Quick wash, don't expect details, look for general ease. Bring a hand towel, clean up any specifics. Vacuums work great. Good neighborhood service. read more

They raise the standard car wash from $8 to $9 then provide terrible car wash service. After I went through the cleaning process, my car was still wet and my windshield was never blown dry. It was so wet that I had to hand dry it as well as the rear window to avoid water spotting. Car body was also pretty wet. I've been coming here for several years and the service has progressively gotten worse. Won't be coming back here again. Mgmt doesn't care and obviously have cut back on their programmed cleaning to spend less and make more. Not worth the money. I'd rather do it myself going forward. Another customer bites the dust. read more

Okay this place is very convenient for me. But convenient is what brought me here and might not always be best. Its older location compared to my regular spot. There's usually 1 person around if service is needed. My black SUV is fairly new. I have about 3 little scratches I know of accounted for.. I now have about 3 different spots with a 4 line type scratch. Ill take pics. Iykyk like if you claw something. Yes they're not responsible blah blah blah.. Hopefully I can get them buffed out... one day! But it still sucks because I've been in this situation before:/ with my previous, previous car. I'm familiar with the "car wash scratches!" I'm the type of person that will park furthest to be away from cars. It definitely was from here and I noticed immediately. No I did not make complaints. It was like 7:30am I refused to start my day with negativity! Lol read more

Worst service. Not worth it for the price I paid. Parking spaces to close together. Not enough spaces to vacuum your car

I love this car wash. Great was for a great price, monthly membership is worth it. Use of vacuum is included!

people stay away 100% unless u want your car damaged i am taking them to small claims court i have proof before n after pics they say they have video of pre damage before!! lol what a joke they dont im not worried because there liars there equipment is always breaking down i have witness also so its only matter of time till they go out of business look at all reviews bad so spare yourself go some where else i want people to know this is not a carwash period read more

Washed car okay, but service was rushed. Have just pulled in and staff already rushing us to leave.

RUDE worker. Talks about clients behind their back. You pay for a service that you don't get. If you pay the $15.00, you expect tire shining. This service is not provided. The RUDE employee comes out to polish the tire manually with a brush for some customers not all. Though, this is convenient location, I would rather do the drive to Zaroo Express Car Wash. They give you a free drying towel with excellent customer service and newer car wash equipment. read more

Never open on time was rude about it and as I was driving off worker told me they open in a bit. If you don't like your job then you shouldn't be working there. read more

I just took my daughter car for washing, I bought the expensive pack they have, after going through the top of the car still was dirty, I ask the manager to re wash it, instead he became defensive arguing he doesn't care, isn't his fault. Very disappointed, do not use this place. read more

Owner is always helping me. He's seems rude, but he's cool. Car wash is decent. Need more spaces.

Paid for the "Premium" car wash today. Nothing in that car wash happened any different than when I bought the the basic car wash. And the same brushes were inoperable, as they were when I was in two weeks ago. and I doubt they're maintaining their spot free rinsewater because my car spotted really bad after I went through needing to be re-washed. read more

You hardly get any soap even on the most expensive wash. I've found myself scrubbing dirt off while drying. Maybe if you're in a pinch but I'd rather drive to La habra for the buff n shine car wash. Even the lowest cost wash leaves it sparkling over there read more

I would come here all the time, but I went here today and the guy that's always working. There was very rude. I asked them if they still do the tire shine. He said that no we stopped. I was like when did you stop because I was here last week and they shined my tires and he said they didn't do it again And then while I was there, he was shining someone else's tires extremely rude. I will never come back here ever again. The Asian man that works here is very rude. read more

I've been to this Car Wash in the past, but the system and Service has really gone downhill. First of all, I'm not sure they're even using soft water cause the process left spots all over my car that I had to re-Wash to remove. Secondly, when I pulled in, I could notice several of the brushes were not intact and were only partially intact. Some of my wheels were clean others were not. I did pay for the most expensive wash they offered and was not at all happy with the outcome. Curious what their reply will be. read more

Update- Luong the owner is shady shady shady!! Instead of returning my calls or text like a responsible business owner, he blocked my number. Do not go here unless you're willing to having property damage that will not be addressed. Subaru quoted me $767 for the repair. A previous review mentioned Luong said he wouldn't fix their damaged Kia because they're pieces of sh**. Wondering if he thinks Subarus are also pieces of sh** too. I cannot believe how irresponsible this business owner is. read more

