The one redeeming thing is that it's centrally located here along Holcombe with barely anyone in it, leaving me to get-in and out without much fuss. During the daytime, the parking is horrendous. Finding a spot in this plaza is already difficult given that Common Bond and a few other businesses have this area slammed at any point of the week. Additionally, the pharmacy is usually pretty busy here and the associates will freely ask for people's personal info loud enough to where anyone in line can pick up on it. The pharmacy is open until 8pm on weekdays and 5pm on weekends. There is no drive-thru. The store is not that big. Which means inventory for things might be limited. I've also noticed that service is almost non-existent here, mainly because the staff is a skeleton crew almost all the time. It's so bare that most folks at this point are doing self-checkout rather than being serviced at the counter. The people traffic is minimal, so there are never any lines. Come here if you must, but know there's better locations that are actually nearby. They have 24 hour pharmacies, a bigger parking lot, a friendlier crew of staff members, and more of everything available. ____________ (#1) And occasionally love.

You can hear when they briefly take you off hold and quickly place you back on hold without saying a word. They're attitudes are so undesirable and unprofessional when you have a question. I think it's extremely bad to work with the public and possibly people that are not feeling well already and they have to endure this kind of behavior.

The attitudes of the pharmacists are negative and disrespectful. They do not properly fill prescriptions. They are incompetent at ordering prescriptions even with significant notice. Anyone with heath conditions would be at risk trusting this pharmacy to be able to deliver medicines in a timely manner.

We found parking in their lot easily and walked in. I asked the clerk if they had any stickers. She escorted me to the rack of souvenirs where I found a Texas-shaped magnet. Hmmm... I'll take it, but I'm still going to look for a sticker... I told the clerk that I have a coupon to use. I looked through my email and found the CVS coupon for 30 percent off of a full-priced item... yay! It showed up on the monitor! This was a great shopping experience!
