LOVED the flavors in this sandwich and the roll was soft on the inside with a nice crunchy crust. The Korean BBQ meat was perfectly seasoned and not too sweet while the veggies were plentiful and very fresh and crispy. This is a solid Bahn Mi and I can't wait to try some of the other versions...especially when Mike posts the special Pork Belly version. This is probably the first Chinese restaurant I've had in the area that serves the kind of fried rice I prefer, rather than the yellow rice that seems to be common at many of the Chinese spots around here. The shrimp fried rice had good flavor, although I definitely would have liked to see more shrimp in it. Still, it was enjoyable and paired really well with the orange chicken. The service was exceptional and a relatively shorty wait time. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely come back to try more of the menu items.
