    Garlic naan, $4

Great addition to Gilbert Gateway Towne Center! Curry Corner is a casual Indian and Pakistani restaurant specializing in curries. I took my son on an early dinner date here one Sunday evening before a movie. We were greeted right away and asked to sit anywhere we'd like. A server came by our table shortly after to take our orders. I've never been to their Tempe location, but based on the photos, this location looks much smaller with only enough seating for around 30 people or just under. The previous business that occupied this space was a fast casual restaurant. This location had only been open less than a month so they weren't equipped to offer everything on the menu yet. I was hoping to try their fish entrees, but they weren't serving fish at the time of our visit. My son and I ordered the following: Goat karahi $18 Paneer Tikka masala $13 Garlic naan $4 Everything came out hot and fresh. My tikka masala was creamy and tasty, and the naan was perfectly garlicky. I didn't try my son's goat karahi, but he thought it was delicious. The staff and owners--who were there working--were all wonderful. We look forward to returning and trying more items on the menu!

My friend and I came here to try out this place during our lunch break. We arrived around noon and it wasn't busy. There were plenty of open chairs and tables. Parking was a bit of a pain as it's shared parking with other restaurants in the plaza. The service was very friendly and welcoming. We ordered to dine in but unfortunately the food took longer to prepare than anticipated. So we took the food to go instead. The staff was apologetic and kind enough to waive our Strawberry Lassi drinks. The food was...delicious. My go to and safe dish to order is always chicken tikka masala. I figure if it's not to my liking then it's an indicator that the place may not be for me. In my opinion, I can say that this place has the better tikka masala dish in the area (better than Tikka Shack & Guru). The amount of spice was perfect and it was full of flavor. My friend's dish was also very delicious and flavorful. Her chicken was so tender and juicy. They definitely used fresh strawberries for the strawberry lassi because there were strawberry seeds throughout the drink. It did remind me of a lighter and slightly tart strawberry smoothie. I'll need to try their mango lassi next time. We will definitely come back again and try the other dishes. I highly recommend supporting this local restaurant!

Located between Ono Hawaiian BBQ and Starbucks. The parking lot gets busy during peak hours. We arrived on a Friday at 7PM, only one other party dining. The restaurant is a fast casual sit-down hybrid. They took our order at the table, but I had to get my own water and napkins. The Chicken Makhani was DELICIOUS! The Paneer Tikka Masala was ok. The Mango Lassi was on point, not too sweet or watery. The table next to us ordered the Mixed Grill Sizzler. It looked and smelled TASTY! I'm getting that next time!

Glad to see an Indian place near by! Haven't tried the Tempe location though. My husband and I came during dinner time, not too busy. We asked what was close to butter chicken and they suggested the CHICKEN MAKHANI. Very flavorful and a hint of spice. I'd get this again. The PANEER TIKI MASALA was ok- the cheese was plain and it was the sauce that saved it. Will skip this one next time. Naan and rice were pretty standard. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Clean tables. There are about 7 tables total. On a busy night, there might be a wait. I'll come back to try more of the menu!

OMG the food is excellent! I'm super impressed. My dish is super fresh made to order and has lots of delicious flavors to it. Bursting with flavor best describes my lunch! The food was made to order with high-quality ingredients and you can definitely taste it. Everything is made from scratch. Yum! I will definitely be back.

    Goat Curry.

Food was excellent. I will definitely be making Curry Corner one of my places to go. Also great to contribute to this business outside of eating at mediocre mass chain restaurants. Everything we ordered was demolished so we ordered a few more items to take home. I highly recommend this establishment!!

Great art work! In Naan we trust.

