I drive a Tesla, which is a relatively straightforward vehicle to wash because of its simple body lines. That should make it easier to spot leftover dirt and ensure the vehicle is thoroughly dried. Instead, it felt like the focus was on moving quickly to the next vehicle rather than taking a few extra minutes to make sure the job was complete. Considering the price of the service, I expected better quality and attention to detail. Convenience brought me here this time, but quality is what brings customers back. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I'll probably drive a little farther next time for a car wash that puts more emphasis on the finished product.

I typically go during a week/work day and it's not busy. I was there for an hour and a half today. But there were a lot of cars so I knew there would be a wait when I chose to still go in. The service is always great though - everyone greets you and is friendly and even when leaving, people are always saying have a great day. Variety of seating inside and outside. It's manual labor work so I rather they not rush through it. After receiving my car back, she definitely sparkled in a way where she hasn't sparkled in years. It was my first time getting a proper detail for her. But upon closer look after I left, she still had water spots on her in some areas. :( I attached some photos. I feel attention to detail could be improved to keep a long term customer. I do want to mention the good things I expended here to be fair in my review. The inside waiting area was air conditioned and comfortable. The outside waiting area is also very spacious. The workers here are also all nice. Since it was my first visit and I got one of the most expensive packages here, unfortunately the results didn't fully deliver. The biggest concern was hard water spots when I brought this car in but it was not fully resolved.

My Camera won't pick up the marks on my windshield but you can see on my side mirrors the damage it's done to my paint. Both side mirrors are damaged and I have little micro cracks on my windshield where it seems that rocks have hit against it ): I probably will not be taking my car through these washes again