Do NOT wash your car here. Their wash will break secure parts off your vehicle, then the owner will refuse to speak to you on the phone, and tell his underpaid hourly workers to deny you any assistance or liability. A $10 cash turned into a $500 repair. NOT WORTH IT read more

This business does not even deserve one star! This place has faulty equipment, (that will damage your property!!) which they take ZERO responsibility for! DO NOT GO HERE! Management acknowledges that their equipment is faulty and refuse to compensate for damages. TERRIBLE business. read more

it was good. i say that, due to the fact that i drive a full size truck, and this carwash felt like one that you would use at a gas station carwash. Small and cramped. Would probably be better for small cars. The vacuum areas were kinda tight as well. read more

MORE DAMAGE!!!! should have yelped this place so that is on us but it is a sad excuse for a business and so is the owner, Loung Chao. As you can see in the picture of his surveillance my car went in with no damage and came out with a piece missing. This guy told me "Kia is a piece of shit car and I'm not gonna a pay for a piece falling off it." As you can see he is a man with no integrity and no ownership. I want to make sure others are warned because you will have your vehicle damaged and you will not be reimbursed. read more

I am giving two stars instead of one because prior to today I have had good experiences here with good service, and the prices are reasonable. However, I was very upset about the service I received today. Usually there is someone at the entrance, but there wasn't today, and being that I've gone through the motions many a time, I already know about aligning the tires against the rubber and putting it in neutral. I did just that and patiently waited for the machine to pull my car in. I was wondering if I drove in a little too far, but it wasn't actually all the way in either. That's when I was approached by an older, disgruntled employee who told me to pull out and proceeded to lecture me about some yellow cone off to the side that apparently was supposed to be the most obvious thing in the world that I was supposed to stop there and wait for an employee. He copped a serious attitude, giving me a number of rude gestures whilst complaining that I missed my turn because of that. It seemed completely uncalled for and unprofessional being that A) HE, not I, but he, who works there, was not at his post to give proper direction, B) IDK where he got the idea that a yellow cone off to the side was the most obvious indicator to stop, or why he thought it gave him the right to lecture me. I told him too - that is NOT a stop sign. There are no signs anywhere. IDK why you think that's equivalent to a stop sign. Maybe if it was directly in the middle, blocking my entrance, but I've been to many car washes that are self service, and had no issue. He just shook his head at me, as if I was the one putting a damper on his day. I proceeded to follow his instruction to my car wash, and when I was done, I wrote this review, so that y'all can be forewarned about their customer service. read more

If it were possible for your car to come out dirtier then it went in, it would be this place. Complete rip off. They have the track set to push you thru so fast nothing gets washed. read more

Worst service. Don't go to this place. Took my car, I paid for the Hot was shine $15. I don't think all the items of the wash were done as my came out with dirt. To top off when I told the attendant, he said the dirt is like that that I need to scrub it off!! I been to many car washes and never seen this before. Also, the vacuum strength is week. I asked for the owners info to file a complaint, they refused to provide. The a guy name Ahmad a lanky guy interfered. I ask for owner or business info. He informed that he can't assist. I took picture of the sign to clarify my wash. He threaten to break my phone if his picture was on it. Told him I am not taking his picture rather the sign. Definitely not a good business. I can understand maybe the quality of wash was bad due to machine issues, but the interaction with the staff was crazy!!!! read more

This place is horrible. It scratched the top of my previous car and because they changed ownership I gave it another shot (it's so close to me) but Noooo!!! Stay away. I took my brand new car and the owner got mad because I didn't want to get the more expensive wash- I wanted to keep it simple because of previous experience. Well...bad on me because my car had globs and globs of some yellow substance that I had to take off manually with a towel (and it wasn't easy)- and now seeing all the bad reviews and pictures I feel lucky to have gotten away with just removing gunk off and not missing pieces of my car. So sorry that happened to others. This place needs to be shut down. Never again! read more

