I have had to call several times today because I had to have some prescriptions sent up here and they are unfortunately the only pharmacy in the area that takes MediCal. I was on hold for at least an hour each time I called and two of those calls I was next in line and their phone system hung up on me. Nothing more maddening than that. I am surprised that ANYONE uses this horrible pharmacy. My pharmacy sent them my prescriptions and had proof they sent them and they lied and said they never got them so now I will have to wait 5 days to get my meds because they are incompetent. I can't wait to get my medication so I never have to deal with a Wallgreens pharmacy ever again. Every time they take her meds to the med tech where she lives and then the medication is lost. When we call to get a status update and Lisa answers the phone she is rude and short with you. She never helps and brushes the problem under the rug. Not to mention they have messed up her prescription refill 2 times in a week and it took the doctors office to finally set them straight. We are now waiting on the delivery driver from dahls to bring back the paperwork to the office at dahls to see who signed for the medication and if in fact it was delivered. I will not be using dahls ever for my own personal use after seeing month after month the struggle just to get her medications delivered to her properly as requested each time and the rudeness of some of the staff is appalling. Luckily for them I'm nice even though they are extremely rude over the phone.

Friday morning came and a text notice came stating that pharmacy was out of the prescription. Anxiety levels ran high as we scrambled to find another pharmacy that could fulfill the prescription before our departure time. After calling around, Lisa at the Smith's pharmacy kept us calm and told us what we need to do. No matter how many times I called, Lisa shared what she knew and what we should do next. The entire staff at the pharmacy, Lisa, the doctor and the woman working the front, her name escapes me. They helped us greatly. Even down to finding the best price. We really appreciate all your help in a quick manner for going above and beyond when another pharmacy dropped the ball. Thank you!
