I was initially contacted by Mark Shinner, owner, to schedule an estimate. Mark said his son Adam…read morewould be the person coming out. Mark did an initial measurement and quote. Once we agreed to the type and pricing for these Vistamark windows and a small down payment provided; Mark and Adam scheduled their installer to come out the following week. Scott came out about a week later to refine the measurements exactly. The windows were ordered shortly thereafter through their Waxahachie plant for Vistamark windows. Mark called to inform us of the date for installation. We have 28 windows so it was a 2+ day job. Everything was done professionally and cleanly. We felt very comfortable with Scott and his crew while they were installing the windows. Adam was available if needed but once the pricing was agreed upon there wasn't a lot of need for our interaction with a few exceptions. Adam responded promptly when text or called. In summary we are happy with these beautiful new, energy efficient windows, having replaced our builder grade windows from 24 years ago. We had several other window companies out over a year's time with prices all over the map.
