I have been picking up my prescription here for one year without issue. I auto refill thru the wonderful mobile app. I received a call from the Fairfiled CA location that they were not able to completely fill my prescription until this Tuesday and that if I needed to come in a pick up a couple of pills that I could call in and arrange for that. So here it is Sunday, March 13th at 11am PST and my wife calls in to arrange to pick up the pills that I'm out of and the pharmacist tells my wife that I can skip my pill regiment for a day or two and when my wife says that is not ok per my doctors orders, he rudely says to her, "When did you go to Pharmacy School". She immediately asked for a supervisor and was told that he was the supervisor and then said to bring the pill bottle in and pending doctors order he would give a pill. My question to CVS pharmacy is this. When did your pharmisist become a cardiologist? Last time I checked, your pharmacist was not on the operating table saving my life exactly a year ago today! Last time I checked your pharmacist was not at my post-heart attack appointments. Last time I checked, your pharmacist hasn't been there for the last 365 days dealing with the post-tramtic stress that I and my family have endured. DO NOT GO TO THIS PHARMACY. They don't care about doing a good job or even being honest with you and communicating information. They forgot about one of my prescriptions altogether once and only filled it two weeks later and didn't even apologize. The communication between staff is horrendous as my doctor had to call multiple times as I went back and forth with them, first it was "too early for a refill" and then "it will be ready in two hours" and then too early again and then it's not even in stock. I love going to this place to browse the make-up aisles. I am a make-up junkie and this place is one of my suppliers. The make-up here is a little more expensive then say Wal-Mart or Target, but they have coupons and sales all the time, and I think they have a better selection and stock. I can often find colors that I can't find in other stores and foundation shades that other stores don't carry. I am a medium-tan girl and its always hard to find a match, especially since a lot of the time Wal-Mart or Target doesn't have the darker shades. The trouble I have with this place is the pharmacy. Several times I have phoned in my prescription refill to their automated service and selected a time for pick-up and I always come in later than the pick-up time I dialed in and MY PRESCRIPTION IS STILL NOT READY! Then I have to wait around for 15-20 minutes while they fill it. What's the point of putting in a pick up time, if they aren't going get it ready until you get there? Also, a couple of times I would order a refill and go in and then they tell me I have no refills left, even though I know I did (to be fair one time I didnt, but I didn't realize it because the way they worded the expiration on my prescription was weird). So again I have to wait around while they call my doctor. This just seems like the type of thing they can call me over the phone to tell me so I don't have to come in and waste my time. I am not really blaming the workers there, because I don't really think its their fault so much, I think they probably just get really busy. CVS has officially lost my business. In the last 2 months, they've messed up my prescription. I refilled my prescription this month using their online system and sent it to my regular pharmacy (The CVS on North Texas). I went to pick it up, and they told me it was filled at the CVS on Travis Blvd and was ready for pick-up. I head to that pharmacy a couple days later and was told the prescription was in Hawaii...oh and btw, there were no re-fills left. WTF?!?! When I filled the prescription online, it CLEARLY said that I had 2 re-fills left. Oh and my bottle from last month also said 2 refills left. WTF!?! Since this also happened LAST MONTH, it's safe to say that I was fed up. Done. Business is over. Since my medication is actually time sensitive, I now have to call my doctor for an emergency re-fill. Guess who WON'T be getting my business. That's right - CVS Pharmacy, whether in California or in Hawaii. I won't set foot in their stores for their gross incompetency. I called at 1:30 am to check if they had any of the toothache meds that I usually get for my bad tooth. I know, kinda late, but it's a 24 hour store, I just didn't want to waste my time leaving at 130 am if they don't have any. So the lady checks, they are out, so I ask if I can order any, she says no, can't order them, and she doesn't know when they will get any more, so I asked if she knew of the next closest cvs so I could check their stock, she says no, sorry.. so I thought wow, I figured that kind of information would be available to an employee... anywho, I said bye... but my phone was on the counter and I wasn't right next to it and she obviously thought I had hung up because I hear her clearly say to someone "who calls looking for toothache meds at 130 in the morning". So I hang up, I mean, I'm no genius, but if I were to answer that question my response would be "someone with a toothache", and I was certain cvs was a place open 24 hours specifically for reasons similar to mine... Worst pharmacy in solano county!!!! Every month I get the same medication and every month they just happen to run out every time I fill my prescription. Why? So unorganized and understaffed. I would not recommend this pharmacy or any other cvs in Fairfield. Unless you feel like waiting over a week for you're medicine. read more

Poor customer service, and shady. If i could give 0 stars I would. My dog needs medicine that is hard to find and is over $400.00. I had a coupon for it and this CVS was listed. I called to see if they had the drug, they did! I mentioned the coupon and the guy said (I'm not going to post his name, even though I should!) immediately they dont take coupons. I said his store was listed so i asked if it was just his store not taking them and he started to shout at me saying they dont take coupons but i could bring it in. I kept trying to say i just need to know if its just his store and all he kept saying WHILE i was talking was "okay, bye" I asked him to stop yelling at me and he said that he has other guests he needs to talk to. I pointed out that i was the current guest and I just want my question answered and puts me on hold. It was 730am on a Sunday. I dont think there's that many people there that he couldnt answer my question. He comes back 2 seconds later and says they dont have the drug. Its expired. Wow, thats convienent. If you dont have the medicine, fine. If your location doesnt take coupons, fine. But you should be able to at MINIMUM say you dont know if its site specific on not taking coupons. Not ignore my question and yell at me. NEVER going OR recommending this store. read more

Mostly like any other cvs pharmacy which means that all items are overpriced unless something is on sale and you have their club card. On the other hand if it is on sale you can get a pretty good deal here sometimes. This is one of the few cvs pharmacy locations in the area that offers passport pictures. That is why I went here a couple of months ago. I don't recommend it. First the person taking the pictures didn't really know how the camera worked. It took her a while to figure it out. The pictures I got were totally blurry. Unacceptable. I wouldn't want my passport application to be denied due to blurry pictures. The people working here are really friendly though. I just won't go back for pictures. read more

I hate coming here. There seems to be someone always loitering at the entrance. It's dirty out front and smells of trash. The inside is decent and so are SOME of the employees. I picked up one rx for myself and one rx for my son and husband. The tech seemed bothered that I had multiple pick ups. She might have been having a bad day, but none the less her customer service skills were non existent, and she seemed like she didn't really know what she was doing. Upon receiving my rx I asked to speak to the pharmacist, he got on the phone and proceeded to help me. I asked him some question about dosage and breastfeeding and he told me to ask my dr...ok. so then I proceeded to ask more questions about the medication and he AGAIN told me to ask my dr! I still had more questions about the meds but I saved my breath and left. Terrible terrible service from beginning to end. I'll be changing my pharmacy for sure. read more

i have been a customer for 20 years back when it was longs drug store. ever since it changed to cvs, my prescriptions have been so fouled up, late, not dispensed on time, pills missing, very bad and rude and stupid people. 3 months out of the year they actually get my prescriptions right. this is the most dis-organized pharmacy. i am contemplating changing to target or walgreens, after i contact the district manager and start lodging some serious complaints. cvs sux. read more
