I recently completed my project with Quality Window Blinds. I am so extremely happy with the end product and the level of service I received. Victor was outstanding from start to finish. He was patient, professional and extremely knowledgeable as he helped guide me through all of the choices. We had a ton of windows and doors to cover and he really helped me land on the perfect choices for our home and lifestyle. He was upfront about production time to delivery and install and everything worked out great! I also think for the level of service and the quantity of products you can choose from, the pricing was excellent. Francisco was our installer and he was so wonderful. He really took time and care for each window and went through the functions for use to make sure we knew the in's and outs of each. He even returned twice to help me with a shade that i had locked up to make sure nothing was wrong with the mechanism. ( was totally me ). Unbelievably great service. Had Victor come out to put up roller shades on our windows a year ago, then when it was time to move out, he happily came by and helped us take them down and put the old ones up because the landlord wanted us to and he did it without hesitation. Chris made sure that every detail from appointments to installation was on point. Victor arrived (on time) at my home and help me through a very difficult task of picking the perfect vertical blinds. There's a lot to choose from, many different styles and textures. With his guidance, I picked the perfect one. I've never had any company hang my blinds evenly because my window sills are not level. I had the task of finding a company to order and install a large amount of name-brand window shades for newly renovated offices where I work. I got quotes from three companies (one of them a big name that you would recognize), and Quality Blinds came at a much, MUCH better price than each of the other companies. Sure wish I could remember the name of the guy who answered the phone the first time I called. He was amazing - so helpful and patient with me as I gave him my rambling, confusing description of my dilemma. I had accidentally damaged the cord that pulls the blinds up and I needed to have it restrung. When I needed to remove a section of the blinds on our French doors during our phone conversation in order to answer his question and help me determine what was needed, he took the time to walk me through that process step by step. When I brought the blinds in, I met both Victor and the other guy whose name I forget. They were wonderful. A couple of days later, I picked up the blinds. The cord they put in was better than the original cord was when it was brand new. The pricing was great, the quality of the work was top-notch, and the customer service was excellent. read more

i have five double hung wood windows in the front of my house and was told by another company that there wasn't enough room for miniblinds to be mounted inside the window frame. Fortunately, I contacted Quality Blinds and the owner, Victor, came to my home and assured me that inside mounts would work and provide more privacy. Two weeks later, my blinds were installed (Francisco was polite, efficient and quick!) and they look great. My husband and I ordered rolling shades for multiple windows and sliding doors from Quality Window Blinds through a Costco promotion. We worked with Julie, who helped us find the best window covering for our specific needs, and came out to measure. Julie was very effective and efficient in helping us determine the best fit for our windows, measuring, and placing the order to take advantage of the Costco promotion. Although we do wish Julie was a bit better as far as communication goes, specifically we had many questions after our order was placed, for which she seemed to have tuned out by that point. The receptionist at the store, Christian, was extremely friendly, professional and very helpful during the entire process. Their installer was excellent as well. He showed up on time, worked very efficiently but also was patient and made sure the blinds were installed perfectly and he was very attentive to detail.
