We came here because they had the Samsung front loader washer that we were needing to replace because after four years the hard desert water destroyed the drum in our current Samsung front loader washer. The store is quite big & had a lot of specials going on which was a good sign because the Samsung washer that we needed was marked down to $829, in black with champagne detail. We were so happy because the color combination is quite pretty & it'll go perfect with the champagne Samsung front load washer that we have. Coming here you'll realize there may be a language barrier because several of the workers don't speak much English but no worries! When I approached the sales lady in the appliance department & she realized I didn't speak Spanish she then got another sales lady that was bilingual, it took just a little longer with the language barrier but as long as we were all patient we ended up with our washer & Curacao made a sale! Overall everything went smoothly with our purchase thanks to the two sales ladies that helped us! Being that we're from South Florida & very familiar with certain language barriers it didn't deter us away from making our purchase from Curacao. Also as a plus this store will price match another stores lowest price! read more

My mom and I went here to look for a new sofa set, as our previous one was old and needed replacing. Noamy Guzman was very friendly when we walked in and asked if we needed any help; she was ready to help at any given moment. We found a sofa set we were interested in and found Noamy, but turns out the sofa set that we wanted (which was on display!) was no longer in the system. We were obviously disappointed, but Noamy did everything in her power to find us a similar sofa set. Noamy was very pleasant throughout the transaction; she offered us water and coffee and apologized for the stressful situation. She even followed up to make sure we enjoyed the sofa set! read more

I purchased a bedroom set from here and in 3 years the drawers have chipped and the bed frame has broken and that's with me taking very good care of it also considering it cost me more then $1000. I came in for help or information and was treated rudely and unprofessionally, I even waited 20 mins to be helped by somebody because there was no employees to be found. Employees also lied about warranty information and couldn't even give me options on how to fix the cheap furniture they sold me. This company is a scam and liars and the workers are very shady and rude. Do NOT buy from this company! read more

ZEROOOO STARS !!!The People are miserable! They are useless and do not care how long you have been waiting to be helped. All they care about is selling.. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

Don't buy jewelry from this place, products and cheap and their "warranty" repair will damage the piece more. If you ask them for assistance, after trying to get it actually fixed for two of the 3 year warranty period, they shrug and say "call the warranty company". I will NOT be purchasing any jewelry again from them, or anything for that matter. Over 3K wasted! No customer service and crap products!! read more

I had my employee go in to pick up an order today around 1pm there were two women there. One with a green shirt and another wearing a blazer neither of which had a name badge. She went in and received the worst service at the pick up center. As she walked up the the one in the green shirt said in Spanish " no le voy ayudar a esta pinche nopalera que no habla español" which translates to "im not helping this fucking Mexican who doesn't speak Spanish". #1 you are paid to help ANYONE who walks through those doors REGARDLESS of what personal reservations you may have. This employee deserves to be terminated immediately and the one who allowed her to say that without saying anything needs to be disciplined. Getting in contact with a manager or customer service has been next to impossible. Racist slurs are NEVER acceptable. read more

Covid 19 no doubt impacted everyone and is impacting everyone. Majority of places are now closed due to it except essential places. Curacao stayed open due to being considered essential but place restrictions to comply with social distancing regulations . Unfortunately that's where the problem begins when a company can't even creat a system in place to fallow social distancing there for should be closed instead. I went to make a return to the store and purchase an item after. They where not allowing anyone inside the store unless accompanied with someone. At no time are you allow to walk the store on your own therefore your being escorted everywhere. This time isn't bad at all but... Unfortunately you have a company that can't sustain the demand and therefore have you waiting in line hours to enter the store. Ones I'm the store you still have to wait an other half an hour to be escorted by an other person to the section you want to explore! Lack of employees makes this a very irritating process as there is no way to keep track of who's next so your waiting endless amount of time only to be skipped! Very disappointed!! I'm this case might as well close the store because the negative reviews and experience that it will creat will impact their brand in the long run !!! I can go on and on about the disappointment in this store but unfortunately it won't make a difference! What's done is done read more

I would give them ZERO starts if I could! This store and their "extended warranty" is probably one of the shittiest you can find. A month and a half ago our washing machine was making a lot of noise. It gave up on us a couple of weeks ago. Mind you a month and a half ago a "technician" came out to see it and he said he was going to order a part for it. Two weeks went by and this "technician" came back and asked us for tool to put in the part. I mean what kind of technicians are these?!!! That same day he stated that he couldn't fix it because the transmission is giving up. He said he was going to order one for us 2 weeks go by and we call and they said it was on "back order". I call back again last week, they said that it was never on back order that they ticket had to be escalated a second time!!!! Yes you read that right... A SECOND TIME!!!! Are you kidding me?!!! I've been calling back and forth and first they said 2-3 business days to get approval i call 3 days later and they said it gonna take 2 more days to approve!!! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDDDINGGGG?!!! If I were y'all i would stay FARRRRR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THIS STORE. THEIR WARRANTY SUCKS AND SO DOES THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! read more

This store does not even deserve the one star. Robert Assistant Store manager is lazy and disgusting. I was simply trying to purchase toys for my kids and I could not even figure out what the price was. I went up to customer service and he refused to give the toy to me at what they toy was listed at. Definitely left my kids disappointed. I will never return to this store nor recommend it to anyone to spare any awful experiences. Also had to call their corporate about this one . read more

