I brought it in here to help troubleshoot and diagnose, since it could've been the RAM, CPU, NVME SSD, or windows corrupted files. They were able to diagnose and pinpoint the causes and issues pretty quickly, and offered me several solutions to quickly be up and running with minimal downtime. I went with the 0 downtime option while I warranty claim the faulty part (NVME drive went bad but it has 4 years left on warranty). It's so good to meet fellow pc enthusiasts and I will be coming here for any future repairs or services!

Most recently, I lost the USB dongle to my keyboard and they replaced it for me without me having to buy a whole new keyboard... Then, I picked up a WebCam from them because the quality of my laptop camera was terrible for meetings... The first one I brought back to my office wouldn't connect at all to my laptop for some reason, though when they tested it at the store it was fine. They still let me swap it out, and the second one was completely glitchy and was throwing wild colors all over my computer screen so I took that one back (and showed them a video of what it was doing on my screen) and they let me swap it out again with no hesitation... Third time was a charm and now I have a great 1080p WebCam for $20! They also have 720p for $10. They have awesome computer equipment, both new and used! It all comes with a 30-day warranty, so no need to hesitate about buying used. I'll keep coming back and will bring my electronics to be recycled here, in addition to purchasing from them to keep stuff out of landfills!

Doing research, I found shops online that you could mail your phone to and they had the best pricing. My problem with that, was being without my phone for 7-10 days. When I started looking around on yelp, many shops had great reviews, but their prices were ridiculous. You can buy a battery for $25 on eBay or Amazon, it's a 30-minute service, So anyone charging you 3 figures is ripping you off. Especially when you consider as a business, you probably buy batteries by the dozen and probably pay closer to $15 each. Service took 45 minutes, cost me $80. I didn't have to mail anything or go without my phone for a week. Honestly, I only have one knock for these guys, they don't appear to want you in the store. I would have much rather liked to take a seat and wait for my device than be booted and asked to come back in 40 minutes. Funny enough, I had just grabbed a bite, had I known I couldn't wait, I would have dropped the phone first then grabbed my bite to pass the time. Either way, they get 5 stars. The price and service were as close to flawless as you can expect.

My dad recently passed away and he had old files stored on a device that I wanted access to and only after a couple of days these guys had all the files burnt onto 15 neatly stacked and labeled DVD's ready for me to explore. If you're in the central Tacoma neighborhood along 6th, don't go anywhere else, this guy and the others who work here will take care of you.

A couple of days ago I was having trouble downloading videos and figured since it had been 3 years since they helped me with my laptop that was giving me problems, that the computer was running too slow. Andrew said he would look at it. He called me today and said the computer was fine. He also asked me to come in and he would help me with my problem with the website downloading the videos, it turned out to be a problem from servers, not my computer. So he helped me with a download issue as well as looking at the computer and did not charge me at all. What an honest owner and company. I will continue to recommend them and use them for all my computer needs, Thank you Andrew! Everything is working fine!

While laptop being in the shop, he called me a few times to provide me the status of the repair as some complication with parts has come up. However, the laptop was fixed and now working as new. Cybertools of Puyallup has provided an outstanding customer service and 100% satisfaction. I will definitely come back, if any repairs will be demanded in the future.
