Came here around Monday afternoon. Place wasn't as busy. There are two drive in kiosks to pay by credit card or cash. 2026 March prices go by $10, $14, $17 for single transaction. I paid the $14. Cleaning was okay overall. I would say they do get rid of the spot treatment compared to other car wash express stations. However, the back of my SUV was still dusty at the corners, so I'll probably opt for $10 wash next time. I did not notice any scratches. read more

I recently moved jobs so I needed to change my daily car wash membership location. I googled added in the area and Zaroo had really great reviews. I took it for a spin and it was very good, even on the basic wash. I do have a car wrap so I can't get anything higher than the basic wash so it won't damage my wrap. Friendly service. This is usually where I go for a quick car wash, simply because the entire process is smooth and easy. It's $9 for a basic wash and what I love about it is the fact that they pre soak your car before entering the wash. It just helps get rid of any residue. Great quality of service, clean facility, and I think for the value, it's worth a look. Now, realistically, this isn't a fancy hand wash spot so it's fast and convenient so I will say there's a lot of left over spots that I normally have to clean up after but it's not the biggest deal as it comes off with an easy wipe. read more

I stopped in last week because I was overdue for a car wash. Jim was the only person there at the time. He saw the state my car was in and gave it an extra-thorough wash before putting me through the machine--don't expect that every time, but it definitely stood out. Outside at the vacuums, he didn't accept my tip. Instead, he asked for a Yelp review, which I'm very happy to give. We ended up having an unexpected conversation about life lessons our fathers taught us--about doing a good, thorough job no matter what it is you do. It was beautiful. We exchanged stories, he showed me pictures of his children, and it was clear how much pride he takes in his work--whether it's washing cars or raising children with the same work ethic that gets passed down through generations. I've been coming here since they opened and usually cat washes get washed out with their service and quality in washes but this location keeps on improving the way they clean their cars. This is the slowest drive thru car wash I have ever been to. There is an asian guy who totally takes 10-15 minutes to do the prior wash spray. He lets the prior car finish before he lets the next car enter the wash. Ugh!!! I get he is trying to do a good job but it is a drive thru car wash for speed and convenience...I try really hard not to come here because I am always late to wherever I am headed to...If you have a lot of time this is the place for you. I really enjoy coming to this location for a car wash. At first, I was hesitant. I've seen several express car washes pop up. There seems to be a new one every few miles. And when I first came I was a little discouraged at the prices being a few dollars more than the ones I normally go to. But, the quality of this wash is so much better than any other express wash I've visited for the simple fact they actually wash your car before going into the express machine. Let me elaborate. You pull up to the kiosk that sells you your car wash. Pretty standard fare with three options based on what type of car wash you want. So far, everything is typical. You pull up to the queue to go into the express car wash machine and it is here you see a person or two with pressure washers. These are what makes this car wash unique. Unlike other express car washes where you simply go through the machine this place has people who actually walk around your car to pressure wash any big stains or dirtier areas of your car before going in. It makes it feel more personal. Sure, those people may not look at you as they stare into an existential abyss whilst doing their work but at least it's a human doing the work on my car. All jokes aside, I do appreciate the human touch of this place and though my visits are far and few in between, I do enjoy coming here. read more

This is one of my car wash spot, it's conveniently close to where I live, clean, and the equipment works fairly well. However, I have encountered several vacuums that don't have sufficient suction but just move to another spot. Most of the staff here are very friendly but there's one particular worker that has an attitude. He normally works as the person guiding your car into the rails. The dude just comes across rude and needs to understand we are paying customer that pay his salary. This easily would have been a 4 or even 5 star review if it wasn't for the malfunction vacuums or rude worker. I'll still consider coming here only because it's close to my house but unfortunately can't make a recommendation since there are other car wash spots close by. Sorry Management but have a talk with your worker and make sure all the vacuums are working properly!! read more