The Chicken 65 was exceptional, easily the best I've ever had. It was perfectly cooked with incredible flavor and balance. The Chicken Tikka Masala was equally outstanding--bold, rich, and deeply flavorful without being overpowering. It's rare to find a place that reminds you why you fell in love with a cuisine in the first place, and this restaurant absolutely delivered. Asked the server what is in the dish and picked up garbanzo beans chutney, onion and some other things that were all vegetarian. Later learned it is a very popular Northern Indian Street Food. The bottom of the bowl had samosa which had a doughy potato like texture, although there were no potatoes. I focused on the top half of the bowl as it was a plentiful dish and I knew it was more than I could handle.. You walk in order your food at the counter and they bring it to your table. Okay... the coconut curry wings?? OBSESSED…read more I love coconut curry in general, so having it as a wing flavor is honestly top tier for me. It's such a creative idea and actually executed WELL. The flavor is rich, warm, savory, slightly sweet, cozy, and seriously addictive without being overly heavy. You still get that classic wing satisfaction, but with a fun curry twist that stands out from the usual buffalo/lemon pepper/garlic parm lineup in the valley. The wings were flavorful, crispy, and coated in this glossy coconut curry sauce that I could honestly eat on anything Whoever came up with this flavor deserves credit because it's genuinely memorable. My one tiny critique: PLEASE give us more coconut curry sauce or make extra sauce available! I usually order later in the evening, so I haven't been able to successfully call and ask, but this flavor is so good that I always wish there was extra for dipping or extra coating. These wings deserve to be swimming in sauce Other than that? Easily my favorite wing flavor here and a reorder every time. If you love coconut curry or just want something different from traditional wing flavors, GET THESE.

While I was there, it started to fill up and there were quite a few food delivery service drivers picking up orders. That's a good sign. I imagine this food is well suited for takeout. The place is on the small side but clean and well-lit. I ordered a bowl with rice and naan at the counter and pulled a rose lassi from the case. I had paneer with spinach masala and a side of Shack Naan (topped with garlic, cilantro and cheese!!!). My food arrived quickly and was hot (temperature). No complaints. The paneer was firm and the masala had a good texture and depth of flavor. The house spice level wasn't really spicy at all for this dish, but I wanted a baseline. Some Indian places start on the high end and only get painful from there. That's not the case here; I'll definitely go Hot next time. My food disappeared nearly as fast as it showed up... I will be back, even if just for some Shack Naan to snack on.

Well, I said I would give them another chance, and they did not disappoint…read more I have been back to Buzzing Cuisine around 5-6 times since my first poor experience and the quality of food has been consistently good, if not getting progressively better? I have had a lot of Indian food, and this is still some of my favorite in Arizona. My go-to order here is usually between the malai kofta, shahi paneer, lamb korma (please try this), and the chicken 65. I find medium spice to be the perfect level of heat. The depth of flavor in their curries are incredible. The shahi paneer in particular is a great example of how precise their process must be. You can genuinely taste the combination of every spice used, and it feels like they used the perfect ratio. There are so many different notes of flavor and not a single one seems to be drowning out the other. The same can even be said about the chicken 65, but the curry is where this really shines. Also they've been really good about their rice, it was the perfect texture the last few times we've been. I can't comment on the service in-restaurant since my girlfriend and I are the kind of people to get takeout and watch a movie, but I will say the carryout ordering process has gotten significantly smoother. Ordering on the phone seems to be the way to go, and I have not had any of my orders messed up. I have had a couple times where I was awkwardly waiting for someone to be ready to help me get my order, but the wait time has generally been WAY better (like literal seconds), and staff are friendlier. Overall I would probably give a 4.5. Due to how good it is, and more importantly, how *consistently* good it's been, we've pretty much gone here every time we want Indian.

