Call Thursday, my car hasn't been started. I ask what the fucks the hold up, it will get done I'm told. Todays Saturday, a week they had my car, a fucking week. It sat so long the battery died, and it wasn't even started. A week, and not even a fucking phone call. When I show up pissed off to pick it up, not even an explanation or apology. You dirtball, hackjob, pieces of garbage. To top it off, this asshole will not guarantee any work unless you buy his parts at "dealer price" with a generous mark up. He tells me this when I mention I know a place that will rebuild my hydraulic pump for $400, while he wants to sell me one for $2k. Funny, he won't gauruntee work with a rebuilt pump, but he asks me for the place that does it so he can use it. He is a crook, he is unprofessional, and the broken down piles of junk outside should be warning enough. You sincerely make me miss my mercedes mechanic in Pittsburgh. It will be a cold day in hell when you see my business again.

Frank the owner said no, reassuring me they sprayed lubricant on it, it'll be fine. The very NEXT day, take the truck and family to a kid's competition, the check engine light comes on before we even make it there. Thank god I have AAA. Call frank again on Monday morning. He literally tried to tell me, check engine lights come on all the time. Like I'm stupid. I've never had one problem with this vehicle until the accident. It's a 2016 with 60k. He says I need to bring it in so HE can look at the error code. His mechanic said this was going to happen right in front of the owner. The owner reset the codes without showing me what the error code was, and just tells me I should drive it for the couple days to see if it comes on again. They put it back together knowing there were faulty parts and sent me on my way. If it wasn't for the mechanic being honest and spewing verbal diarrhea about the faulty parts on my vehicle I never would have known that they were fully aware when I left, my check engine light would come on, but at that point they say it's my responsibility to have it fixed. The owner tried to say on the phone it was my gas cap, lol. My car doesn't even have a gas cap. Frank said if it comes on we'll take to ford, or just put a f@&$!?; riser on it. Then the owner packed up his error reader and walked away from me, leaving me in the street with my truck and said nothing. Real business owners try to fix their mistakes, not this guy. So if you want to be treated like dirt when you try to get your car fixed, COMPLETELY, after an accident, this is your spot. The owner treats you like an ignorant liar. Like I want to have to figure out why my truck came out of their shop with more problems than it did when I dropped it off. I just want my truck back in one piece without having to tow it, drive around with check engine lights, or not be treated like dirt when you are the victim of an accident. The mechanic told me it would happen, it did, now Frank acts like it wasn't their responsibility. If you they put a broken caliper back on my truck, and said mmmm be careful your brakes might fail, and they fail the very next day. it would be the same thing.

I scheduled a state inspection a month in advance and took time off work to ensure my vehicle was ready for an upcoming road trip. When I arrived, the shop was closed with nothing but a note on the door. There was no text or call to give me a heads-up. If they had at least texted or called to let me know that plans had changed, I would have had ample time to reschedule the appointment with a different mechanic and not miss my road trip.