This is my first and last time going to this car wash. I had to deal with the most aggressive and rude older asian male employee at this location. He barked instruction orders at me to align my vehicle properly and hit my car with his hands several times to make a point that he was the boss! I kept my calm and inspected my vehicle after the wash for any damages. There were none, but warning anyone who is even considering this place, DON'T DO IT! read more

This car wash put dents on the top of my car. I noticed it sounding like metal hitting metal at one part and didn't look until I got home. If you like your car, don't take it here. I used to come here years ago and never had a problem until this past and last time. read more

Customers beware! The car wash broke a light during the normal cycle. Although the workers were apologetic, and suggested I contact the owner since there was no damage prior, the owner Long Chao refused to help with the repairs. Don't understand the issues. It's a Drive-thru car wash. If you want no damage, probably should pay more and go to a touchless car wash, a hand-detailing place or buy your own pressure washer. It's still dirty? Well if you pay the monthly, go through the wash again. I understand it's a pain, but It's a machine that handles multiple carsa day. I mean the highest option is $15, but monthly is $30. So go twice and It's paid for. For the price, I'm not gonna complain. Talk to Dennis. He's pretty straight when talking to you, but friendly and good to me so far. Early morning is best. read more

DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE!!!! one of the rims on my car got cracked by the machine while getting it washed at this place so i contacted the owner and told him what happened to see if i can get compensated for the damage. the owner "mr long" told me its not his fault & told me his not gonna do anything about it plus he was very rude. he even refused to give me his name so i had to get it from one of his employees. i am currently taking this matter to small claims court!!! do not make the same mistake i did!! read more

While in the car wash my car hit the car in front. The wheels pushed me into the car. It was a truck so my front bumper went under his back bumper. My bumper was gouged and scraped. Do not go here, my car is ruined!!!!!! When I went through the car wash, the car in front of me (at the end where it's being dried) was at a stop. We almost got close to hitting them. We were informed when cars get too close that the sensors are alerted and the cars stop. Well my car stopped and we heard a grinding noise. I thought something possibly happened to the bottom of the car. It wasn't till I went to buy hair supplies that I noticed all the scratches on the trunk of my car. I noticed some at the side as well. I called the owner and told him what happened and he informed us to come in. Now we met with a man named Mark (I am not sure if this was the owner) but immediately he claimed that their machine didn't do that. How soft the bristles are. I would like to take this moment to point out the other yelp reviews (some with photos to show proof). He was so rude, wouldn't look my daughter nor myself in the eye when we were speaking to him or him to us. Claiming they have 500 cars everyday and no one has issues. Well I hate to tell you Mark but your yelp reviews with photographic evidence shows otherwise. Basically they need to be reported to the BBB (which I will be doing) and I urge you to please do not take your car here. read more

Don't go here. This place is falling apart. The vacuums barley have any suction, the dryer doesn't work at all. Your car will still be dripping wet when coming out. The owner is also not pleasant. Go somewhere else, I just wasted $8. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Loung is a horrible business man! This car wash messed my wife's paint job by the first spray they applied to the car and now because of the review that I left on their Yelp they get butt hurt and now are refusing to fix the problem when they initially said they would fix it. How in gods name can you run a business and get your feelings hurt when customers give honest feedback to what happened? This car wash and the owner take no ownership for what happened because of a review? DO NOT SPEND MONEY WHERE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. Your in the customer service industry. FIX IT. Now my wife is driving with a hack job of a car wash! How embarrassing is that? How Demeaning!? Then they questioned our integrity? Why? What was it about meeting us that now your questioning our integrity and say we purposely did this? I didn't ask for money, I didn't ask for a membership! All I asked was to fix it. THIS PLACE IS GARBAGE! Dennis was the only Ray of sunshine through this whole thing and the owner got his feelings hurt and told him no. WOW! Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else! read more

Got the $12 car wash. First, I have to say that the attendant who came to my car was very rude. My gf and I were just discussing which car wash we should get and the attendant came and asked if we needed help in a condescending tone. After telling him we wanted to the gold wash, I handed him my card and he started to begin under his breathe with the last few words being "I don't get how that could've been hard for you, it's so simple" and he walked away. The 2nd attendant who directed us in the wash on sprayed down one side of the vehicle and then began the wash through the machine. Finally, when we got out of the wash we drove off home to realize that the car and tires were still dirty! Never coming back. read more
