Then they charged me to balance them again, even though this was their fault. I recently just had them put another set of tires on one of our company vehicles and two out of four of the valve stems went bad and of course they wanted to charge an additional $15 for their mistake. This location's quality has went way down and we're having issues. We should not have. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

Turns out he patched up and it only cost $10. I'd say the only thing that needs improvement is communication. I will def be coming here again.

They also fabricated side exits through the rear quarters just behind the rear wheels. Overall, the quality of the work is good, and I'm happy with how the exhaust turned out. The only minor issue was that they left more of the exhaust hanger material than necessary, but they were trying to finish the job at the end of the day so I could pick the car up before they closed. I was able to trim it myself without any issues. They are definitely on the pricier side, but the workmanship, customer service, and overall experience were worth it.

I was in and out in under two hours. While they had it up on the lift, they replaced four hangers and made sure the 3" exhaust pipes in my 66 GTO were still positioned correctly. No noises from suspension travel, and sounds perfect. It's good to see the next generation performing great work.

I know this, because I had to go under my own vehicle and torque the nuts to spec after driving 500 miles, which is recommended. I mentioned this at the time of install and the guy told me that they would be able to handle it for me for FREE when the time came, which I think should be expected considering that every new exhaust should have this treatment. Instead, when I called back they told me that I would have to pay, and then couldn't even give me a straight quote. I was only able to reach two of the nuts on the exhaust, but they didn't need any tightening luckily. Here's to hoping that any other nuts are torqued to spec, because I can't afford to be overcharged at this point in my life.

This visit was a completely different experience. The service was completed in just over an hour, and I received text updates throughout the appointment letting me know the progress. It's easy to write a negative review when things go wrong, but it's just as important to recognize when a business takes customer feedback seriously and makes meaningful improvements. I truly appreciate the efforts of the Service Department Manager and his team for turning around what had been a disappointing experience. They've earned this five-star review, and I hope they continue providing this level of service to all of their customers. Thank you!

When I asked when the parts might be available, I was told to call back the following week. I also asked if they could reach out to me once the parts came in since they already had my information, but initially they said they couldn't do that or schedule anything. After insisting, I was told they would call me when parts became available, but the overall experience felt unhelpful and lacking in communication--especially for something as important as a recall that already has an official fix released. I hope they improve their process for handling recall appointments and customer follow-up.

After adding a bit more weight all around it was suggested to upgrade the springs in the front coilovers to support a heavier load. Dustin reached out to icon, asked the engineers what they could do and what would work. Turns out 700# springs used on Tacomas work nicely on the ranger as well! Extremely happy with the end result. Great people, great shop, great products.
