I reached out to Mike to schedule an in-home measurement and he was super responsive and came on a day that worked for me, and also patiently walked me through my different options for blinds at their store/gallery. I was looking for something affordable that still looked great, and narrowed it down to faux wood blinds for the windows and vertical blinds for my sliding glass door. I was super skeptical at first about the vertical blinds from past (bad) experiences, but I am so happy with how they turned out. My house looks amazing and I'm even having them come back out to install three additional window coverings. The price was much more affordable than I was initially expecting, especially for Hunter Douglas, and our install guy Andy was so friendly and helpful. We a new home in the area, and our Hunter-Douglas blinds were damaged in the move. We have no idea who installed them or where to go. This review is long overdue. They installed beautiful Hunter Douglas shades throughout my house about 5 years ago and were very fast and easy to work with. Even when there was a problem with the size of some of the blinds they were extremely gracious and had everything fixed to my expectations without a problem. Today we broke a piece of one of the blinds and Jack went out of his way to help me get this piece so I could have it fixed by Easter tomorrow. I'm so grateful they are still in business.
