pump so someone doesn't try multiple times before having to walk inside. Im sure he was upset that he actually had to interact with people. This cashier should probably be moved to the night shift. Im sure that crowd would love his condescending attitude. Never stop here. I was curious if other people had problems with this gas station or if it was just me. Anyways I looked them up on Yelp and it had a 1 Star average. With one person just leaving the store I went to had the cashier 20$ for gas but Didn't have a mask on. Which I already have the vaccine Was still trying to be respectful I put my shirt over my face. He says, " that doesn't work, hasn't worked since day one." There was no one in the store all he needed to do was take my 20$ and be done with it. Around 2021, I noticed that this place was repeatedly short-changing me when I paid cash. I sympathize with people in boring retail jobs, and I'm sure if I had this job I would make my share of absent-minded mistakes. For that reason, I initially just pointed out the mistake, got my correct change, and chalked it up to human error. But it kept happening again and again, with the error always in their favor. read more