But hand car washes can get very expensive... and they don't always do the best job for how much it costs. I put off washing my car because I just didn't know what to do. Then my husband (who doesn't care as much about his car) took his minivan to Zaroo Express Car Wash and I happened to come along. If it wasn't for me happening to come along for the ride, I would've never discovered this gem!!! They thoroughly pre-rinse your car with a pressure washer so all the dirt, grime, gravel, rocks etc come off and don't get lodged into the car washing brushes and scratch the car. Their self service vacuums are also SUPER strong so it gets dirt out of every nook and cranny of your car! Ive been to Googie car wash and their vacuums are like... 10% as strong as the ones here. I finally had time to get a car wash today (i had spiderwebs on my mirrors) and the two young men at the wash entrance offered to spray down pre wash my entire car before going through the wash. This was amazing service. My car came out so clean. They also give you a micro fiber dry towel, an air freshener and a dash wipe. All for $15! Dryers are free with wash and spaces are roomy, all vacuums functional in good condition. This will be my new go to spot. read more

Ok first of all the stag is very attentive went first thing in the morning. The young man working the hose took his time preparing my whole truck prior to entering, most places do a 1/4 of that. I have a big truck. I do not recommend this place with those that have big trucks or more than a 6 foot bed. Very super tight to get in there. I had to go back-and-forth about four times besides that everything else about this place is on service quality of the wash. The air hoses could be better quality. There are about five air hoses on the right side with no nipples on them. I'm just open end. That right there makes us place a three star joint pressure and air hose. This place was great until the last 3 months. I have the monthly pass and the place has had issues of breaking down recently. I've had to go elsewhere. So I've been paying double for car washes. Recently it's been working ran my car through left my rear back of the car soapy. Also the air blowers are not what they used to be. Took my Tesla through today for a quick wash, as it was a nice day and had been dusty of late. I went for the middle grade, hoping that might be enough to get the car relatively clean. Have to admit, I was not very impressed. I did appreciate them rinsing a lot of the dirt off the car before going through the tunnel. That said, the car still has considerable spots that it didn't clean. Add to that, the dryer left a lot of water on the car that are now water spots. Meaning I'll have to wash it again. This was my first visit, and I opted for the basic wash as I just needed a quick clean. When I arrived, I asked the staff to hose down the car, which they did, but they forgot to activate the soap initially. I noticed they turned it on at the last minute, and only the back of the car ended up getting soaped. After pulling into the vacuum area, I realized the car still looked the same as when I arrived--just wet, but not clean. Fortunately, the manager, Jim, came over, acknowledged the issue, and offered me a complimentary wash to make up for the mistake. My car looked super clean and shiny afterward! There are so many stations to use, and everything is super clean, and the vacuums are very powerful -- I'm considering getting noise canceling headphones because of the loud noise of the vacuums and the next example. The only downside is if someone plays super loud music next to you, and they don't seem to care if you like it or not, it can be annoying. When I signed up, I beeped my horn, as the sign said to do, but the person there couldn't hear me, I suppose, so another man was kind enough to find the attendant for me. read more

I do like this place and I did give it a five star because the owner was very helpful last time but recently the past three times I've washed my car. It leaves little black streak. It's not scratching the car but it seems like it's on there scrubbers on the machine as well as they don't do car scents anymore, which sucks. read more

So, yes the reviews about this place being too small and tight for large vans/trucks are true. There was no way a 2023 crew cab tundra was going to fit where you pay. However, the worker told me to reverse and go in the exit area and he scanned my card at the pay station, and I had no problems after that. Coming from a very wet and muddy vacation. My truck was a mess. They took extra time with the pressure washers all over the truck before I even went through the automated car wash. I appreciated that. I will be back. read more

For $15, he prepped the car very well with different cleaners before entering the tunnel. He was making sure that there weren't any scratches. All of the equipment is always functioning, and there's someone guiding you and pre-washing your car prior to going into the wash. There's a young man by the name of Anthony that has been extremely helpful to me and others I've seen. He takes enough time to get stubborn dirt off and keep the line moving along nicely. It had been months since I had my car wash, so it was well over due. After reading some Yelp reviews, I decided to try Zaroo out and splurged for the premium wash, which was $16. There was an extensive prewash routine with 2 gentleman giving my baby excellent attention to detail, likely due to the amount of dirt and gunk on the car. That part, alone, was well worth the premium wash. I am not sure if they do this with the cheaper packages, so I cannot speak for those. The blow dryers leave more to be desired, but I can live with it since they give a small microfiber towel for drying at the end. I am super satisfied with the quality of this express car wash.
