I needed a new roller blind after the cord within it snapped - I went on Yelp and found this company - I prefer to visit a location and get the feel of a business before I give them my business.... They are located in a Strip mall up from Downtown Burbank - I met Christian, who was very patient with me and helped me wade through many books to narrow it down to 2 choices and I got a quote for each of them; I had made a rough measurement of my French windows. I made an appointment for Victor, the owner, to come by and bring the samples and do official measurements. When he came by, he suggested that he fix the cord on my old blinds, rather than buy new ones, thus causing him to lose money!!!! Francisco came by and took the old ones down and put them back up, once fixed! I have so many great things to say about this company and Victor and Christian - the two people who were the amazing faces of this company!! After waiting and waiting for the big box store to come and give an estimate, I gave up and called this company - they had good reviews and I figured it might be better to shop local! I am so happy I did. Victor came right over to my daughter and son in law's home with samples of blinds and drapes and rods and measured each window we were covering. His quote which he gave us the next day was very reasonable and the turn around time was also pretty prompt. Not only that but he offered to come two separate times - first for the curtains and then for the blinds because they wouldn't be complete at the same time. Furthermore, he suggested that the blinds be the type that you move up and down with your hand and not with a wand for safety reasons. (our granddaughter was born a few days before.) When the installation for the blinds occurred, the blinds did have a wand on each one. Ever gracious (what a company!!!) they reordered the blinds and swapped out each one. Lastly, after the quote was given and we gave the go ahead, Vincent offered to put blinds in place while waiting so that there would be privacy and room darkening capabilities in the meantime!!! I felt customer service of this amazing company was truly above and beyond customary. We certainly wouldn't have been treated this way if the big box every showed up! I cannot say enough great things. Christian kept in contact with us all through the process and was always kind and patient and gracious. I cannot say enough about this company! The cord had been pulled out of our vertical blinds, so they couldn't move from side to side. Quality Window Blinds was great. Christian was very thorough in explaining the options (repair vs. replace) and cost. Francisco was very careful in removing the track to repair it and in putting it back after the repair. The repair was done quickly, and the blinds now work as good as before, if not better. I called around to do some comparison shopping. I am so incredibly beyond satisfied with my new plantation shutters. The whole process was straightforward and efficient from the very beginning. Victor met me at my place (and accommodated my schedule) for measurements and brought samples to honestly give me his opinion of the pros and cons of each style.
