It's a pretty factory type of setup. Nothing fancy there. We met an old person (not able to remember his name) but he was pretty good in listing out all details and answered all our questions with patience. They will show you options on which thread you want to choose for binding and give pretty good advice on color combinations. We were expected to receive a call back from shop's manager but it's been 2 days, my husband tried to call them but they never answered. We haven't paid anything yet but they still have our carpet. First round of quote seems little bit on pricy side but will find out.

It seems like they don't work for Centex cabinets anymore, though. But they left a few things to be finished. I also need to ask someone to take care of those things. I asked for some glass doors and, after talking with them many times about it, I gave up. Too much trouble, even with me putting the glasses cause they don't do it. It's not in the contract. It just took too long for everything to be done and not done the way I expected. The cabinets are beautiful, with no doubts. My three stars are here cause the cabinets and materials are very nice.
