Was able to get a same day appointment at the minute clinic when I woke up not feeling well. The provider and the nurse were professional and very caring. As far as the store goes, anytime I've needed something, this CVS has it in stock. They are a little pricey just like most drug stores. Sometimes it's about the convenience though. Check their sales for good deals and always check their clearance rack. You never know what you'll find ! read more

(11/13/24) I ran out of another medication that was supposedly on automatic refill. Of course they didn't have it ready... While I was at the drive through window they said it would be 15 minutes and I went in to wait. Eventually someone asked me if I was waiting on a prescription. They had made no move towards filling it. I don't understand why I keep coming back here. read more

Went to CVS park Cedar to pick up my prescription that was ready and there was 1 person paying in front of me but the lady at Pharmacy asked me if I was picking up thinking she was going to ask my name, she says no you can check in on the screen which I thought was odd never had to do that before but ok, but when i went to the screen it was filthy so i told her no its ok, I'd rather just tell her my name and she could pull it up. She said NO and handed me a tissue to wipe the screen. The lady in front of me paying even asked her isn't this a Pharmacy? Shouldn't you have wipes and shouldn't you be the 1 cleaning it? So she turns the screen and wipes it with just a tissue and says there. Yet screen is still dirty so again I said no I think it's absolutely ridiculous that you can't just take my name like they always have. With all the sickness and covid going around why do i have to touch a dirty screen? & by this time the lady in front of me was all done and even she couldn't believe the lady wouldn't just help me and give me my medicine. So i left and went to the drive through where she still had to take my name and do it herself. Very Rude and I will be changing Pharmacies after 25 years!! read more

Wish I could give negative stars. Entire staff was rude, manager was the worst. They care more about clocking in and out then helping people with their medications and answering their questions regarding medications (basic customer service). Also they have a lunch break from 1:30-2, god forbid you get 30 seconds into their lunch break they will cut you off mid conversation and make you wait until 2 to help you again. 1 experience there was enough, immediately called my doctors office and switched where I pick up my prescriptions. Please dont make the same mistake I did picking up medications, there staff is miserable! read more

I signed up for my Covid booster shot for today at noon. I received reminders through the week. I got a text with a link to sign in upon arrival for my appointment. I signed in and sat down to be called as instructed. One of the pharmacists looked over at me and asked if I were there for a cov booster. when I said yes she said "We can't give you a shot today!". when I asked why not she replied that the vaccines were damaged. i asked her if she could reschedule me. She said she could text me a link...but then paused and said she didn't know when the next shipment would be in. I asked her why someone had not called or texted me to let me know before I took an hour out of my time to drive down ther. she replied "We were busy!". This is inexcusable! Now I am wondering if it is even safe to get a shot at a pharmacy where the vaccines were "left out" and damaged! read more

I went to Minute Clinic on 9805 Rocky River Rd, and I got treated for a sinus infection (11-07-2023). At the time of the visit I presented my Tricare Select insurance card, and the medical Assistant said that they take my insurance. As of this week, I'm still receiving bills even after mailing a copy of my insurance card to the headquarters in Minneapolis in December of 2023, and making numerous calls that no one is answering (866) 389-2727. I even went back to the same Minute Clinic location and was given the same phone number. I'm wondering what other recourse I have to get Minute Clinic's attention in filing a claim to Tricare, shame on Minute Clinic for treating a military family this way. read more