Worst place to buy appliances. My brother in law bought a washing machine and it didn't work and they said I couldn't exchange it because there's something wrong with it. My husband and I went to curacao to purchase a laptop when this lady told us we could get a curacao card and get it without having to pay any interest fees nor surprise fees I made my first payment on the account and it turns out the lady had signed me up for a credit shield that I didn't even know of and was added interest fees when she advised me there would be no fees at all on the card nor the store I thought it was to go to be true and My husband triple checked with her and she said she insisted on being correct little or less my husband is making calls and every time a Juan ext 9033 then an ext 8033 are telling my husband "it's not her fault it's your fault you knew what you were buying dumbass I mean mr Daniel " (in Spanish) hablo español and I insisted on him transferring me to someone that speaks English and he said "no you're going to pay back what you owe no questions asked you have a problem go find the girl at the store " hangs up I called the 623 number another Juan answered then Manuel and all they kept saying is "in this situation you would just need to pay the balance off and next time read the contract " keep in mind I was told "sign here stating you'll pay the things back and activate your card and boom your set that's all you have to do" one of them informed me i had a credit shield applied onto the card and "the girls usually just add it without telling you because they get commission for it they sweet talk and flirt with guys so they distract them and sound like they're being fully honest" this company is a complete fraud man! Their own rep mentioned that to me! they messed up my credit score I've tried multiple times to ask them to resolve the matter and no they just turn me away my credit score was marvelous until I put my trust In curacao they mentioned to me they'd be able to remove it off my credit since the lady lied to me and frauded and gave me gave false information to gain a sale but after I disconnected from him nobody knows what I'm talking about all of a sudden I asked for HR and they kept saying there's no HR I need someone fix this issue if anybody else has experienced this please reach out to me and let's get file something with the small claims courts this company is messing with people's personal information and providing false information to gain a sale also to top it off they add a warranty "that'll cover the product if it gets wet or damaged turns out when they offer the warranty it's just for electric problems you call the customer service and all they do is yell at you and tell you to pay it or your credit score is going to go lower I have recorded calls aswell lets get something started read more

Do not go to this store!!!!!! They are rude! Obviously don't know about customer service!! My husband went this morning 05/20 to buy baby stuff. He had everything in the cart got in line to pay and no one helped him in fact they helped the person behind him. One of the cashiers was on her phone!! Not once did she look up. So he went to other stores and since he parked outside this store he had to walk back to go to the car and the same cashier that was on her phone told him she was ready to help him. We have been going here for years!! Trust me when I say we will NEVER be back!!! He did not get any names but I'm pretty sure management can look up who was working cashiers on 05/20 around 12pm! read more

I visited the store on January 24th around 7:30 pm. I needed to purchase a water dispenser. I felt ignored, lots of employees but no one approached to ask if we needed help. I walk towards an employee that was across from the department where they have speakers. He was on the furniture side. As he sees me walk towards him, he decides to gran his blue water cup and takes a sip... I said "excuse me sir" He literally raised his eyebrows still drinking water. I waiting for him to finish. He said "yes?" I said " Could you please help me? I need to purchase a water dispenser with my credit..." He replied " cash registers are on the other side" I simply smile and said thanks. It was unfortunate I did not get his name, but I was so upset because of his lack of customer service and laziness. If I see him i'll recognized him. He was a hispanic guy on his 50's. read more

My mother and I visited this store earlier today. We wanted to buy something from the TV department. One female employee told us that she will call the TV department to let them know we were coming. Nobody met us over there and a male employee was on his phone while we were waiting. We had to get his attention; to let him know we wanted a TV stand. We wanted it delivered but they wanted to charge $100. So we changed our mind. Later my mom wanted to purchase a fan. Again no employeee was around. We found the same female employee from earlier and told my mom she couldn't help her and go up to the front. End result: We only purchased a streaming device. Two employees helped us check out. They were great. read more

This is my new spot to buy games for my Nintendo Switch. The people are friendly and everything you need is here.

If you have decent credit or trying to build they help ! Get want you want and not have to go broke .!

This place loud. I dont understand the layout. I just did a walk through and did not like the atmosphere.

I got approved for a Credit card here. I went in to buy a mattress set and changed my mind and left. Customer service is BEYOND horrible. I could not communicate with the workers because I don't speak Spanish, and they don't speak very good English. I finally got to the counter to pay for the mattress and I was then told that I would have to wait 10 days to get a mattress. I said forget it and walked out. Needless to say I will not be going back, and I'll be cancelling my account. What a waste of time. read more

Always good customer service! Friendly stuff and they helped me find everything I want!

I'm really disappointed on Curacao I have bought a lot of items from this store and never had a problem into now. I receive a email from my credit karma saying Curacao closed my account because I actually paid my amount before. Because I didn't do no payments on it no more in decided to paid the full amount they closed my account and my credit score went down because of that. Well that's bushit they should be glad that I actually paid for my stuff; but since there not collecting the interest no more their mad. I call customer service and they told me that the reason they closed my account was because I had an installment payment agreement in since I paid the full amount they had to closed WTF they never told me it was an installment account. First of all I bought a bar from them they supposed to drop it off at my house the next day guess what they never did they broke my shit they didn't even call me to let me know what happen. I went to the store the next day, they didn't even know what was going on into they call the deliveries guys and they finally told them what happen.. they ended up selling me the display one in I was ok with that.. so now that I paid for the bar they pull this shit, of closing my account because I paid it before. I will never buy from them again....I will all call the news about this and I will send a letter to corporate. There's no way my credit score is going to look bad just because their mad because I paid my amount before. read more