This is restaurant week in the area from 5/15/26 to 5/24/26. We had the prix fix menu and it was outstanding as usual. The atmosphere definitely says Fine Dining. The service is excellent and our server, Angelica, was no exception to the many great servers we have met over the years. Her passionate input on our selections was extremely helpful. They have a full bar. On this trip, the $44 steal of a price included 3 courses and a side of rice or naan. We started with the Bhelpuri Avocado which is like a mix of puffed rice and avocado. The contrast of the crispy rice and flavorful and creamy avocado was a server suggestion and I am thrilled she did. The table next to us was also vocally registering their excitement with the dish. My wife went with the Parsi Lamb Keema which is like having the popular street food, Pav Bahji with a fantastically flavorful lamb stew with just the right amount of heat, served with buns like sliders. For the main courses we had the ever popular and best ever Butter Chicken made even more enjoyable with a dip of the Garlic Naan made fresh in house to order. Super tender naan. I went with the other server suggestion of Fish Curry which was an incredible mix of very crisp exterior yet moist interior sea bass swimming in a delicious curry. Never ordered before but again, thank you Angelica. Finally desert was the Gulab Jamon Cheesecake. Unique and very tasty ending to a fantastic meal. I would definitely order the Punjabi chickpeas with chunks of cheese- they were amazing. Cumin rice was perfectly cooked and the garlic naan is the best version I've had in town- so light, definitely get both. I was too full for dinner, but if you like gulab jamun, there's a creative cheesecake twist on the traditional dessert. And a fun popsicle if you like candied fennel seeds and rose petals. Came here to meet a friend tonight and we both thought the other person decided on this place, but…read moresince we already sat down and it was quiet and calm inside, we decided to stay. The food was pretty good here, however, I was severely annoyed with the waitress who wasn't really trying to service her customers but wanted to argue for most of the experience here so hence the two stars. Read on to see why I gave a lower rating than I normally would. Since this place is called Tap N Tikka, they had a nice selection of draft beers and I was impressed with their menu, which was on a digital board. The waitress tried to sell me on an Indian brewed beer (for example, Taj) and I just wasnt in the mood for one. Ive been to India several times and have had some of their beers in country. I asked for the Roses by the Stairs Czech Pale Ale and she didnt know if they had it. So I then said, if you dont have Roses by the Stairs, I'll take a Schoner Tag, which is a wheat style Hefeweizen. She then brought me the Schoner Tag, which was a very good beer. Next, we told her we weren't too hungry and mainly wanted to snack on some items and this is where she was being quite annoying. I mentioned the chaat on their menu and thought maybe these would be small bites as these are considered roadside snacks in India, but then she had to tell me oh no they are big portions, so I am like ok... I then saw kati rolls on the menu and thought we could get these and she says oh they are like big burritos, so then I said, well we could cut them in half and share it, but she seemed to think oh they are too big. OK, so after discussing the appetizer menu and couldnt seem to land on much, we now move onto entrees. She then suggests we share a dish, which we were both fine with. She initially suggested Reshmi chicken and said it had a creamy sauce, so we agreed. So, when we finally order the Reshmi chicken, I also asked for a garlic naan to soak up the sauce with and then waitress says oh its not too saucy. So, at this point, I am like whatever lady, can we just order here as you're not being helpful?? Then, she says oh popular dishes here are chicken tikka masala, butter chicken and also bhuna chicken. She said bhuna chicken was her favorite and better than the other two and had a sauce to it, so we finally agreed on this. When the chicken arrived, it came with rice and also we ordered the garlic naan too. The chicken was very good and flavorful, but I doubt it was bhuna chicken as it was a lot more saucy than how bhuna chicken is normally cooked. Bhuna chicken is normally more dry, so I dont know what this waitress is talking about. Garlic naan was so-so and I have had much better elsewhere and for $4.95 a piece, not worth it. I didnt eat much as I was headed to another meal, but did have a bite of chicken for taste and had one piece of naan. We had leftovers and she brought two take away containers. I asked for another container and she wanted to argue about this too. At this point, I just wanted to get out of here. I was like, lady, can you stop arguing with me? The food here was good, but the service was severely ruined by a waitress that didnt know what she was talking about and kept arguing. I thoroughly did not enjoy this experience. And on my receipt, the order was rung up as Butter Chicken and not Bhuna Chicken. With so much competition now (and so hard to earn a dollar and with skyrocketing inflation) and with plenty of other good Indian restaurants around, needles to say, Tap N Tikka, you lost my business and I wont be coming back, thanks to your rude and not knowledgeable waitress.

After my most recent visit, I don't think I'll be back. We went about an hour after they opened, and the buffet was already in bad shape. The chicken tikka masala tray was practically empty, and we had to fish around just to find a few small pieces of chicken. The rice was hard, like it had been sitting for a long time instead of being freshly made. They also got rid of the carrot dessert that used to be on the buffet (one of my favorites), so even the selection isn't the same anymore. The drinks and desserts were just as disappointing. The mango lassi was chunky and weird instead of smooth and creamy, and the rice pudding was so thin and liquidy it was almost like sweet milk. The only good thing was the naan bread, which was still warm and tasted fine. The staff has completely changed too. The younger guy with the beard and turban who used to be there is gone, and now it's a bunch of older guys who don't seem to know what they're doing. They weren't outright rude, but they seemed confused and not very engaged, and the buffet clearly wasn't being watched or refilled properly. This is not the India Oven I remember. Everything from the food to the staff has changed for the worse, and the overall experience felt sloppy and honestly a little gross compared to what it used to be.

Love these trays to keep each of my buffet choices/flavors separate. I had 8 different items on this tray when I started.