Forget trying to get anyone in the pharmacy on the phone... I've currently been on hold for over an hour. I called the store on another line to see if their phones were broken. They're not. They're just "busy". An hour?? I've been to a lot of pharmacies and have never waited for more than 10 minutes to get someone on the phone. Literally what is going on??? I've been on hold for over 30 minutes and no one even picked up to say hold or anything. Just music. I hung up and called back 5 times and each time I'm just being put on hold. I am Diab eat i and need my medication. The app does not have it listed, i called my doctor and they said to call CVS and they will reach out to them. I'm here on the phone waiting and waiting even while typing this and NO ONE IS ANSWERING!!! WTFFFFFFF like if you're busy it takes 5 secs to say please hold, sorry for the wait we are busy, something. I don't want to drive there just to have to come back. Why won't you guys just answer the phone this is freaking RIDICULOUS. I get it understaff, over worked, underpaid, no one wants to work. I get it trust me. I'm 26 but I'm not here to yell and scream. It's close by and not noisy. The minute clinic was very clean. Those are the only positive notes. The wait time to check out is absurd. Usually only one cashier is working and they are slow. Painfully slow. My grandma could lap her neighborhood faster than one transaction and my grandmother had a bad heart, bum hip, and 3 different cancers. How hard is it to scan all the items in the basket? This is your job. If it's in the basket, SCAN THE THING, don't stare at it and try to figure out what it is and why the person is buying it. In addition to being slow, the cashiers I have encountered are rude. Story time! I sent in a photo order online (same day prints). It took this CVS at least 5 days to process the order. When I arrived to pick them up the line was 4 people long, so I grabbed a water bottle in the hopes that by the time I wandered back to the front some of those people would be gone. Oh no, same lady still at the register. I waited and waited, felt a new wrinkle form on my face and finally it was my turn. After setting down the water, I said, "I also have a photo order". In the middle of me saying this, the cashier starts walking away and mutters something. I waited a minute, assuming he got the last name from my cvs card after he scanned it. When I looked back over at him he threw up one hand and in a very snappy tone said, "NAME?" Well good grief, sir! Maybe if you hadn't walked away in the middle of my sentence you would have heard me tell you the name. Maybe if you hadn't muttered under your breath I could have actually picked up what you were trying to ask me. I understand that everyone has bad days. I understand that if you work at CVS you probably hate your job and want to be anywhere but there. That doesn't excuse poor service and a "screw you" attitude. I work in the service industry and I'm not foolish enough to take my bad days out on clients, perhaps the CVS staff needs etiquette lessons. read more

Looks like very other cvs. The store is the only reason they get two stars. Unfortunately I usually come here for the pharmacy. They are so slow and are not any help. If it wasn't for the convenience of it being next to my dr I would never come here. read more

This is my local pharmacy and I must admit I"m not very impressed. They either give me the wrong amount of my prescription or they forget to list whether there are refills or not. I'd suggest to check everything before you leave the store. read more

Tried to visit Minute clinic today. Checked hours on internet & phone, open until 5:30. Only 36 minute wait. Arrived at 4:50 & was checking in. At 4:52, Brittany walked out & said they were closed at 5:00 today even though phone & computer said otherwise.....She continued on her way out the door... Awful customer service. If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. Actually, I might be able to, but I think 1 star makes a better point. I've only started using this pharmacy since I moved closer to Charlotte. I used to use the one in Wesley Chapel and it was great. This sham of a pharmacy has caused me nothing but grief. Requiring me to call my doctor's office for every single prescription refill because they have no idea what they're doing, failing to fill my prescriptions on time and when I asked for them, and then being some of the absolute rudest people I have ever met or spoken with and make me feel like I'm a burden and wasting their time. Do you not want my money? Because this is how you don't get my money. I hate that I'm going to have to switch pharmacies, but these people are going to make my head explode if I have to continue working with them. If you have any sense for your own sanity; DO NOT use this pharmacy. There are dozen of other places that can fill prescriptions and that's where I'm going to go from now on. read more

Zahra is the head pharmacist at CVS on Park Cedar Drive. She has amazing knowledge of medications and medication interactions. I have several health issues and Zahra has saved me several times when a physician has prescribed a medication that would be dangerous to take with others I have taken. She has suggested other medications that were safe. Once a doctor prescribed too high a dose of a medication and could have caused severe complications. Another time a doctor prescribed an outdated medication with terrible side effects. Zahra suggested a newer medication with much fewer side effects. I have to get one medication sent from a specialty pharmacy. Zahra checked it against the medications that I fill at CVS and found several that were not safe to be taken with the medication from the specialty pharmacy pharmacy. She printed out medication for my doctor and even highlighted the important information. Many people die every year from mistakes with medications. Doctors do not know everything about the side effects and contraindications of medications they prescribe. Zahra has kept me safe for years. CVS is more expensive than other pharmacies, but I go there because Zahra has my back. Helene read more
